We contacted Daniel at the recommendation of many people in the neighborhood.

He came out to replace our toilet.

(The toilet has a double flapper and 2 previous plumbers, plus a supply company, had never seen that before.
There was a clog in the actual toilet that they could not get through as well (which was why it wasn't flushing) and everything together could be costly... probably most cost effective to just replace the toilet.)

First off, he was very available to communicate with while we were choosing the new toilet.

When he came to do the work, he first took time to inspect our current toilet.
He asked questions and tinkered with it.

Wrapping up the story, he adjusted a few things in the tank, and turns out, we didn't need a new toilet.

That was already great news, as I didn't want to contribute to the landfill, but he also offered to take the toilet to Home Depot and meet us there so it could be returned!
So kind.
And then, he didn't even charge us!!!
He said he didn't really do anything.

Kind, kind human and really good at his job as well.

Was able to get quick service for a clogged sink! I had a strange work day and Joseph was kind/flexible on timing for the appointment. Super happy to have used the Yelp service to find Trench Plumbing! Will definitely keep his number for any future needs and to give as a local recommendation.

I work for a local Fire Agency and with the heavy rains we were called to a home for a flooding. Long story short we didn't have the tools to fix the problem and were getting soaked in the rain attempting to clear clogged drains with a snake that was inadequate.  I saw a random plumber driving down the street, Jose Ramirez, and asked if he had a snake we could use.  He stopped and helped us for about 40 minutes in the middle of a rainstorm and cleared the home owner clogged drain pipes and saved his house from completely flooding.  Jose was a life saver for this home owner and never asked for a dollar in return.  I was very impressed and I told him I'll be calling him to my house in the future...

So I went to use the bathroom this morning and noticed that everything was clogged and coming back up in the bathtub. I called our usual plumber but they weren't able to come out right away so I came to yelp to find a new plumber rooter company. These guys came out right away and told me that I had a main line clog. They got it all snaked out with their cable machine and made sure all my drains were working ok. It was an awesome experience to have a plumber show up on time, fix the problem fast and charge a reasonable price for their work. I recommend these guys especially for your rooter needs

Talk about great, trustworthy service. Mike came promptly and did an amazing job. I had a clogged sewer drain which had given me problems in the past, but now that we called All Service Plumbing - our plumbing problems are a thing of the past. Mike ran a camera into the sewer line and identified the problem quickly, and delivered a reliable solution on the spot.

I will definitely be calling these guys for years to come!

Picture this: We had just bought our first home only to find out the next day we moved-in that our main sewer line was full of roots. We couldnt use toilets, dishwashwer, sink, clothe´s washer ANYTHING! basically we couldnt live in this house. The last thing you need at that moment is a 10,000+ dollar bill to replace your main sewer line.

I called a competitor of Cansfield´s and they told me if you have roots in your pipe, you need to call John at Cansfield´s, I couldnt understand why he would recommend a competitor but after meeting John and Mike it was all clear. These guys are the best.

I called John and he was on another job (hand digging and replacing a 45´ long main sewer line!). He answered the phone and just by being honest and straight to the point he had my trust. He agreed to come the next day to inspect the sewer pipe with a camera and assess the damage. They showed up on time the next morning, inspected with the camera and showed me the problem areas, I had root plugs in 2 places (due to a palm tree and another tree). He mentioned that in order to use the high pressure water cleaner he would have to install a clean out and gave me a quote for both services. Their pricing is unbeatable, I agreed right away and they started to work.

First to the clean out installation: It was a nightmare!! the pipe runs at 3 feet deep and close to a palm tree so the soil around the pipe was in the middle of a root fest. Man!!! that thing kicked out butt! Once they got to the pipe they noticed it was cracked in several places so they had to dig even more to access a section in good enough shape to install the clean out.

The root cleaning was the easiest by far! These guys are (if not the only ones) one of the few companies that own a Harben Jetter truck. We are talking professional, heavy duty, cutting edge technology sewer cleaning tool here. Let´s put it this way: other plumbing companies in CA call them to do this service for them. They put a special nozzle inside the pipe that cuts and pushes the roots away. While they do this they also have a camera inside so you can see this happening and of course the end result. After the cleaning is over they run the camera again the whole length to make sure no roots are left behind. Talk about peace of mind!

They trust their work so much that they will give you warranty to return and clean again should roots appear or to inspect every 6mo-1yr for free!

They are experienced, professional, honest (I cannot stress this enough) and do things the right way. They wont sell you anything you dont need or cut corners on their work. They are the real deal.

Not only have I found my go-to plumbers, I met very good friends that I hope I can keep for many years.

We've had to have a couple of drains cleared over the last three months.  The guys from Bigos arrive within the window promised, do the work quickly, and clean up after themselves!  Everyone we have dealt with has been polite, knowledgable, and considerate of our home.  We now consider them our family plumbers.

