I have hired Ruben and his team three times thus far for two properties and they have always been very responsive, on time, understanding to the situation, and fair on quotes and prices.

We needed our main line from our office cleared out. We had another company come out, that was not able to complete the job. So, with only 2 hours left in the working day I was calling around to many different locations, and no one was able to come out. I came across Drain Buster on Yelp, and gave them a call. I spoke to Gary who was willing to try and find a technician for me. In less then 5 minutes he had a technician on his way out. The tech showed up and was able to complete the job. He was friendly and thorough. We will definitely be using this company in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

Available at short notice. Got the powder room painted. Quick and efficient. Recommend for similar projects at home .

Beware. Charged $275.00 for: 1) Did not properly snake a simple sink clog, 2) created a leak that did not exist until they worked on it; and 3) they did not have simple supplies on their truck. After they left, a real plumber came in and did the job in twenty minutes with no mess and a fee three times LESS than these poseurs.  I suggest more in depth schooling in the area of plumbing for these guys, if they really want to be in this business and make a go of it. Not recommend. No stars.

First, let me say that these reviews are totally legit. The owner John, is neat, dependable and honest. He not only showed up on time, but stayed after the call was completed to give some additional advice on other plumbing situations we had at the house. In short, this man deserves your business. He's the kind of guy that can easily become your go-to, first/only call plumber. With service this good, AND com     petitive rates, why call anyone else?

We had a clogged bathtub and was searching Yelp for a reliable service. I came across Rosales Plumbing & Rooter and started reading the reviews. I requested a quote and received a response within a matter of minutes, which was great!

I spoke with Oscar who gave me a quote based on my situation. He informed beforehand that he did have other jobs before me but could assist me right after, if that was okay with me. I appreciated his upfront honesty and professionalism.

Once Oscar arrived, he was able to get the tub unclogged in a matter of minutes. If you have any sort of plumbing issues, definitely give Oscar a call. He is very professional and gets the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. We will definitely be going to Rosales Plumbing anytime we have a problem. Thanks again Oscar!

My 2 year old tankless water heater kept breaking so i wanted a diffrent brand i called Jacot plumbing they sent out Charles he was honest and very professional the very next morning they showed up with the new tankless and new filter that would solve my problems he installed it quikley and made it look great. After that he cleaned his entire mess. i highly recommend Charles and jacot. also the girl Tina answering the phone was great too. very professional. WAY TO GO JACOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you need help with your Heating and Air Conditioning, Tony is the guy to call.  He is prompt, professional and provides an excellent service at an affordable price.  He explains what is needed including any options.  He pays attention to every little detail in his work.  He replaced my heating and air conditioning unit that hadn't worked in over a year.  My family now enjoys a cool home!  You won't regret hiring Anthony's Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning!

SCAM! This guy came out with an assistant--during COVID, no masks. Claimed the problems were fixed and took $375 of my money KNOWING he fixed nothing. Promised he'd come back the next day, lol, and ghosted afterward. DON'T BE SCAMMED! My entire house is now worse off than when he came. No bathrooms, shower, laundry. He flooded one of the bathrooms. and left a pile of nasty towels and disgusting flooded floors. If I could I give 0 stars I would. He has no idea what he's doing.

To Affordable Plumbing- You think you got away with something. You didn't. God don't like when you mess with his people. Good luck to you, you'll need it.

Armando and his team did a full repipe of my house late last year. It included a new main water service line, water lines in house and drainage pipes. They were very professional and even finished the job within a week, to my surprise. They did everything by the book and we went through the city inspection with ease. They are now my go to company for our plumbing needs. I highly recommend Armando and his team.

Mike installed a nice toilet for me in a condo I have.  Mike was very professional and even quiet as my daughter who lives there said he managed to install the toilet while her baby slept in adjacent room and baby didn't wake up until he was done!  Daughter thought Mike was also cute to boot and nice that he spoke clear English.  So, all being said, I have logged Mike in my cell phone for future!  Thanks Mike!

Professional job

I have used FP for years, and I will say without any doubt, they are what any person is looking for as far as getting the job done, on time, very fair pricing, and with knowledgeable plumbers.  Few weeks back we had a toilet overflow, and they were out same day to stop the water flow.  We ended up having water damage, which was fixed, then today a new toilet was installed, and we are back good as new.  Josh and Andrew also made the time to change out a new shower fixture.

So 3 cheers for Family Plumber, best local service provider!
