This person postponed twice on me and the third time didn't even bother to contact me after I agreed to that day talk about he wasn't sure. All the drains from my home were backed up & Alex was quick to respond to my call at night, he was able to clear my pipes fairly quickly. We had a great experience with Triple P Plumbing & Rooter! Had an issue with our garbage disposal-called 3 or 4 places and Alex was the only one to answer the phone. He came the same day to look at it, said he would come back the next morning to fix it, and was there when he said he would be. He fixed the problem and also reconfigured the pipes under the sink to prevent future problems. He and his assistant were friendly and professional, they got the job done quickly and neatly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

He explained that since the toilet base was set slightly higher than normal due to the tile I chose, the normal wax ring was not provided a proper seal. He fixed the issue in a timely manner. Had an active water line leak in bathroom ceiling from pipes above. Triple P was out on-time, within 4ish hours, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. The tech, Oscar, was courteous and communicated everything clearly, giving me a couple of repair options. He stopped the leak right away, and returned the next day to replace a couple sections of pipe to complete the repair. Oscar arrived right on time both days and worked quickly and cleanly. He took and shared several pictures of the work area, before and after, for my records. I trust the work and would call them again. 5-star experience!
Even though I had to cancel my appointment with Alex after fixing the drain issue on my own, he was quick, super nice and professional in answering all my questions. I would definitely call him if I need any plumbing work in the future.

Garbage disposal took a dump this 4th of July. We had family coming over later on in the afternoon. We checked Yelp and the reviews were really good. Called Alex (owner) and he said he'd send his father over shortly. Gave us estimate and within 2 hours, his dad showed up and replaced the disposal. He worked clean and the job was very professional. He was in and out within about 30 minutes. Family came over and we proceeded with the BBQ like nothing happened. We love supporting family businesses.
Will definitely hire them again and we've already talked about future projects we have coming up. We took a chance and it paid off. Other plumbing companies wanted to charge $500 for just coming over. Definition recommend!!
Alex & his assistant came out to remove an older porcelain sink and install a new stainless steel sink along with installing a new faucet & garbage disposal.

Alex Is a very nice person and did a wonderful job trouble shooting the problem with the drain under my sink and it was quickly figured out and fixed.
Alex showed at the appointed time and called before his arrival. He provided a bid before arriving and then came in under bid when the job was done.

His work was great, he let me know what was going on the whole time, and his fees were incredibly reasonable, especially when you consider that he worked on a holiday and a Sunday. I've been looking for a plumber I'd feel comfortable calling when the need arises and Alex will be who I call for everything now.

I had been having some issues with my drains on/off for a few months. A buddy of mine helped temporarily alleviate the issue by running a electric snake from Home Depot - but that only lasted so long. I knew I needed to get my drains hydro jetted.
I called a few different places and triple p had a quick response and a fair price.
They came out fast and waited for me when I was late.

We just moved into our new condo and our water shutoff valves needed to be replaced. Alex was very quick to schedule us in and took care of the work very efficiently! Alex and Omar did an outstanding job in replacing our kitchen sink faucet. We were lucky that they were able to come on the same day we called (12/30), our kitchen sink faucet broke yesterday. We picked up a new faucet at the local store before calling them.
They were very friendly and professional: wore protective shoe covers prior to entering our home, wore face masks throughout the service call.

Reached out to Triple P plumbing to have my washer and dryer hook ups replaced. Alex gave me a reasonable price. Alex came out, did what he said he would do, professional and efficient.

We had a leak underneath the house right below the toilet. We called Alex and he came by the next day. They fixed the pipe and more. Alex advised us our pipes were very bad and needed replacing, which explains why we had soo much slow water drainage. They worked with us and did a great job replacing the pipes within a few days. Our bathroom sink started to get backed up. I tried to snake it myself but it wouldn't budge. Here comes Triple P to the rescue! Alex was able to help me day of, he showed up on time, was clean, professional, and incredibly helpful and thorough. He also helped me with a separate issue I was having with my cleanout drain, for a small fee, when he was done fixing the bathroom sink. 10/10 unclogged toilets. Would recommend! I will absolutely be calling him again, if I have more issues!

