Consistent Outstanding Service! Reached out to Joaquin due to a leaking garbage disposal and was able to made an appt right away.
On day of the appt., Joaquin showed up early and was ready to go. He replaced the garbage disposal with a new one, took away the old, and cleaned up the area within 30-minutes.
Joaquin was super efficient and knew what he was doing. He still delivered the same outstanding service.
You should give him a try for any plumbing needs.

Fernando's prices are very reasonable, but more importantly he's very reliable and responsive. Had him redo my laundry plumbing and also add a pressure regulator and I'm very satisfied with both jobs.

I was ready to give up and take a bid with this company that was gonna break the bank. I looked up one more place and ser plumbing came up. First of all I felt comfortable talking to the gentleman that came to look at the job and that's super important. Next he was honest about what I what needed to be done and how much it would cost. When they came for the job they were here on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. They were able to save my stairs and basically dug under all the Cement and saved me a bunch of headaches. The were very professional and also friendly and best of all they cleaned up after them selves which no company has ever done. Even the most expensive companies that I've hired over the years. I would definitely use ser plumbing again and definitely recommend it to anyone that needs any plumbing repair.

Had a toilet leak today and Carlos responded very fast. Being a new company, I wasn't sure if this was the right choice at first. However I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Carlos has a wonderful personality, easy-going and explained to me what the problem was and what he was going to do. He's definitely the guy I will be calling for future plumbing issues.

Andy came out to my house for what I thought was a pipe leak behind one of my walls. He informed me that it was probably rain water coming down from a hole in my roof. He diagnosed my problem and gave me good advice on how to approach the HOA with this issue. Even though I actually needed a roofer instead of a plumber, he didn't charge me for making the trip out. Very honest and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them if I have an actual plumbing issue in the future.

Tom's Quality Plumbing is fantastic! Tom is my go to plumber. He is punctual, priced right, and always professional.
He recently fixed a leaking pipe in my master bathroom (non emergency); however, in the past I have used him for emergency situations as well as day to day repairs.
Tom returns calls promptly (esp. emergency situations), sets up appointments quickly, arrives on time, and his pricing is fair.

So I called on a Saturday (today) around 10:30am, problem was my kitchen sink that was draining slowly and filling up upon using the dishwasher, and during normal usage as well. Hoping to dislodge whatever might've been in there, I tried letting the sink fill enough to plunge it but all it did was bring up a bunch of sludge. The more I tried, the more sludge I got, but the slower the drain too. I mean it would take a good 20 minutes to drain with only 1 of standing, sludgy water.
It occurred to me that although I was apparently loosening something up, after trying that for a couple hours and only bringing more sludge up into the exceedingly slowly draining water, there was no way I was going to deal with the stress and anxiety it was causing me any more. It was obvious it needed some professional assistance.
When I searched yelp for plumbers, they had a little questionnaire I could fill out to be submitted to local plumbers for them to contact me. I was provided four options, all with high ratings, but I went with KNC because I was impressed with not only the fact that they could be out in only a few hours but also the very reasonable price.
In fact, the price quoted was so reasonable that I was worried that there was a service fee that wasn't reflected in the quote, but I was assured that the price quoted was the total cost.
Also, their initial and subsequent response was instantaneous, and all communication was clear and friendly.
They sent a text with the technician's picture and detailing his qualifications, as well as a time frame we agreed upon. Soon after he asked if that time was ok or whether he could come even earlier (1 instead of after 2). Heck yeah!! The sooner the better. Kitchen drain issues are annoying, not to mention obviously stress inducing.
When Kris arrived at 1 he was polite and immediately donned both booties and a mask (I, too, wore my mask of course). I appreciate all efforts to be safe these days. Extra points for that, Kris!
Kris was able to get my issue resolved in little time (I'd say under 30 minutes, but I wasn't watching the clock).
When he went over the bill, which was as quoted, he mentioned that he gave me 20 off that quoted price. I forget the reason but who needs a reason, right? Talk about awesome. I mean, as it is, I am currently house sitting for family while they're away all month and didn't want to burden them with a plumbing issue so I was hoping to just swing it myself without their involvement. So this was just an incredibly positive experience from beginning to end. In fact, the $ saved went to Kris in the form of a well deserved tip.
Please, anyone who needs assistance with plumbing, give these guys a try. I'm in no way affiliated with KNC, never heard of them before 10:30 this morning. I'm so glad I chose them!
Kris, you are a good honest man, and I can't thank you enough for helping me out today!
**just wanted to add this to my previous review. Last night I had another plumbing issue when my nephew decided to shave his fuzzy face and filled the bathroom drain with his bird's nest. The bathroom backs up to another bathroom, so both drains were affected, plugged them both up for a bit then they started to drain, but slowly.
Because I was so impressed and pleased last time, I of course called Kris again and just like before his response was immediate. We arranged for him to come over this morning first thing, and he was again prompt, courteous, wore booties and a mask, and completed the task very thoroughly (including providing me w quite a few pictures of the job he did, like what came out, what the pipes looked like inside, even a pressure check).
Another thing I have to say is that he left zero mess behind, both times. Also, he explained everything very thoroughly and answered all questions politely and to our satisfaction.
Anyone who owns or even rents a home will eventually require plumbing services, there's no way around it. I'm just really glad I found such an honest and affordable professional to trust to do the work right, and at an unbeatable price. Plumbing problems can be so stressful, but both times Kris handled the jobs so quickly and affordably, it was such a relief. This guy is legit. You won't go wrong by giving him a call.
Kris, once again thank you so much. I can't tell you enough how appreciative I am. I will recommend you to everyone I know. I hope your business thrives. You deserve it.
My best to you!

