This company is the best.  I have called them on multiple occasions the past year, and they have come put on the same day when it was an urgent matter.  They are honest, fair, and thorough with the quality of their work. They are the only plumbing company that I trust to take care of the plumbing needs in our older home. Thank you so much for everything.

I used Robert 20+ years ago on a referral and he fixed a tub faucet where another plumber said I needed to knockout the stucco to get behind tub.   A few years ago he sent his son to fix a faucet in a rental unit and he did a great job.  Today after calling RFP I got a different plumber, not Robert or his son. He called and said he was on his way, I had to leave but when I got home my wife was very happy. He explained and repaired the issues and my wife threw a few additional  repairs his way which he fixed swiftly.  I bought a new faucet (150 bucks) he told her to take it back and call Moen they would replace the handle for free.  He was correct, new handle is on its way. Over 20 years of plumbing service calls and I still  have confidence in Robert Fisher Plumbing you should too, GREAT JOB!

I have used Robert Fischer Plumbing for many plumbing services over the last decade. If you want your jobs done the right way, these are the guys to call . Mark and all the guys are straight shooters, reliable and trustworthy ! They have done a lot of work for me from ,
Maintanance / replacement to urgent plumbing leaks  /situations as well as larger jobs . I would highly recommended them, they always come through for me !!

Did clean and professional work on our master bath remodel. I recommend them. This is just the steam shower but they did other work.

The go to plumber for both my residential and business! Clean, professional customer service and business ethic from these guys I can't stress that fact enough. Sometimes in south county it's hard to find a plumber or contractor that their quality of work matches the price, everyone wants to gouge you for a half assed job that they get done as fast as they can, this company backs their workmanship hands down.

I've been using Robert Fischer Plumbing for years. When a pipe burst I called them and they were out within 20 minutes to fix the pipe! when the shower pan in our upstairs bathroom leaked they discovered the issue and fixed it. when my garbage disposal stopped working they were out same morning and replaced that, too. I wanted a circulation pump and so when my water heater failed they installed both quickly and at a very fair price. They offer great service with their value and have always been friendly and on time. ...if not early !

Robert Fischer Plumbing was recommended by a friend and colleague so I used their services for the first time today.  The work to be done was related to the sale of our condo.  The buyer requested 3 repairs.  Josh provided the service and I was super impressed.  He explained everything he did and could have easily turned it into a bigger job than necessary. Honest, punctual, and professional at a fair price - what more could you want!?

Very honest, straightforward, and reasonable. Great experience all around. Called about an issue in my laundry room and they were able to not only help over the phone but were also able to answer all of my questions, along with setting up an appointment that worked with my schedule. Highly recommended.

Approximately 2 years ago, I had a massive water leak in my kitchen due to old and deficient cast iron drainage pipes from the upper floor master bath.  With walls ripped and start anew, Mark changed all 3 pipes to PVC, did all the finishing touches with pipe connections to the kitchen sink, faucet and new dishwasher.  Josh also did some work. I was so pleased, I had other work done in bathrooms.  Two years later, no issues.  Dry as a bone.  I would recommend either of them in a heartbeat!

Robert and Mark are always done a terrific job on both small and large plumbing jobs.  Most recently Mark responded to a call regarding our leaking water heater.  He helped us get the water shut off and the problem was completely resolved the very next morning.  I can always count on Robert Fischer Plumbing to provide quick, efficient, professional service!  I wouldn't think of calling anyone else!

I definitely recommend this company. They are the best plumber. They are on time & professional. I had a some leak under my kitchen cabinet & could not find the source. Mark came & find it is less than a minute. Unfortunately there was a breakage in the kitchen drain in a very unreachable area behind cabinet. I thought destroying the cabinet was the only way they can reach to source of problem. Fortunately Mark quick thinking saved my cabinet. It was so hard on him to work in such a tight place but without any hesitation he start & finish his work with no damage to my cabinet. Mark is so awesome & saved me $1000's of dollars & fixed the leak too.  Used them, you won't regret it!!

Josh was my service professional. He responded quickly to my initial telephone call. Showed up on date and time. Reviewed project, provided estimate, explained process and was ready to begin project. I accepted quote and he began process. This was a replacement of existing water softener. Job completed on time, he explained my next steps for setup, accepted credit card payment and left area clean.  Would recommend!

Josh came out on a last-minute request.  I had this nagging problem of a pipe leak underneath the kitchen sink.  I've had many plumbers come out in the past but the problem still was still there.

Josh came out and explained what's going on and fixed it.  I recommend this company highly!