Wow! Alex was extremely responsive and was able to come to my house to take a look at the draining issues I was having with my bathroom upstairs. He was punctual, respectful, and professional. He walked me through all of the steps which made it very easy to understand the process and I knew exactly what to expect. He was tidy and cleaned up after himself.
The issue: the double sink upstairs was not draining and it was brining up black water with a strong odor.
The solution: power snake the clean out and remove the clog (you could hear the engine throttle when it met resistance). When the snake was pulled out, it had the gunk of hair ball stuck to it.
The cost: $150 which was a fair price.
Total Time: ~25-30 minutes
Overall: 10/10 highly recommend!!
Alex even gave me a 30 day work-guarantee and we made a plan in case I have issues again 6-months from now, which would be to use the camera to get more detailed information on the pipe.

I sent out a general message on Sunday that I have a clogged bathroom sink. While i was looking my water heater went out. Alex was one of a few to get in touch with me. After looking thru his review i chose to go with. He was on time he was very professional and the quality of work was excellent. I will definitely use him in the future if I need a plumber.

PPP was very fast to respond to my issue, Oscar was at my house within the hour. After hydro jetting the pipes they put a camera in the pipe and found other issues, they offered to craw under the house to do a full inspection where they found the issue to be old iron pipes, and a sagging pipe that needed to be replaced. They gave me an acceptable estimate and went to work the very next day. Oscar explained everything to be very thoroughly with photos and videos, It helped me understand the problem and solution that they offered.
We had and issue with a shower leak in one of our rentals. I contacted Triple P Plumbing after no responses from two other companies and Alex picked up right away. It was late in the day but he was able to go out and inspect that same evening, quoted and repaired the next morning. Responsive, friendly, and fair prices. I'd definitely recommend.

After inserting the camera in the sewer he discovered the sewer was broken & needed replacement. Alex dug out a trench in my front yard & repaired my pipe, he also left a clean out! I would like to update this review and let everyone know that Alex of Triple P Plumbing has been vindicated. He called me back after see my less than favorable one star...Now, that was truly commendable! He definitely made things right by coming through with a reasonable rate to remove and re-install a kitchen faucet (plus flushing my 40gal water tank) after a kitchen counter repair.

I was very impressed with the service I got from triple P Plumbing I needed a showerhead replacement valve. Alex the owner had informed me a estimate charge which was satisfactory to me.his technician Juan came out. Juan also had advised me as he was inspecting the jobsite that some of the copper piping needed to be replaced soon as well. Just before 4pm today, Sunday, my kitchen double sink decided it wasn't going to drain. Knowing that it's a Sunday I wasn't sure if I was going to get any help with my clogged drains today. So, I ran to Target and HD to buy a plunger for some DIY but that didn't work. I requested quotes on Yelp and I got several responses right away, but everyone except for Alex was able to squeeze me in before the end of his day. He said between 6-7pm with 15min notice. He messaged me 15min before and got here just before 7pm tonight. Thank goodness that a short time snaking got the job done, but more thankful that Alex was able and willing to help me out. For the women out there who use their kitchen sink, I'm sure you can relate that it's hard to operate without it. Had to pay a little extra for emergency service, but it's worth my comfort tonight. Couldn't make dinner as planned but I can wash dishes!

