This one is about as no-brainer in terms of a glowing review as I can give.  Safe to say, like most folks, there's always a degree of worry about bringing in an unknown/non-referred person to do any kind of electrical/contracting work around the house.  They talk down to (or over!) you and you just feel icky when they're done.  They've probably ripped you off, the seem put off that they even had to be there in the first place.  At least that's been our experience.  Not so here.  

For reference, this was replacing two chunky lighting fixtures there were in awkward places in our home.  We called a few different folks, thankfully we chose the right one.  This was, I'm assuming, a relatively low stress job - but the location of the fixtures made it a bit odd.  It's at that point, my wife and I felt, any other person on the job would say 'Yeah... I didn't know this is what we had to do.... we're gonna have to charge more' or make any other litany of excuses.

We gave him the description over the phone... Tom gave us a quote - and what he quoted was what was charged.  Done and done.  But what happened from start to finish is where the quality lies.  Tom's disposition is exceptional - just a really good guy.  While the job most likely took longer than he planned (he was here almost 4 hours), he was patient and deliberate in his work and in dealing with us... he wanted to make sure we were totally happy before he was done.  The lighting looks stellar... everything works perfect.  He was even cool enough to add his two cents about a doorbell issue we're having and if you're having any issues with it... gimme a call, I can probably talk you through it on the phone.  

Overall - great experience and we can't recommend The Tradesman enough.  If you give him a call and he's able to do the job - look no further.  Any other electrical issues we may have in the future - he's our go-to guy and we'll tell anyone we know the same thing.

He wants to charge 250 dollars just to install a ceiling fan!!! Plus since work requested was too small for him, he is booked for two weeks. His text reply was rude and unprofessional

Harry is very helpful, he will come to check first your requirements before giving a quote so no surprises. Price is very reasonable, he comes on time and does very good job, plus he is fast. Will definitely recommend to everyone without a doubt.

I needed my electrical panel upgraded to 200 amps and went on yelp to find an electrician. I saw Hanseth's great reviews. I called and Chad came out and I instantly got a great vibe. He quoted a very fair price so hired them to do the job. My instincts were right, Richard and Jerry did a GREAT job and were very cool and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

Eagle Eye Electric replied to my service request under an hour even though his response time is within 4 hours. I received many replies on Yelp for my request but he had the most reasonable price for my request. He came in same day and fixed my issue under half an hour. Very satisfied customer and I'd definitely refer all my friends and family to him when in need of a reliable and most importantly honest electrician.

It's so hard to find a reliable, well-priced, high-quality handy man that you trust, but Danny is all of that and more! We had Danny install a barn door and chandelier and he did an excellent job. You can tell he cares about what he does and really thinks everything through. There were somethings we didn't have at the house, and he went to Home Depot and picked the items up so he could finish the job the same day. We will definitely be back with more projects!

Artin showed up early and did the job in under an hour.  The first electrician I tried told me I needed a new fan and motor and it would cost 1000 bucks.  Artin fixed the existing one and charged me a whole lot less!  He's a superstar.

First let me say is thank you Ted my mom is so happy with her doors and the work you did for her. This guy came to my moms last minute squeezed me in and got the job done. He hung up 3 interior doors like it was nothing was very pleasant polite on time and honest. I know my moms gonna have him again and I will recommend him to anyone. Thank you Ted

I hired Jason to install LED recessed lights throughout my home (2 living rooms, 2 hallways,3 bedrooms) he went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered prior to beginning his work and truly made me feel like I was his top priority. I have since then hired him for my outdoor sensor lighting and to mount all 4 of my tvs and hide cords. He is always available and quick to respond to my needs. He is hands down our electrician for life!!

John and his team were spectacular! His prices were reasonable and his staff provided excellent service. We had a new electrical main panel upgraded and installed. All of his work passed inspection without a problem. Even though the city was slow at providing a permit and scheduling appts for approving work, John was patient and kept a positive attitude. He and his staff provided timely status updates and responded quickly and effectively to any questions. Evan and Kwan arrived exactly as scheduled and was wearing face masks. They asked where I wanted the charger placed and started working right away. Once they were finished they sent me a text message and took me thru the wifi pairing process. They were both very professional and helpful. Kwan even pointed out to me that my power panel labels were misplaced and if there were any issues that I would be able to call them. Great assistance and would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking to install a Tesla charge

We called Lonny for three issues which I'll address in my review:

1. Dead outdoor outlets -- Another electrician told us we needed to rip open our walls before he could even begin to assess what the problem might be. Lonny came and within 40 minutes had diagnosed the problem without reaching into his toolbag.

2. Wiring electricity to the fountain in our garden -- No problem for Lonny. The job required rewiring through our stone grill, but Lonny was both surgical and methodical, and the result is outstanding.

3. Buzzing overhead lights -- A delightful parting gift from the previous owner, we still can't figure this one out. Lonny said he needed to do some more research and get back to us. I skeptically assumed once we paid him, we'd never hear from him again, but he got back to us a week later and told us it might be a bad ballast that would need to be cut out and replaced. But he also was honest in saying that he was uncertain if that would fix our issue. He could have been dishonest and recommended just cutting our ceiling open ... then charging us on an on-going basis as he fumbled around trying to fix the problem.

So we're 2 for 3, but we know we got honest, reliable service.

I found Roobik through Red Beacon and sent a message to install a new ceiling fan/light fixture in our home.  Roobik called immediately to provide an estimate and schedule the services for the next day.  Roobik was professional, efficient, honest, fair, and very nice.  Our fixture required assembly and was a bit more complicated than expected, but Roobik made it work and did a great job.  We love our new ceiling fan/light fixture.  Thanks, Roobik!