I wish I could give more stars!  I left a message in the morning, and I hadn't gotten a call back.  I check in once more and later got a personal call from Robert Fischer himself.  I was referred by another satisfied client who told me to ask for Mark.  Josh came instead, and I was very happy with Josh.  I had previously asked someone else to take a look at some gas leaks.  They fixed one, but I still smelled gas.  Josh took care of it -- no problem, and no more gas leaks!!  Also he did some cosmetic changes and checked in with me to make sure was okay with the installs at every step.  I would call them any time for their honesty, responsiveness, pricing and great competency.  I have used several plumbers before in the past with sky-high rates and poorer quality results.  So far, I'm very happy with their service.

Josh does such a good job!! Making an appointment is easy, communication is great, everything is always fixed well and quickly.  Prices are fair.  I have used this company for years, and I am always beyond happy.  It is really hard to find such knowledgeable people who do the job right.  I give Robert Fischer Plumbing a very high recommendation.

I called the 'smell good plumber' a couple of years ago for minor plumbing work, boy what a rip off, stay as far away from those people as you possible can.

Robert Fischer Plumbing is the polar opposite. We noticed we had a water leak because our water bill was unusually high, so I checked and found an outdoor leak. The leak was bad enough that we had to turn off our water main at the street and go without water for a day. My next door neighbor recommended these guys and it turns out for good reason. Josh, a very personable guy, showed up repaired the leak, and also gave some objective advice about next steps, as the repair was just a short term solution. And the best part, he only charged $120 for a Sunday call

Can't say enough great things.  They always respond immediately whenI call - an answering service usually seems to take my initial call, and they respond to me with an immediate callback and same-day service.  Super prompt, professional, conscientious, they clean up when they are finished.  Pricing is very fair, they stand by their work.  They have replaced my water heater, fixed pinhole leaked, installed new fixtures, unclogged drains and commodes, etc.  I'm a real estate agent and I always refer them to my clients because I know the quality of their work, the dependability of their service, and the value they offer.

This is a review of a POOR experience with Robert Fischer Plumbing Inc. whose reputation seems to be very good on Yelp and in the community at large.

We hired Robert Fischer Plumbing Inc. to provide a sewer location for a tie in for a newly added bathroom.  The information provided was incorrect in both location and depth resulting in a wasted labor cost for $890.  The actual location of the sewer line was a full 5 feet off and too deep  (10 - 11 ft) to safely tie in without extensive cost for further shoring of the trench/hole.

Had the location been done accurately, we could have easily tied in much further up the driveway with only a 3ft hole.

When I tried to discuss compensation for the wasted labor, Robert said that he would refund the original cost for the location and $200 for laborers.  That was too large of a gap, we have lost time in our project and will now be left with multiple patches in our driveway because of this error.

Due to this inflexibility, in what was clearly his error, we will be filing a formal complaint with the CSLB and pursuing full compensation.

I had a need to rearrange some water lines in my new office in San Clemente. I bid the work with 4 plumbers. Robert Fischer plumbing was reasonable, in fact, what I thought the price ought to be. The other prices were considerably higher. They were on time, worked hard and fast, and did a clean job. I recommend these guys.

I have used Robert Fischer twice for our kitchen remodel.  They have been on time, responsive, reasonably priced and friendly to work with.  I would highly recommend them to friends and family.  Will definitely be using this service moving forward.  Thank you.

Jorge did a great job finding slab leak and made quick repair . On time , worked clean , no nonsense. I will definitely be calling them with all future repairs .

We recently had Robert Fischer Plumbing come out to our office to install a new water filter system! We've been wasting money and plastic each month with ReadyFresh delivery! My team brings their giant Stanley handles to work so we go through the giant jugs of water link crazy!! Instead, Mark from Robert Fischer came up with the great idea of adding a second faucet to our kitchen sink! Mark helped me by researching the most effective & efficient filter, helped me choose my faucet & scheduled installation once the parts arrived. Josh came out to our facility, spent a few hours working away, and now we have endless fresh water! We are saving a ton of money in the long run and I am grateful to the great guys at Robert Fischer for always being helpful, reasonably priced and awesome to work with!

Charged $400 to detect leak.  Charged another $875 on top of that to fix the leak after saying the whole job would cost $875 which I verbally agreed to then sent me an invoice for $1250 in an email.  Left drywall holes in wall and mess for me to clean up.   Leak seemed to stop but got charged over $400 an hour for it.  Wouldn't budge on the price.   Asked around for quotes from multiple other plumbers after the fact who would have charged half the price since this wasn't an emergency.   If you use these guys make sure to get everything in writing before hand.

Found a GREAT plumber!  Robbie was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable!   He identified the problem, fixed it and
was on his way.  Prices were reasonable too!  I'll be using
them again!