I had an issue with my plumbing for about a day and a half. My bathroom water wasn't making its way down to the sewer. That area smelled horrible. So I call up Triple P Pluming to get someone out there asap. Sure enough they arrived that same day. The gentleman that helped me was very kind man, I believe his name was Omar. He kept his work area clean and organized so his tools wouldn't be in my way. Was there for about a couple of hours. Sure enough by the end of the day my pluming now works. Sometimes...just sometimes, you just have to go with your first instinct. I had a plumbing issue that wasn't necessarily an emergency but it was big enough that it weighed heavily on my mind. I recently had a concrete slab poured and unfortunately the water line that connected to my irrigation line started leaking under the slab. This wasnt going to be an easy fix. I utilized the yelp feature to get a bid from Triple P directly but then also selected the competing bid tool to get multiple with a single click. Alex was quick to reply with what he felt the job would cost. Since it was the first bid, I kindly asked him to give me more time to find a few more. I received a few more bids and all of them were at least double with a side-eyed look when i asked if they could cut the concrete lines clean and make them aesthetically pleasing. I didnt realize sawing concrete in a straight line was an unreasonable request but i was trying to maintain a certain look with my concrete design. I still didn't pull the trigger on calling Triple P because I was waiting on one final bid from a plumber that could be potentially cheaper. Just remember, the cheapest isnt always the way to go (look at my other review to get that backstory). I reached out to Alex Tuesday evening and he immediately replied and gave me a window to setup the job for Thursday or Friday. Wednesday morning he calls me to let me know he had a cancellation and could fit me in that same day. This is top notch communication and customer service. The plumber he sent was awesome. Very personable, high work ethic, and absolutely made sure i was satisfied with the work. the lines are straight and now it looks like i purposely had this section framed out for my plumbing. In hindsight, I could have saved myself money by thinking ahead during the concrete project but I feel like I found a plumber my family and I can trust for future jobs.

Came home to a bathtub full of sewage water. It was my first time personally dealing with a plumbing issue. I didn't know the first place to start so I went on yelp to ask around. Alex was one of the first few local plumbers who responded to my request. The first guy (big company) quoted us $600 for the fix claiming my pipes were routed incorrectly. Just a camera inspection (when they run the camera through the pipe) was $250. I laughed (but also cried inside).
Discouragingly, I went back on yelp to browse some more and found Alex. His response stood out to me because it was quick and direct (no bullsh!t). He told me his availability, gave me a rough estimate, and we agreed on a time. He showed up, did his thing, taught me a thing or two about plumbing and left. Alex responded quickly to the quote requested. Showed up as promised and gave a reasonable price compared to the previous quote from another plumber. It was not a difficult job based on the time he took to fix, but he was extremely patient when troubleshooting to find water leak.
So far these guys are very impressive they show up on time and work throughout the day or until finished. Alex is the guy to go to he cares about his customers. We are having 2 bathrooms remodeled and they get the plumbing done right.

I was very impressed with the service I got from triple P Plumbing I needed a showerhead replacement valve. Alex the owner had informed me a estimate charge which was satisfactory to me.his technician Juan came out. Juan also had advised me as he was inspecting the jobsite that some of the copper piping needed to be replaced soon as well. So I told him to go ahead and replace it if it needed to be He did a fantastic job. Nice and neat very professional so if you're looking for a good plumber call this company.

I can only give this business one star because I couldn't even get the plumber to come on time to address my minor issue (shower clog). I see other reviews on here explaining how punctual Alex is, but what I am experiencing is far from it. I already had to reschedule because he was going to be late, and even on the rescheduled appointment, I got a notice 5 minutes before saying he was going to be late again! Time management from this company is very poor, so don't waste your time. Shell out a couple more bucks to get a responsible, punctual plumber.
Needed a spigot replaced and Alex gave me a great estimate. He showed up the following day and replaced the spigot within 30 minutes. No need to get quotes on plumbing jobs anymore I'll just reach out to him directly.
Needed a sink repair and Alex came through quickly and for a fair price. Will be using Triple P Plumbing's services again!

Alex was prompt in providing a quote. He helped us out during the Labor Day Holiday. The prices were competitive. He showed up on time and stuck to his quote. He wore a face mask and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use his services in the future.
Sent out requests for quotes on a late Saturday night to change out a shower valve that had been busted for awhile. Alex responded quickly and had a price for me. Even was willing to come out the next day but Monday morning was better for me. Appointment time was 9am and someone was at my door at 8:57. It wasn't Alex, but the man looked like someone you could trust. The funny thing about Yelp is when a company has 5 stars I am more hesitant to use them because I think it's fabricated in some way. I low key expected the price he quoted me to magically balloon after the shower valve was replaced, or i would 'need some part' that'd cost me extra etc etc. There was none of that. The work was done and truthfully, my shower was left cleaner than before Juan arrived. That shows me there is commitment to doing their work thoroughly. Had a main sewer line clog on New Years and needed someone out quickly. Alex went above and beyond trying to clear the initial blockage but when multiple access points couldn't reach the clog, he suggested cutting into our line to install an access point to clear it and to make future servicing easier. Although I was hoping the solution would be quick and not as complicated it made sense to install the access point. I went ahead with Alex's suggestion and have no regrets. He was there with a helper the next morning digging down to our sewer line in the front yard and had the install and clean out done within a couple hours in the rain. He is honest, hardworking, fair priced, and professional. I will be recommending him to my family and friends and highly suggest giving his business a try.

