Raz from RRZ Lighting was awesome from the start, He was easy to communicate with and on time.I highly recommend working with RRZ Lighting and electric, I had them to wite the exterior of our house for 4 ring floodlights, also to wire for ring alarm security system and ring smart doorbell. Steve is straight forward and a very good communicator. In providing a bid, he demonstrated his experience and professionalism in that he was clear about his scope of work, his bid price and what is required by code. He showed up on time, we reviewed the details of the work, my preferences and he completed the work with a sense of urgency and thoughtfulness.

In the process he encounter some faulty electrical work by others and spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue and fixed the faulty work at no additional cost.

Great job with my wall connector install guys!  You guys showed up right on time and got me up and running in short order.  My old install could barely handle 32amps and now 48amps is no issue.

I needed an electrician to troubleshoot some outlet issues I was having. Namely that the outlets on one wall stopped working. I called on a Sunday in the middle of a rainstorm and was surprised when Lonnie actually answered - I had anticipated leaving a message. We chatted for some time to suss out the scope of the issue and he said he would reach out with a time he could make it during the week. He contacted me the next day and came out within a few mins. Found the problem quickly, fixed it, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend for your electric needs.

The company I work for owns a commercial office space in South Pasadena and we called R. Power Services to help us address various items in and around the building. Roobik was very prompt and courteous in all our interactions. Came right out to survey/inspect the building and again a few days later to do the actual work. I would highly recommend him and his business for all of your commercial electrical needs!!

Interesting there are so many positive reviews.  Since I could not get a call back (even though the message said someone would get right back to me), I am not one of the customers who could claim 5 star service.

I paid this Co. to fix my dryer.
They did NOT fix my dryer.

I took 2 full days off work for the guy to work on it.  He put huge metal parts all over my hardwood floors (see pics) and scratched my floors.  When he couldn't fix the dryer he told me I'd get my $ back.  I haven't seen it yet.  
The office told me I hadn't given them enough time? Should I just quit my job?
I bought a new dryer from Best Buy, it was delivered, installed, and I did all my laundry in less time than these people took to ruin my floors and NOT fix my dryer.  
I do hope they are honest and will be refunding me my money.

The technician was very professional and on time. The quote was accurate and the time spent on site was as quoted. The tech was very clean and genuinely thoughtful on keeping the worksite clean. I had a dedicated outlet installed for my network equipment. I was so impressed with the work and service, Simple Electrical Service will be doing more electrical work this week.