I have called Mark and Robert to do several jobs for me and I have been really impressed with their knowledge, quickness, and professionallism.  I would definitely use them for all my plumbing needs

The last 3 times I have needed to call a plumber, I called Robert Fischer. Each time, I was put on the schedule ASAP! They arrived on time, made the repair quickly, were extremely polite/nice, and very fair on pricing. There is no reason to try another company after having Fischer Plumbing come to the rescue!

I was in a hot mess (pun intended) one late night when I came home from work and found my hot water heater was dead. My wife and daughter had just jumped in the shower and quickly realized it was going to be a quick cold one . My wife quickly got on the phone and reached the owner of Robert Fischer Plumbing, Mark. After a few text back and forth (photos of the water heater included), I had both a great price and a next day appointment to get a brand new water heater installed  

The next day, the Team arrived on time and within 2 hours, had the new water heater in and the area cleaned up nicer than when they arrived!

Overall, if you need anything plumbing related, call Robert  Fischer Plumbing! You won't regret it.

This is an unsolicited review for the record. We had a leak on the exterior wall of our home obviously from the shower just inside the wall. I noticed it over the weekend and called on Monday. The same day they sent Jorge out and fixed it. Really fair price too. Thanks you guys!

We have used Robert Fischer Plumbing for years from a major mainline backup to the day to day maintenance. This weekend we thought we had another sewage line issue. We put a call out and received a call back from Mark within 20 minutes. He actually was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and walk me through how to correct it. Top notch and so helpful!

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and was not comfortable doing it myself, as many of the connections under the sink looked as if they would disentigrate if I as much as touched them.  Hey, my house was built in 1976!

A realtor friend highly recommended Robert Fischer Plumbing, and from start to finish my experience was a positive one.

2) I got a call back from Mark within the hour
3) Same day service even though my job was not an emergency

Of course, we got a slab leak. It was one of the only things missing from 2020. I called Robert Fischer plumbing and they were lighthearted and reassuring. Offered to have someone out first thing in the morning and gave some advice for the downtime. They arrived in booties, masks and gloves and got right to work. Once the leak was detected, I was given options for repair. About 3 hours from start to finish, with minimal damage or clean up. I'm very impressed and thankful. In a stressful time, they worked quickly, safely and with my families interest in mind. Great job, fellas!

Robert was referred to us as a BNI referral from a friend.  He returned my phone call within an hour.  He was very accommodating as far as finding a time that would work with my schedule.  He arrived promptly and repaired the leaking pipe behind my washing machine that I called about.  Then I asked him to also look at the dishwasher drain and he repaired that as well.  I was very pleased with both repairs, the cost of the service was fair and I was completely satisfied.  I have had bad experiences with other plumbers (repairing things that didn't solve my problem and charging an arm and a leg for it)  Robert Fischer was professional and efficient .... its all about honesty and integrity.  I would refer him to my friends and family!!!!!

I've had Robert Fischer Plumbing add an outside water faucet, hook up a new faucet, install a garbage disposal, steaming hot water dispenser and repair a leak. They have always exceeded my expectations.  Robert and his team are punctual, professional, stay on budget and leave the repair area clean.  Their communication is outstanding via phone, email and/or text. I had a leak above my garage and called Robert Fischer Plumbing. They do all the work at my place of business and I have used them personally before. They arrived right on time and were very professional and clean (wore booties and masks). They asked permission to cut holes in order to find the leak. They found the leak and showed it to me.  They gave me an estimate and after I ok'd it they fixed it. They cleaned up whatever mess they made and left the area like they found it. I will always call them for my plumbing needs.

I called Mark when I found out that my toilet was leaking water all over the floor.  They were at my house within 1/2 hour, and the problem was fixed within an hour.  Thank you!

I could not be happier with these guys.  I called this morning (ahead of tomorrows' rains) and told them I had drainage issues on our patio.  They made time for me in the afternoon (same day) and Josh showed up, right when expected (even earlier).  He was excellent!  Josh snaked our drain and pulled out roots and gunk after roots and gunk.  While he was doing this dirty work, I said that I had another problem, but it could wait.  When he was finishing with the huge outside issue, he asked to take a look at the drain for our washer.  An hour later he had both problems fixed.  I'm super stoked with Josh's service and would call and request him again!

When I worked in San Clemente, we used Robert Fischer for our plumbing needs at the office, so when I purchased a condo I knew exactly which company I liked and trusted. Josh came out and did a fantastic job on the items on my plumbing to-do list in a reasonable amount of time and as always, in a friendly and professional manner. My crummy quarter turn valves have been replaced and my hose hookup installed! I will continue to use Robert Fischer plumbing in the future for all my plumbing needs, they are completely honest, reliable and extremely fair with their pricing. I received a call back from Robert Fisher. He told me he could have someone out the next day between 10 and 1. NO ONE came and he has yet to return my phone call from 1 pm asking what happened and would someone be coming!

