Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Hugo is a great plumber. We were getting our bathrooms re-done. He was the plumber on the project and did a great job. His work was very clean, professional and most important he gave us the best advise about what faucets should get and from where.

I spent over $500 for high pressure jetting (deep clean) service, and it was only good for a couple of months until the kitchen drainage clog again. We barely used the kitchen recently BTW. I called them and scheduled an appointment for regular unclog service. They said they will come over at 10:00 next day, but nobody show up and I made a few calls to follow up with them. Every time when I call, they said they are on their way, so I have cancel my other appointments and waiting for them! They didn't show up until the end of the day!! They don't respect your time at all!

They did show up at around 3:30pm after I post this review. The guy said I will need to pay full amount for unclogging service since deep clean warranty only good for 2 months even though they told me the service could prevent the clogging issue for 2-5 yrs when they initially worked on it. I let them go and decide to pay more to hire another plumbing guy to unclog the pipe.

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

The Service Champion salesman Mr Steve Smith came to my 91 yr old mothers home and told her that her heater had rust in it and needed to be replaced. He also told her that if she did not replace the unit it could catch on fire and burn her home down. So my mother signed a  contract for $4,300.00. After the salesman left a neighbor came and asked what was going on. After explaining the situation the neighbor told my mother to cancel the contract that this company was only interested in taking her money. I learned of this contract 2 days later and had my mother send a hand written letter with a return receipt request. My mother also called to the company to cancel. A manager called her back and offered to do the job for $1,000.00 less. She told him that she was not interested in doing business with their company. I then had the job completed by a qualifited licensed contractor for $400.00. There was no rust in the unit. A sensor had malfunctioned and the motor needed to be replaced. Taking advantage of the elderly is inexcusable. Lisa, a manager seems to be the one up to the task of calling back allllllllll of the disgruntled customers. She says she has been with the company 18 years.

It was was a on a Sunday morning that I had stopped up kitchen sink.  I was given the phone number to this local plumbing company by my neighbor. I was pressed for time to get to an appointment. I could not cancel, that one . Or I would be charged.This company was fast to get to my house. Super super nice and professional too. He made feel comfortable about my situation. That he could help in a timely manor. He did it, he fix it!  Olinser was my hero that day! Totally professional and super nice too. Thank you so much! I was able to make my appointment too! I definitely will be recommending this company to my friends and family.
 

    So once again Olinser came to rescue us. On a Clogged shower.  Again I am super please with his service.  He is honest and hard working with determination to help me resolve my situation. Arrived on time. Arturo was knowledgeable and upfront concerning pricing and my issues (leaking faucet, washing machine drainage problem).

I needed two hose bibbs replaced. The J&M quote was reasonable for this straightforward job, and was done based on the photo I sent. Another firm sent me an estimate three times as much, also based on the same photo. Two others wanted to send someone out for an estimate...reasonable for a more complex job, but for this? I liked J&M's simple approach. The job was completed in under an hour.

Elijah replaced my faucet and was very thorough and had great customer service and was able to complete job same day with no hassle. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a job done fast and efficiently. Thank you Eli!

Used Yelps features to hire a plumber. I input the information for work that needed to be down and my contact info. I got responses from about 6 plumbing companies. I did my research on 4. I reached out to a different one and once I sent in my photos, they wanted to change my existing structure and charge around $1,500. I only had a leak out of one faucet in the bathtub. I have a three knob faucet and they wanted to change to one.

I did not think a whole restructure was necessary for a leak so I went with my gut and contacted another plumber from my recommended list.

I reached out to High Speed Rooter & Plumbing in Rowland Heights on July 4th, a holiday. They responded right away and throughout the day.

Their Yelp page says they price match and they sure do! I had work done previously that I was not too happy with. Turns out they fixed the mistakes of my previous plumber. I know this to be true by the immediate difference in how my faucet felt and worked.

They fixed my leak by replacing and rebuilding 3 handle shower valves with new cartridge, stems, seat, trim and handle. They were honoring my price match of previous work. I paid everything but they didn't think i needed my sink snaked. I agreed since there was no blockage and they refunded me the money for the snake.

Everything they did was professional. From our first point of contact, to scheduling, to arriving within the timeframe, to the work and explanation of what was done 10/10. I was truly happy with their over all customer service and labor. They did go above and beyond because they stayed more time than they predicted. The reason for that is because they had to fix what my previous plumber had done, it looked difficult it they remained positive and got it done. I can't thank them enough and they are who I have been and will be recommending from now on.

Thankfully they got my shower up and running.

Kody is fast to respond even on weekend and the fix was fast and very well done.

Communicating with Viper was very quick and easy. Plumber was on time and fixed my problem in 30 minutes. The only concern I had was the original quote. I received a text quote for $195 parts and labor for both valves, but when the plumber came he increased the price to $300. When I called the office, they reported a miscommunication. I felt taken advantage of and should've just declined it. But at least the service was good.

Today I kind of panicked when my restaurant started flooding water up the toilet and also up from the drain under the kitchen sink. I'm so glad I found Carlson Plumbing on Yelp. Brandon said he would be there within the hour but he got there much quicker. He fixed the issue, like it was nothing to him, although it took quite some time to finally reach whatever was causing the issue in the pipes. It was pretty messy but he cleaned everything up afterwards. He was a lifesaver for us today, otherwise we would have had to close down the restaurant for the rest of the day.

Such a reasonable price also!! I thought it would cost at least $150 more than what he charged me.

OC Sprinkler Repair came over to our house to work on our faulty sprinkler system.  Mani did an AWESOME job and we'd recommend him and OC Sprinkler Repair to anyone in the area looking for high-quality, efficient and honest work.  Everyone was professional, arrived on time (if not early), and were incredibly friendly.  They installed a new backyard sprinkler timer station (including making unforeseen runs to Home Depot for a new 4x4 post to mount the timer on, as well as digging, mixing and pouring cement in to hold it securely in place).  They installed an efficient drip system to irrigate 4 of our big potted plants, replaced a handful of faulty valves, answered all of our questions and stayed well over the estimated scheduled time to get the job done correctly.  They also cleaned everything up very well and left us with a beautiful yard, that now, weeks later, is thriving after proper care and watering.  We are so happy with OC Sprinkler Repair and have been recommending them to everyone!  Thanks, guys!  Keep up the awesome work!

Bad customer service, they took 6 hrs to shop up from when first called.. technician was not even clued on what the problems were and he quoted super high for something simple... will not ever use this company again..