Alex and his team was amazing. Great communication and arrived on time. They helped us hydro jet our sewer line because it got really clogged. Him and his guy were very thorough and clean. Just before 4pm today, Sunday, my kitchen double sink decided it wasn't going to drain. Knowing that it's a Sunday I wasn't sure if I was going to get any help with my clogged drains today. So, I ran to Target and HD to buy a plunger for some DIY but that didn't work. I requested quotes on Yelp and I got several responses right away, but everyone except for Alex was able to squeeze me in before the end of his day. He said between 6-7pm with 15min notice. He messaged me 15min before and got here just before 7pm tonight. Thank goodness that a short time snaking got the job done, but more thankful that Alex was able and willing to help me out. For the women out there who use their kitchen sink, I'm sure you can relate that it's hard to operate without it. Had to pay a little extra for emergency service, but it's worth my comfort tonight. We had a leak underneath the house right below the toilet. We called Alex and he came by the next day. They fixed the pipe and more. Alex advised us our pipes were very bad and needed replacing, which explains why we had soo much slow water drainage. They worked with us and did a great job replacing the pipes within a few days. Alex came after doing a job that took a few hours and got the job done. We had a leaking and loose toilet. It was Friday, 92 degrees and he had to battle peak traffic. I recommend him for his services.

If you are looking for a plumber you would be crazy to use anyone else! I can't say enough great things about Alex! He was the first to respond, he was punctual, he tried numerous methods before successfully unclogging the drain. Other plumbers just immediately suggested I break down the walls and repipe. I had a couple of people come to try and fix my faucet handle but all of them couldn't exactly find the fault of why the new handle replacement was not working. Alex right away knew the problem and didn't charge for the diagnosis. He suggested I need a new cartridge and that if I got a new one he would come and do the job of installing it. After I ordered and received the part Alex came out on a Friday evening and did the job quickly. His price for the job was really reasonable and below what the others were going to charge.

Emergency we noticed our hot water heater leaking water on Saturday night. Didn't figure anything to it until that night we had no hot water.
Bright and early Sunday morning I yelped a few plumbers. Well as they say the early bird gets the worms Alex was promoted and responded within 20 minutes of me contacting him.
Gave me a fair price and said he was available same day! Talk about a winner.
I even had a conversation about my families need of hot water and we decided to go up in gallon size.
Between the first conversation at 7:30/8:00am to the time he arrived with the product with him at 11:30 to being finished at 1:30. He was through and punctual!
Hooray for Alex because we have hot water again! And boy does it get hot!

A few months ago Alex came out again to fix our leaking toilet tank and did another great job. We recently contacted him in regard to a slab leak in our kitchen and he recommended to us a full home repipe job. On his previous job he did for us repairing a bad leak in our garage he had advised us of future possible leaks in other parts of the house. Upon reviewing all our options we decided to move forward with the repipe job. He had a crew of several people along with him complete the job within a day. They were efficient and they cleaned up after themselves and the job was completed. Alex even came out the following day to follow up on our water heater to correct it and made sure the hot water was flowing properly as well as adjust the water pressure. In terms of price and service and quality of work, it's a great way to go. His follow-up and customer service is outstanding. Responded very quickly and was able to provide a quote over the phone. Showed up on time and did a great job. I had a toilet leaking from the base. He explained that since the toilet base was set slightly higher than normal due to the tile I chose, the normal wax ring was not provided a proper seal. He fixed the issue in a timely manner. Had an active water line leak in bathroom ceiling from pipes above. Triple P was out on-time, within 4ish hours, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. The tech, Oscar, was courteous and communicated everything clearly, giving me a couple of repair options. He stopped the leak right away, and returned the next day to replace a couple sections of pipe to complete the repair. Oscar arrived right on time both days and worked quickly and cleanly. He took and shared several pictures of the work area, before and after, for my records. I trust the work and would call them again. 5-star experience!
So to begin with Alex & his team were excellent. They came in with face coverings & shoe booties. I called them initially for a clogged sewer drain. All my drains were draining slowly. After inserting the camera in the sewer he discovered the sewer was broken & needed replacement. Alex dug out a trench in my front yard & repaired my pipe, he also left a clean out! I know nothing about plumbing but Alex and his team were able to educate me well. I'm very impressed with their work and I highly recommend Triple P!