I didn't anticipate waking up on Mother's Day to a drip coming from the recessed light in the living room. I quickly turned the water off to the house and spent the day with a bucket under the drip whenever we needed to turn on the water. First thing Monday morning I called Fischer Plumbing and left a message. I received a call back within minutes from Mark who said that a technician would be out within the next two hours. Josh called to let me know that he was on his way, found that we had a pinhole leak, repaired it, all within a few hours from placing my call. Josh was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made sure that everything was cleaned up before he left. We have used Fischer Plumbing in the past and we will definitely use them again in the future (fingers crossed, we won't have to).

My neighbor had a major plumbing issue and he had already called 3 other local plumbers and did not get a return call from any of them. I gave him the name & number for Robert Fischer Plumbing and he got in touch with them immediately and they sent a crew out right away. The issue was fixed right away and now my neighbor will only call RFP when plumbing issues arise, just like I always do.

Have used them in the past and found them reliable and honest. Recently they were honest enough over the phone to let us know our issue as described was not a plumbing issue.

One of our rental units had a plumbing leak in the ceiling on a Saturday morning.  They were able to accommodate us and the tenant and within two hours the problem was fixed.  Jorge was exceptionally neat and careful with protecting the furniture and cleaning up when he was done.  We will be recommending this plumbing company to all our friends!

Received call from friend asking for plumber referral because they had water coming out from wall behind refrigerator.  I asked my contacts and a friend recommended Robert Fischer so I passed info along.  My friend called me later to say how impressed she was and what a great job Robert Fischer Plumbing had done.  Came out right away, fixed problem, didn't leave mess and was fair in the amount charged.
Today another friend had water suddenly pouring into backyard from unknown source.  I recommended Robert Fischer again based on last friends positive experience.  My friend called, explained problem and they sent JOSH out right away.  This guy worked very hard to identify the problem and was able to remedy the situation and restore water to house.  My friend was very happy to have the problem fixed so quickly and agreed that the price was very fair.

Robert with (I believe it was) his son were going to do a job at a neighbor's house. When I saw them pull up in the driveway across the street, I asked if they could take a look real quick at a problem I had, as my shower and toilet weren't draining and water was coming up from the downstairs patio. Robert asked me to put out an extension cord and said he would snake the driveway/street pipe real quick after they were done at my neighbor's house, as that's where the problem was.

They got to work after finishing up at my neighbor's house, first snaking the pipe, but since that didn't quite work, they used another type of snake. Since they hadn't been called out for this job, they didn't have exactly the right equipment on their truck to deal with this problem- which was a a stoppage caused by roots from my palm tree.

They were both on their knees, trying really hard to unclog the street pipe with the equipment available, which of course made it a lot harder. It was a nasty, disgusting job they had to deal with, as there was sewer water involved with it, which kept splashing up. I felt bad as they got their clean clothes all dirty, and their arms and hands all wet from this disgusting water, because of having to reach far down into the pipe. You can also imagine the foul smell. But they didn't seem to care, and just wanted to take care of the problem.

They got quite a bit of roots out of the pipe, but the snake still couldn't quite reach all of it. Robert decided one of his employees would have to come out, who would be using the right kind of snake. He arrived a couple of hours later and took care of the last of the problem.

Obviously he could have called the other guy right away from the start and it would have been an easy fix with the right equipment, but I find it honorable that Robert and his son weren't afraid to get their hands dirty to try and fix the problem to help me out quickly, right then and right there. The price ended up being very reasonable too.

I was referred to Robert Fischer Plumbing from Mike @ Electric Medics. Put a call in and within 30 min Robert called me back, I explained my situation and he said he had a plumber finishing a job and could be there within the hour. Sure enough an hour later George shows up and gets to work, he didn't have the necessary parts and went to the local HD. When he got back he finished the job, tested the toilet and everything was great! (smelled good too!) Thank you George and Robert Fischer Plumbing.

We've used this company for many things over the past few years: pinhole leaks, slab leak, toilet installation, and water heater repair. We've never had an issue with any of their work. All of their employees are knowledgeable and professional. They try to fix the problem before recommending any major purchase/fix. I'll definitely be using their company for many years to come.

I was in need of a plumber to install a water conditioning system for me. I went to my neighbor and he recommended Robert for the excellent work he has done for him in the past. I cannot agree me with my neighbor as I was extremely satisfied with his work. Robert came by on a Friday morning before i left for work. He explained everything to me including getting a picture of what the units would look like installed in my garage. I left for work and came by to check at lunch and the work was already complete. I would recommend to anything that is looking for a plumber that does top of the line work to call Robert. I will be using his services in the future should I need the assistance of a plumber again.