Professional, quality, attention to detail. If you have any plumbing needs, I put full faith and confidence in this business. They have come in to replace our water heater and again to fix our sink, quick response, done well, fair pricing. Don't do it twice, do it once right the first time with Beach Plumbing.

We contacted Nido Plumbing for an emergency water heater replacement and they responded quickly, gave us a fair estimate and made the installation quick and easy. The technician Jesus was very knowledgeable, communicated well and made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend this company!

This is my second yelp for County Wide Plumbing and Heating. They say things happen in threes and I really hope there isn't a third. I had a very leaky ,actually flowing water problem with again, an ancient tub faucet. I called Rick again and he was able to schedule me the next day for repair. I met Eli, a very personable guy who went right to work. The valve was stubborn and Eli had to muscle it without breaking it. He worked quickly and very neatly and replaced the part in no time The knob glides smoothly and water pressure has inproved. Again, County Wide to my rescue.
I would also like to say Rick takes great pride of ownership and he will work with you to make sure you understand everything from billing to repair. He is truely one of the few who puts his customers first and makes sure they are one hundred percent satisfied. Thank you all at County Wide for another great experience.

Tim put in a water heater the day before Christmas. Did not put a pan under it so had to come back the next week to redo it all. Customer service was aweful got into verbal fights with my son. Backed up on to my boulevard into my mailbox and did not tell me. Thereby making my mailbox unstable. Neighbors security system caught it on tape. I have text Tim and now he has me blocked. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. He knows he hit my mailbox all I want is for him to come secure it. All the years he is supposed to be in business and no reviews since 2010?

We needed a hot water recirculating system installed and it turned out we also needed a new hot water heater and water pressure regulator. The office staff was not only friendly but went above and beyond in helping us understand our options and even researching answers to our questions. They were thorough and made us feel taken care of. The two plumbers both showed up when they said they would and were also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really seemed to care and didn't leave until they were sure our needs were met. I highly recommend them.

Honestly. Just a fast responding honest plumber. I called on a Thursday late afternoon and Luis the Champ !!! Was out in no time to unclog my drain - due to my lovely employee who loves sticking wipes in the toilet.
I had called other places and they lagged and also quoted me double of Rubios.
He earned my future business - Stuck his sticker on my sink for future clogs for my Notorious employee

I just called them and they are closed for the summer???? never heard of such a thing. Todd said they have a few large projects and are not taking any jobs from individual homeowners. When I asked for a recommendation for another plumbing company, he hesitated quite a bit then said no, not really. I found this all very strange.

I cannot recommend Simpex and James A enough. James showed up and respected COVID rules and I felt totally safe. He diagnosed the problem I had immediately (leak) and explained to me what he was doing. He was professional and extremely knowledeable. I cannot recommend James A and SIMPEX enough

I would highly recommend Good guy plumbing. They were very quick to respond, had great prices and THEY WERE ON TIME!!! We had the pleasure of one of the employees by the name of Johnny he was very professional, fast at getting the job done and very nice. They kept me in contact the entire time even after the job was completed. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future work that may need to be done.

We have an old house in Santa Ana (Floral Park). Over the last few years, I have called Rasco whenever we have a leak or problems with old antique shower faucets, etc. They always are able to squeeze me in, extremely mild mannered gentleman and his son, and they get right to work. His fees are also very reasonable. Thumbs up!

After two days dealing with a plumber who both couldn't fix our clogged kitchen sink and who was resistant to wearing a mask (the law in LA) but did because I insisted although he remained insolent as well, we finally contacted Mark's Plumbing and Rooter.
OMG. Talk about night and day! Mark showed up wearing a mask & gloves and slipped on surgical booties over shoes when came in our house. Talk about service and courtesy!
We greatly appreciated the respect to us by his attitude towards safety in this Stay-At-Home era but the real reason we hired him, unclogging our sink, was still an uncoming challenge.
Well, I don't know why I even worried about. Mark's ability to get the sink working because he did so in less than an hour whereas the other so called plumber couldn't fix it after spending about 5 hours over two days.
On top of his professionalism, skilled abilities - he's a nice guy too! I'm not a relative or friend of his, I just believe in sharing reviews of great service received!

Andy and his crew are hands down the best! They came in to my property as I had a leak in one of my sewer pipe coming from upstairs to downstairs. I contacted lay it right plumbing and Andy was one the phone within minutes of me contacting him, he came out right away and went over the work that needed to be performed. The following day he came over and did everything he needed to do without breaking or damaging anything else. His work station was clean and made sure he cleaned up everything as I have my house clean. I couldn't have asked for a better team for the job. Now they are doing a rental property which is already starting to turn out great. Thanks Andy I look forward to working with you in the future.