Kitchen faucet was getting old and out dated. I looked on Yelp to get some quotes for a replacement. Alex was first to respond and had the most reasonable quote.

A few months ago Alex came out again to fix our leaking toilet tank and did another great job. We recently contacted him in regard to a slab leak in our kitchen and he recommended to us a full home repipe job. On his previous job he did for us repairing a bad leak in our garage he had advised us of future possible leaks in other parts of the house. Upon reviewing all our options we decided to move forward with the repipe job. He had a crew of several people along with him complete the job within a day. They were efficient and they cleaned up after themselves and the job was completed. Alex even came out the following day to follow up on our water heater to correct it and made sure the hot water was flowing properly as well as adjust the water pressure. In terms of price and service and quality of work, it's a great way to go. His follow-up and customer service is outstanding. Reliability is the most important quality in any service person and Alex has proven to me to be reliable. I thank Triple P Plumbing for a job well.

I had a couple of people come to try and fix my faucet handle but all of them couldn't exactly find the fault of why the new handle replacement was not working. Alex right away knew the problem and didn't charge for the diagnosis. He suggested I need a new cartridge and that if I got a new one he would come and do the job of installing it. After I ordered and received the part Alex came out on a Friday evening and did the job quickly. His price for the job was really reasonable and below what the others were going to charge.
I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing issues. I'll be putting his info in my phone for future projects.
Emergency we noticed our hot water heater leaking water on Saturday night. Didn't figure anything to it until that night we had no hot water.
Bright and early Sunday morning I yelped a few plumbers. Well as they say the early bird gets the worms Alex was promoted and responded within 20 minutes of me contacting him.
Gave me a fair price and said he was available same day! Talk about a winner.
I even had a conversation about my families need of hot water and we decided to go up in gallon size.

He was the first to respond, he was punctual, he tried numerous methods before successfully unclogging the drain. Other plumbers just immediately suggested I break down the walls and repipe. The city of Cerritos left us a message that our water bill was high and our water meter was running continuously. I called and talked Alex. He replaced our main line from the street to the house with copper piping and repaved the concrete on the driveway that they had to remove. Plus the price was very reasonable. He called me back after see my less than favorable one star...Now, that was truly commendable! He definitely made things right by coming through with a reasonable rate to remove and re-install a kitchen faucet (plus flushing my 40gal water tank) after a kitchen counter repair.

Reached out to Triple P plumbing to have my washer and dryer hook ups replaced. Alex gave me a reasonable price. Alex came out, did what he said he would do, professional and efficient.
Oscar and his team did an awesome job hydro-jetting and descaling my very clogged kitchen sink pipeline. They arrived on time, matter of fact, a little bit earlier than planned, but I had no problem with it. They were all polite and each did their jobs efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves. Lastly, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services.
We had and issue with a shower leak in one of our rentals. I contacted Triple P Plumbing after no responses from two other companies and Alex picked up right away. Wow! Alex was extremely responsive and was able to come to my house to take a look at the draining issues I was having with my bathroom upstairs. He was punctual, respectful, and professional. He walked me through all of the steps which made it very easy to understand the process and I knew exactly what to expect. He was tidy and cleaned up after himself.
The issue: the double sink upstairs was not draining and it was brining up black water with a strong odor.
The solution: power snake the clean out and remove the clog (you could hear the engine throttle when it met resistance). When the snake was pulled out, it had the gunk of hair ball stuck to it.
The cost: $150 which was a fair price.
Total Time: ~25-30 minutes
Overall: 10/10 highly recommend!!
Alex even gave me a 30 day work-guarantee and we made a plan in case I have issues again 6-months from now, which would be to use the camera to get more detailed information on the pipe.
I am very satisfied with his service and I love that he is local so I know that if I run into any other plumbing issues he will be more readily available. Definitely call him for any and all plumbing needs!!

