I couldn't be happier! First, a person answered the phone at 7am, friendly and professional. I explained I had a clogged toilet but not emergency. Stuart took my info and said someone would be here between 8 and 10am. I received a text when Joe was enroute. Arrived before 9am. Joe explained step one and price and then the possible next step, along with price. I feel pricing is very reasonable. He was done within 15 minutes. Joe offered to go over a checklist they have, go through the house and check plumbing; no extra fee. Joe, took the time to answer any of my concerns. I had called a different plumber the day before and left a message. (That company had been here before a couple times in the past ). I got a text 14 hours later, asking if I still needed service. So, BHI is now, my go to plumber (and probably air & heating). THANK YOU SO MUCH for the quick and friendly service !

Been a DC Drains client for over 20 years.  Past couple weeks have reinforced why.  Craig came out on short notice and quickly repaired a leak we had in our attic, which was flooding the master bathroom.  

After the walls were removed, Cody came back and removed the remaining copper with newer plastic and tied that into the old main feeder so that it does not happen again in this area.  He was in and out in in under 2 hours.

We hired Mora's Construction to replace an old wooden fence with a slump stone wall. We also had him install a vinyl gate. Jorge did an excellent job. He is very conscientious and a very hard worker. We would recommend Jorge for any job.

I am a Realtor, and we had an issue with a home that was closing TODAY!  Scott English Plumbing was able to get a team out the same day (in 2 hours!!) - at no extra charge to take care of a problem.  It was a good size job (roots growing into outdoor pipes blocking drainage), and they were able to arrange not only the jetter machine that was needed, but also with a separate company, a pump machine that was also needed.  They completed the job in about 5 hours.  Hats off to Mike Whelan, who was extremely professional, kept us posted along the way, and did a very thorough job. He even emailed me before and after pictures today after work hours! I didn't catch the other technicians name, but he was great as well.  From the origional gal who answered the phone, to the last gal I spoke to and everyone in between -  I'd give Scott English Plumbing 10 stars if I could.  Great job, thank you to all!  Life savers!  THANKS MIKE! She explained exactly what the problem was in complete detail and also made recommendations on how to ensure the longevity of the plumbing in the house. Had an emergency plumbing situation and needed a plumber asap. Called a couple of plumbing company and I was just transfered to a voicemail to leave a message. My third call was answered by Rachel and she asked me a couple of questions and she right away understood and told me whats going on and gave a price qoute for the job and dispatched a plumber right away, gave me an ETA and sure enough ealier than what was the ETA Javier arrived and right away worked on the issue. Overall very satisfied with the company and sure enough they will be my go-to plumbers. Thank you guys.

We purchased a water softener system online and had a plumber install it. We realized it was not working properly because the water was not soft at all. We needed someone to just take a look to make sure it's working properly. I had read a bunch of great reviews about Kent and decided to give him a try. He was quick at getting back to me and scheduled an appointment with us. He just came this morning and our water softener is finally working. He also gave us insight on the water in our city. So I worked all week out of town, 9 hr drive home and more telecommute work only to hear the wife yell the shower is backing up.  Tried with my available tools and no luck.  So Rick answered fast on the Yelp request and was out firsst thing the next morning.  He got right to it and got the clog broken fast.  Very professional, reasonable on pricing, and stayed until we had ensured the entire line was running clear water so a complete drain line flush.  Use Rick and his team--he'll do you right.

Dylan and Parker were great. Parker came out to my home for a free estimate. He answered all my questions and was able to schedule a repair date the next day.

Parker and his partner Dylan arrived promptly as scheduled and both were friendly and courteous. After about 2 hours work, Parker got called away to another job leaving Dylan to finish the remaining repair work. Even though I had been talking to Parker about the repair job, Dylan was able to pickup what repairs needed to be done and was very eager to ensure my satisfaction in his work.

Dylan spent the next 6-7 hours on his own removing concrete and digging a trench for the new water pipe replacement. Dylan worked hard and took one short break the whole day. He worked into the night hour to finish the work to ensure water was returned to my house. Dylan came back the very next morning on his off day to clean up my front yard, cuz it got too dark the previous night to do a good clean up. Dylan showed a high level of dedication to his profession and a constant desire to meet my satisfaction. Best plumber that I had the pleasure to know.

Eric did a great job in our hard scape. He directed us on we're to check out different types of stone.  He helped us come up with a design that really enhanced our curb appeal. I had gotten so many compliments from neighbors. I would definitely recommend him.

Chris was super-fast and super-friendly. He showed up at my mom's house to fix her plumbing a lot earlier than expected, which was a blessing, and he even fixed something extra for free that we didn't call him in for because it was a first time visit.
