Best Electricians in California

This was the most honest, dependable Electrician I have EVER had the privilege of dealing with. He was fast, he quoted a fair price, and even though the job was way more than originally quoted; he maintained his composure and perservered through an entire day of surprises. I was pleasantly shocked at the level of expertise as well as his impeccable business ethics. I can't say enough good things about Cory and his responsiveness to an otherwise disasterous project - WELL DONE!

Back on Feb 19th, we discovered that the wiring got fried within one of the wall sockets in our living room.  We requested a quote from one of the other electricians here on Yelp, and as we were completing the request, Yelp automatically prompted us with a list of 10 other potential electricians that we might also like to send this same request to.  I didn't want to spend much time researching all the other options, but Tradesman immediately stood out because of the number of stars it in relation to the number of reviewers.  So we let Yelp send the same request to Tradesman.

The next morning (Feb 20th), we received an email from Tradesman asking to connect by phone in order to discuss the issue.  We were able to connect with them in the afternoon, and they said they could come out the next day (Feb 21st).  The other electrician had also emailed us, but they told us in the email that they were booked until March 3rd!  That's 10 days later!  Crazy.

Anyways, this young guy named Jerry came out, and he was very helpful in explaining to us what had most likely caused the melt-down in the wall socket -- the space-heater at the end of the line of sockets which was overloading the circuit and slowly vibrating the wiring inside the wall-socket.  Our GFCI outlet kept popping, but we (stupidly) kept resetting it and not investigating the cause.  Too many times of doing that, and eventually, one of our sockets got fried.  

Jerry also pointed out that, within our wall-socket, there were two different types of wiring spliced together -- I can't recall the two types, copper and something else.  He fixed all of that up, and restored the wall socket for us.  He also spent the remainder of the hour checking the rest of the wall-sockets in that line throughout the living room, to make sure nothing else was burned.  So we only had to pay the base cost of the one hour of service -- something like $150 or $175, something like that.

I thought Jerry was very professional.  He didn't ramble on and tell stories, but at the same time, he regularly offered tips or suggestions on how the electrical lines work in our living room and how we might be more careful about how we load them up.  Great experience!  Will definitely call them next time we run into trouble :)

Joel and Nick have come to our rescue on several occasions.  They're well-versed and excellent at what they do but, more importantly, care about their work and ensuring your satisfaction with the job. We've had a couple of urgent calls for repairs (a whole phase going down just before a party, heater not working at a rental property during winter) and they've been extremely prompt to respond. They've also done an excellent job with other interior and exterior electrical work at our place. If you want someone who's professional, reliable and courteous ( not to mention extremely well priced), these are your guys!!!

Was such a pleasure working with Harout. He had so much patience and explained to me any questions I had. Very great with communication and quick responder. I have a closet that didn't have an outlet and I live in a studio that had a big fan in the middle.. my goal is to separate my bed and the Living room by putting a wall in the middle, so I had him take off the fan and put two lights on opposite sides of the room.

Since I live in an apartment I didn't want to damage the walls and cut holes, so Harout got creative and provided me a different option that wouldn't make too much damage on the walls/ceilings. I love how it turned out and with a very reasonable price, this place is turning out perfect so far. :)

Chad was very responsive to our request for a bid and reasonable for the electrical work we needed done.
Richard was the electrician that performed that work.  He was on time and thorough, and cleaned up after himself.  Very neat.

Danny installed a ceiling fan and six  can lights including new switches for us today. Our Tv room is transformed we are very happy! Responsive and dependable from first contact. Fairly priced and cleaned up well after done. He is very skilled at what he does, communicates throughout the job and is very professional. We will be doing more business with him in the future and recommending him to friends and family. :)

We were lucky enough to find Artin when we moved into a new house about 18 months ago. Can't recommend him highly enough. He's incredibly honest, reliable, skilled and experienced. If I could give him more stars I would!

Great experience with Ted at Response team. He installed a ceiling fan and two bookcases in the girls room. Work was completed diligently in about two hours. We're very happy with the results.

What can I say? Raz is the man and gets the job done--period.  We were really stressed out finding an electrician to hang a tall chandelier with some crazy high bids and wait times.  Raz swung by, took one look and said Ill be back Saturday, no problem.  And he was---with two of his guys who had the light hung in a flash and also hung my dining room and kitchen lights.  His price was fair, he stuck to his word and they were awesome.  I had him back a few months later to wire in the 220V box for my hot tub.  It was freezing rain and cold and a long job but by dark, I had the water bubbling.  Again, an immaculate job with well done conduit and they clean up after themselves.

I'll have him back out soon for my 220V Tesla charger if I can ever get Elon Musk to build the damned thing on time.....but that's another story.

We have now worked with Jason several times. From fixing electrical issues in our 60 year old house to installing all new lighting and ceiling fans. He has always been honest, fast and easy to work with. He has also made himself available at abnormal hours if it made things easier for our schedule. I have him in my contacts and recommend him to everyone I know.

I sent an inquiry in on Yelp and Steve was quick to respond - had me call to set an appointment the next day!  I had called several electricians and they were scheduling 2-3 weeks out?! I was able to get all my GFCI fixed in the kitchen and a couple other outlets fixed as well.   Thanks so much!

Never got back to my online quote request. Maybe they're too busy. Wasted my time filling out the request and taking pictures and waiting for a response. If they won't answer they shouldn't make the option available.

We are very much a fan of Mr. Gordon, and will definitely use him again for future work.  He arrived on time as stated, fixed several plugs we needed and even came back the next day to fix a light fixture.  He was easy to talk to.

Roobik did a great job with our electrical panel, as he quickly and efficiently swapped it out for a new one. He gave us a very good quote for the job and his work was well worth the price. He was very professional with his work and completed the job in a timely manner. I'd recommend Roobik to all friends and family and will definitely be going back to him for future services.