Came home to a bathtub full of sewage water. It was my first time personally dealing with a plumbing issue. I didn't know the first place to start so I went on yelp to ask around. Alex was one of the first few local plumbers who responded to my request. The first guy (big company) quoted us $600 for the fix claiming my pipes were routed incorrectly. Just a camera inspection (when they run the camera through the pipe) was $250. I laughed (but also cried inside).
Discouragingly, I went back on yelp to browse some more and found Alex. His response stood out to me because it was quick and direct (no bullsh!t). He told me his availability, gave me a rough estimate, and we agreed on a time. He showed up, did his thing, taught me a thing or two about plumbing and left. It was amazingly painless. 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Alex Is a very nice person and did a wonderful job trouble shooting the problem with the drain under my sink and it was quickly figured out and fixed.
Alex showed at the appointed time and called before his arrival. He provided a bid before arriving and then came in under bid when the job was done.
Triple P has now become the only plumbing company I will be working with in the future.
Our bathroom sink started to get backed up. I tried to snake it myself but it wouldn't budge. Here comes Triple P to the rescue! Alex was able to help me day of, he showed up on time, was clean, professional, and incredibly helpful and thorough. He also helped me with a separate issue I was having with my cleanout drain, for a small fee, when he was done fixing the bathroom sink. 10/10 unclogged toilets. Would recommend! We had a great experience with Triple P Plumbing & Rooter! Had an issue with our garbage disposal-called 3 or 4 places and Alex was the only one to answer the phone. He came the same day to look at it, said he would come back the next morning to fix it, and was there when he said he would be. He fixed the problem and also reconfigured the pipes under the sink to prevent future problems. He and his assistant were friendly and professional, they got the job done quickly and neatly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Alex and Omar did an outstanding job in replacing our kitchen sink faucet. We were lucky that they were able to come on the same day we called (12/30), our kitchen sink faucet broke yesterday. We picked up a new faucet at the local store before calling them.

Alex cane out and repaired our sewer , he was very professional, explained the process and got the repairs done quickly.
PPP was very fast to respond to my issue, Oscar was at my house within the hour. After hydro jetting the pipes they put a camera in the pipe and found other issues, they offered to craw under the house to do a full inspection where they found the issue to be old iron pipes, and a sagging pipe that needed to be replaced. They gave me an acceptable estimate and went to work the very next day. Oscar explained everything to be very thoroughly with photos and videos, It helped me understand the problem and solution that they offered.
Needed a sink repair and Alex came through quickly and for a fair price. Will be using Triple P Plumbing's services again!

Alex was quick to respond and make it out for a consultation. He was the fairest quote and surprisingly more in depth with his inspection and explanation, more so even then other plumbing services I had checked who quoted higher. He offered a 10 year warranty for the job which was a nice bonus.

Had a main sewer line clog on New Years and needed someone out quickly. Alex went above and beyond trying to clear the initial blockage but when multiple access points couldn't reach the clog, he suggested cutting into our line to install an access point to clear it and to make future servicing easier. Although I was hoping the solution would be quick and not as complicated it made sense to install the access point. I went ahead with Alex's suggestion and have no regrets. He was there with a helper the next morning digging down to our sewer line in the front yard and had the install and clean out done within a couple hours in the rain. He is honest, hardworking, fair priced, and professional. I will be recommending him to my family and friends and highly suggest giving his business a try.

