I had an outdoor lamp post that needed removing and Cory from Eon Electric came out, turned off the power to the lamp, and helped me take down the lamp post, additionally he sawed the remaining piping that extended out of the ground.

This is our new electrician.  

The company is clearly well-run.  They handle appointments promptly, provide detailed quotes, show up promptly for the job, and most importantly do the work well, with attention to detail.  

Dennis, Reid, and Nick arrived on-time for our job (Lake Forest), and were clean and courteous, wearing masks.  We needed several outlets moved, new lighting, a ceiling fan installation, and new shop lights in the garage.  We received other quotes claiming it would take 2-3 days, but this team took care of it in one day.  

Great value, and great work.  Highly recommend.

We went through a few highly rated electricians on yelp and these guys were BY FAR THE BEST. Chad and his crew are seriously so rad. Danny does excellent work, he's punctual, and he seems able to solve any problem. He is the best handy man we have had.

Artin was great. I called to get a bunch of small electric jobs done at the house, he came right away, he was right on time, he gave me an estimate and stuck to it, and he did great work.
He replaced an outlet and four kitchen lights and rewired three exterior lights in less than an hour, for a fair price.

we will use him again.

I'd definitely not recommend this guy.  

The initial interaction was okay.  He showed up and checked out the work on time.  After checking it out, he'd said he'd check out material costs and get back with an estimate.

Instead of doing that, he texts me two days later saying he's free and if he could do the job immediately, which was fine with me.  At this point, it becomes apparent he didn't check out material costs since he was out shopping for the caulk and asks for photos (despite him already coming out to check out what I needed done).  Didn't seem too bad, but I was busy in a meeting and snapped them hastily.  At this point I ask the cost and he says $300 -- a bit expensive but whatever.

He shows up a bit later and starts working.  2.5 hours later he informs me he's done.  Job was a bit shoddy in the tiled shower, but I just wanted it caulked at this point and didn't say much.  I was a bit irked also that he didn't test the caulk first to see if it matched the grout -- obviously it doesn't as seen in the pics.

At this point he says the bathtub can be used in couple hours and the standing shower could be used 8 hours.  

He left behind the grey and clear caulks used in the shower which I ended up reading after he left.  The clear one said an hour, but the grey caulking said don't use for 24 hours.  Thought that was odd, but didn't think too much about it.  Just to be safe, we waited 6 hrs before using the bathtub shower since we assumed he at least read that one correctly -- the pics show that it wasn't the case.  The caulk started absorbing water and flaking off.

I ended up texting him back the next day, and he seemed a bit standoffish about this, but said he'd come back later in the week.  I texted a few days later and was ghosted.

I'm going to need to re-do both at this point (3 months later) as he also caulked over old, moldy caulk in the standing shower.  The new caulk already has mold/mildew seeping through.  He also didn't redo all the caulk as asked.

They did a fantastic job installing an outlet for our dishwasher. It was a difficult task and they went above and beyond, even carrying out the old dishwasher.

My house needed a lot of upgrades and Jason did it all. He replaced all my outlets, switches, installed recessed lighting throughout, upgraded my panel, installed a fart fan in my restroom, and installed a hood in my kitchen!Jason was very professional and is a hard worker and knew how to do it all! Along the way he also threw out some great ideas. I would absolutely recommend Jason to a friend or even my grandma!

Steve is straight forward and a very good communicator. In providing a bid, he demonstrated his experience and professionalism in that he was clear about his scope of work, his bid price and what is required by code. He showed up on time, we reviewed the details of the work, my preferences and he completed the work with a sense of urgency and thoughtfulness.

In the process he encounter some faulty electrical work by others and spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue and fixed the faulty work at no additional cost.

My wife saw their company van on the road and took a snap shot of their number. I did my research and gave them a try. The response time to my question on Yelp was within 10-15 mins. A few questions and snap shots of my garage and then it was time to install. I had already purchased the Tesla Wall Charger. The install took 1 hour and 15 mins. Jeff and his associate were very professional and wore mask when addressing me. Such a clean seamless job they preformed. I highly recommend this company to anyone who will need an EV charger installed.

Lonny with Flash Gordon Electric was wonderful.  We had an electrical issue / emergency and Lonny came to see us the same day.  He diagnosed and fixed the problem and made sure everything worked properly.  He was on time, professional and very calm.  Lonny was pleasant and very knowledgeable.  We will definitely call Lonny and Flash Gordon Electric in the future with all of our electrical needs.  His rate is reasonable, but most of all reliable.  I highly recommend.

Roobik is a true professional.  I needed some dimmers changed in a very old home. He responded rapidly to my request for help and was able to schedule me in a couple of days. He arrive promptly on the assigned day and did great work very quickly. I will most certainly call him again when I need his help. High praise for great service.

Great experience! I requested a quote through Yelp, and Professional Appliance Repair sent their tech the next day. He arrived within their estimated time window, was very kind and professional, and diagnosed the issue with my dryer quickly.