My toilet kept clogging, so I called this company.
It turned out to be a pipe connection issue, which cost me much more than simple unclogging service.
The staffs did everything for me to minimize my cost,
and I found they do very customer-friendly service.
They are reliable and professional.

I contacted Chris to replace my water main shut off valve, because I thought it is broken.  He came out and actually FIXED it for free!  He is awesome!

I tried and tried to plunge, use chemicals, and snake our pipes, but the main line just wouldn't clear. A recommendation for Federico came from friends at church, and he did not disappoint!
He worked hard, was very efficient, communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and showed me everything he was going to do.
We have a new cleanout in the front yard, a cleared line, and peace of mind. Thank you Federico!

Thank you Overtime Plumbing! Came highly recommended by my sister, called Diego last minute and he managed to squeeze me into his schedule for the following day. Diego was quick to identify the issue (leaking water line under our house which had a pinhole) and handled the job promptly. They replaced multiple exterior water fixtures in our home. Quality of work was excellent. Diego and his assistant were very personable and easy to speak to. Would highly recommend!!!

Downey plumbing did a repipe for us in May of this year after a pipe burst under a bathroom and bedroom . Our insurance adjuster said they would reimburse us for the portion that rerouted around the area of leaks . We paid in full upfront . When the job was complete I ask for for an estimate for the portion of work that the insurance adjuster said they would reimburse us for The owner of Downey plumbing refused to give us an estimate for that portion of work that we would have been reimbursed. The owner basically said I got my money fuck you ! This would have taken no real effort to have priced that portion of work that the insurance adjuster had agreed to reimburse us for if Downey would give an estimate for that portion .  There was absolutely NO EXCUSE for the OWNER of Downey to basically tell us to get fucked I don't care if you get reimbursed for what you are owed . Anyone should consider this before hiring Downey .

Very pleased with the service I was provided with from beginning to end.  Juan responded to my inquiry within minutes, we had a phone call/FaceTime and he quoted me reasonably. The handle on my bathroom faucet broke, I was unable to obtain cold water.  The new faucet brings a new look to the bathroom I'm very happy. Almost like clock work, my old copper pipes sprung a leak. It happens every year. This time I wasn't going to patch it up. After asking for a few local plumbers in my area a friend recommended Right Choice Plumbing. Jorge came out and gave me a great deal on redoing the plumbing in my house and servicing my Tankless water heater and is scheduled to change out three toilets. No job to big or small for these guys. Definitely going to use them for my other properties.

I'm certainly glad I chose to work with ASAP Services over any of the other handyman services I inquired with!  Quick to reply and quick to schedule!

Marco showed up and had very positive energy (something I am particularly keen on)! He quickly got to work and even went out and bought the correct paint we needed to get our job done!  Quick and efficient!

I had Rick and the crew replace the heating/AC ducting in my attic.  They showed up on time and gave me a good price.  They really did a nice job and obviously take pride in their work. That's very important to me to have confidence in someone to do the job right.   I would definitely have them back to do other jobs in my house.

BEWARE, BEWARE! I contacted Tim, the owner, regarding a low water stream from a highly rated reverse osmosis(RO)system I purchased from Costco that supplies water to my refrigerator water dispenser. Tim recommended a dedicated additional water tank which he installed at a price equal to what I paid for the whole RO system. He installed the water tank and I noticed obvious standing water on the bottom of the sink cabinet within 2 days where he installed the tank. He had mentioned to my wife he saw signs of a leak from a dishwasher hose and he had tightened the clamp to the dishwasher hose and he saw no visible leaks. It wasn't until I told him he would be responsible for any water damage incurred that he responded to me. He had me turn the water off and he came out the next day and fixed the leak which I was grateful for. I also contacted him to let him know that the water stream from the refrigerator was still low. He then suggested 3-4 options including purchasing a whole new RO system that was 2 times what I paid for the Costco RO system. I told him that I felt like I was having to pay for his experimentation as he did not give me confidence that he knew how to fix my problem with the system.  I asked him if he was going to deduct what I already paid him for the additional tank since I wouldn't be needing now if I purchased the new RO system from him. He has never responded. I expected much more from him especially with the many stellar reviews I had read on Yelp. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AND WON'T BE USING HIM AGAIN. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

After writing the above review I was contacted by Tim. He is now offering to install his RO system deducting what I've already paid him and to return to him the tank I purchased. After consideration I felt most comfortable to NOT take him up on his offer. I don't believe you have to write a unfavorable review or remind him he would be responsible for water damage in order for him to act.

Third time using Rick and he did an awesome job again. Shower handle broke and he came same day. Ended up installing a new water heater we were already thinking about doing and Rick got us a great deal on a brand new Rheem! My wife has hot water all through her long showers now! Thanks Rick! I will continue to send all my real estate clients to you!