Sometimes...just sometimes, you just have to go with your first instinct. I had a plumbing issue that wasn't necessarily an emergency but it was big enough that it weighed heavily on my mind. I recently had a concrete slab poured and unfortunately the water line that connected to my irrigation line started leaking under the slab. This wasnt going to be an easy fix. I utilized the yelp feature to get a bid from Triple P directly but then also selected the competing bid tool to get multiple with a single click. Alex was quick to reply with what he felt the job would cost. Since it was the first bid, I kindly asked him to give me more time to find a few more. I received a few more bids and all of them were at least double with a side-eyed look when i asked if they could cut the concrete lines clean and make them aesthetically pleasing. I didnt realize sawing concrete in a straight line was an unreasonable request but i was trying to maintain a certain look with my concrete design. I still didn't pull the trigger on calling Triple P because I was waiting on one final bid from a plumber that could be potentially cheaper. Just remember, the cheapest isnt always the way to go (look at my other review to get that backstory). I reached out to Alex Tuesday evening and he immediately replied and gave me a window to setup the job for Thursday or Friday. Wednesday morning he calls me to let me know he had a cancellation and could fit me in that same day. This is top notch communication and customer service. The plumber he sent was awesome. Very personable, high work ethic, and absolutely made sure i was satisfied with the work. the lines are straight and now it looks like i purposely had this section framed out for my plumbing. In hindsight, I could have saved myself money by thinking ahead during the concrete project but I feel like I found a plumber my family and I can trust for future jobs.

Alex responded quickly to the quote requested. Showed up as promised and gave a reasonable price compared to the previous quote from another plumber. It was not a difficult job based on the time he took to fix, but he was extremely patient when troubleshooting to find water leak.
The quickest response ever and even quicker repair! Alex was super professional, gave a fair estimate, and was very flexible, even when we had to change things on him last minute! I called several plumbers before reaching out to triple p.I went with them because they made sense over the phone.I had a bathroom sink problem that other plumbers wanted to tear out a wall.Alex and Omar came and handled the problem without having to do major damage to the wall it was great.These guys know what there doing. Alex was so great! He gave me a quote through Yelp and was responsive to my text messages. He had an opening the same day I texted and was very professional and very fast! He knew I was busy so I just pointed out the problems and he took care of everything in under an hour. He gave me a reasonable price and was just so easy to work with. Even though I had to cancel my appointment with Alex after fixing the drain issue on my own, he was quick, super nice and professional in answering all my questions. I would definitely call him if I need any plumbing work in the future.
We had a plumbing situation upon returning from vacation. We called and had a plumber at our house within 20 minutes. Alex arrived and was professional, clean and honest. Gave us two options for a fix and worst case scenario. Had the issue fixed in under an hour. Cleaned up , and was reasonable with pricing and we will be using again for plumbing needs.
Needed 2 faucets and a shower head replaced and Alex from Triple P responded to my request quickly and was able to provide a very estimate based on photos. He communicates well and found time to come on the same day. Extremely friendly, worked quickly and resolved all the issues. Will definitely be recommending this team.

I can only give this business one star because I couldn't even get the plumber to come on time to address my minor issue (shower clog). I see other reviews on here explaining how punctual Alex is, but what I am experiencing is far from it. I already had to reschedule because he was going to be late, and even on the rescheduled appointment, I got a notice 5 minutes before saying he was going to be late again! Time management from this company is very poor, so don't waste your time. Shell out a couple more bucks to get a responsible, punctual plumber.

We needed help with a plumbing issue at home. We called Triple P Plumbing today and they were able to come out to check on the issue. Alex was great and very helpful. We are so happy to of found a reliable plumbing company. Check them out whenever you need help with your plumbing!
Alex helped us install toilets and haul away our old ones. Extremely satisfied with his service. From showing up on time, to installing promptly, to providing the extra needed hose, which he got on a quick trip to Home Depot, we really didn't need to worry about anything. He's reliable and service is right on spot. 100% recommend

Alex was quick to respond to my request to change my tankless water heater. What I liked about Alex was that not only was he quick to answer my questions and concerns, I was also able to choose a unit that I preferred. While I know some people would prefer the easier way of getting a reco on what unit to install I appreciate the option of being able to do my own research. He came at the appointed time we arranged and it was a fairly straightforward job. Efficient and great service is what Alex provided.
Definitely recommend.
