Very quick to respond and get a technician out.  They have a flat fee for repairs.   It ended up being a very quick repair which I could have probably done myself, but I figured it's better to be safe when electricity is involved.    He ended up inspecting a few of the other outlets in the house to make sure they didn't have the same issue.   Great service!

Horrible.  They sent an unlicensed personnel to my house.  He comes with no equipment, leaves for an hour to do I don't know, and then I see him trying to sell work to my neighbors.  I pulled the personnel list and only Tom is listed, not sure why a Benjamin was working on my house.  No one from there is returning my calls.  Paid $550 to have another electrician uninstall what they first guy did (he put in wrong gauge wires, which would have caused a fire).  FYI:  www2.cslb.ca.gov/OnlineS…

I was really nervous about hiring an electrician.  I relied on Yelp to lead me in the right direction.  I called Joel after reading his reviews on Yelp.  I wanted to write my first review on Yelp because I was so impressed with Joel's professionalism and overall integrity.  Joel first impressed me with his prompt return calls and texts.  He made certain I knew when he would be arriving and checked in so I could plan out my day.  This showed great consideration and respect for his customers.  He arrived when he said he would.  He courteously and quickly got to the problem.  He was able to fix the problem immediately, and explained what he could not do that day.  He was up front and honest with his pricing.  He stuck to his word on every aspect of his work.  I could probably write a novel about how relieved and lucky I feel that Joel was the electrician that I hired.   I am now feeling confident about future electric projects that I need in my home, because I know I found a true professional who is a credit to his craft.

I had such a great experience with Globecast!  I called because three of our hard-wired smoke alarms were chirping, letting us know something was wrong. Initially I thought the problem might be the wiring, but the electrician Harout diagnosed the problem over the phone and let me know that I simply had to replace them. He came to our house promptly and arrived just when he said he would. He turned what I expected to be big problem into a simple one. He was considerate, fast working and his charges were reasonable.  All-in-all a totally positive experience.  I will most definitely use him again for any electrical problem we have.  You should too!

Danny is professional, honest, and hard working. We hired Danny to replace bathroom faucets, toilet, regrout, paint, install new lighting/switches, replace water damaged drywall, add new ceiling lights to living room and to paint a door in laundry room. Danny did a great job on every project. Would definitely hire him again. Danny is very good at his job. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with The Response Team. Ted responded quickly and was able to fix my issues the same day. He fixed my pocket door which was off the hinges and caulked the small holes the door had. He re-screened, straightened the frame and put my screen back on for my sliding door to the backyard. He also did me the courtesy of cleaning my AC filter, popping back my window screen that had fallen off and returned when my pocket door popped out and taught us how to manage the door if it pops off and how to use it properly so it won't continue to give us issues. Yes seems reliable, reasonably priced and genuine. I would definitely recommend and I'll be calling The Response Team next time I need a home repair. Thanks, Ted!

Recently purchased a new home and we had several electrical needs. We needed a new electrical panel and i wanted new outlets to be installed and additional ceiling lighting and fans. Jason and his team were quick, yet thorough and very reliable. Very professional and overall a genuine person to have worked with. I highly recommend him. We are planning on redoing our backyard and will be using this company again!

After having dealt with another electrical contractor  that showed up completely unprepared to do any work, I called Blue Moon Electrical Culver City.  Electrician Mena came to our home, installed a new breaker in our main electric panel, grounded two electrical boxes in the master bathroom and replaced two GCFI plugs in about an hour.  Mena showed up with everything he needed and worked quickly.  The price for the work was reasonable and I appreciated his professionalism.

My wife went out with a friend and purchased a Tesla 3.  So, it was left to me to have the electrical installed in our garage so she could charge it.  We reached out to EV Pros, sent some photos of our electrical panel and the area where we wanted the outlet installed.  They gave a solid estimate, and promised to show up at 7:00 am. Kwan Gartin was right on time, friendly, and professional.  He was easy to trust and he worked most of the day installing a sub-panel (my regular panel was full), installing the outlet, and running the conduit.  He also took it upon himself to clean up some old messy wiring.  Evan, another electrician, stopped by for awhile and assisted.  He was similarly friendly and professional.  The installation looks professional and Kwan tested it in my presence before accepting payment.  He left the area neater than he found it.  I highly recommend EV Pros and would use them again.

Being at County Line in Malibu is beautiful and tranquil, but can be a challenge when it comes to finding good tradesmen to service your property.  When it comes to an Electrician, that problem is now solved.  i have used Peak Power Electric a few times now, with illuminating results.  Skylar is responsive, does excellent work and charges a fair price.  He worked through one job that turned out to be a real rabbit hole due to some wacky construction in our building.  It took several hours, causing him and his assistant to work into the evening.  They stayed and completed the job.   Skylar is like Motel 6, he'll keep the lights on for you!

Roobik did a great job replacing our outdated recessed lighting with new and more modern ones.
He reached out to me very quickly upon sending him a message on Yelp, and was able to get out to our place the next day to give us a quote. All in all (including getting the parts we needed ordered) took about a week and a half.

They replaced 6 recessed lights, installed 1 new recessed light, installed 1 chandelier and repaired 1 power outlet and only took about 3 hours.
They were very careful about not leaving a mess, laid out plastic tarp when they needed. Very happy with their service!

These guys are great. Called them out for a estimate on a few projects, and Roy came to the house within a few hours. We ultimately ended up using them for a ceiling fan install, and some corrections to our other fans. The technician was prompt, polite, and worked quickly. I'm very happy with their service and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

If I could give this company 100 stars I would.  They went above and beyond to fix my AGA Legacy Range (a model no longer manufactured).  We had seen a few people give us quotes but they only spent 5 minutes looking at my range and then would quote me an amount.  The tech I worked with Nic, who is incredibly intelligent, mindful and thoughtful, took about 45 minutes before giving me a quote.  Their pricing is incredibly fair considering they specialize though aren't limited to, luxury appliances.  If you have a Viking, AGA, Wolf, Thermador, etc use this company.  I cannot recommend them more!
