Everyone I interacted with at Urban Desert Pest Control was fantastic! From the process of getting a quote to scheduling to receiving service, I had a great experience. This business adds a personal touch in their interactions and by follows up on their service. Throughout my communication with them, they were the perfect mix of professional and friendly. We haven't seen a single pest since they came to spray & they were quick and efficient in the process. Would definitely recommend, and will absolutely be utilizing this company's help again!

I'm not easily impressed and I like getting what I pay for. I'm super happy with Simply Green and would recommend them to anyone. Why?

We have been **using them for over 2 years**. Every time we call, they are super friendly, responsive and helpful. When we need to reschedule a recurring appointment, no problem and they get our guy (Marshall) out in the next day or two. We call him our guy because after he was out to our house the very first time, it was obvious he has an ownership attitude, he genuinely cares about doing a great job, is friendly, responsive, communicative, knows his stuff and is a genuinely nice guy.

We live **near water**, so we had tons of cobwebs and spiders in our eves, around our French doors, under our patio covers and even inside the house up in corners and on chandeliers and on light fixtures. It was brutal to keep up with!! Even Marshall agreed it was bad at first and now that he has it under control, it's perfect - what a relief! Marshall knows our house inside and out. He knows where the problem areas are, what to look for and how to keep the problems away. He sprays up under our eves, uses an extension pole to get all the window frames outside, light fixtures, everywhere! Then, he comes inside the house with a clean extension pole and removes any webs from every nook and cranny, lights, corners, etc. We virtually never see them anymore. It's awesome! And, if we do spot one, we just tell him when he's out again and he takes care of it and treats the area. Super thorough! Always awesome when he brings out Scott also, he's a super good guy with the same attitude.

We signed up for the **recurring service** with Simply Green, which is a fantastic deal for all you get (recurring treatments and unlimited returns if necessary, no questions asked) and our problem was literally solved. No more cob webs, no live bugs in the house - you know, the occasional little silver-back bug, cricket or cockroach. No more! Occasionally I will find a dead one, but we haven't had a live bug in our house in over 2 years, it's awesome!

We have **dogs** who are like another couple kids, so we are always concerned about chemicals. No worries with Simply Green, their products won't harm humans or animals; they do recommend you let them dry before walking through them.

I've been approached by many **other companies** to change to their bug service. Not a chance I tell them, I'm super happy with my company. They ask who it is, I say Simply Green and the other company doesn't even try to persuade me, even they know how good Simply Green is. Gotta love family owned and operated businesses that truly care about their customers. Simply Green is that company. Highly recommended.

I cannot give this company enough stars! Wes has been very professional and excellent at helping us with our pest control needs. When we moved into this rental house we immediately noticed a cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathrooms. My husband found Wes online and gave him a call. He came out and dusted,laid down bait and sprayed. After the first treatment the roach population went down considerably. It has been one to two treatments since then and we are roach free! The pricing has been very reasonable when compared to other pest control companies in the area. Wes's professionalism is outstanding. He always calls 15-20 minutes prior to showing up, promptly responds to texts and thoroughly answers all questions and concerns. I highly recommend going with West Coast Pest Control. You will not be disappointed!

Just spent about half of an hour trying to just get a quote on a home that I have listed for sale.  All I wanted was a quote...and the messaging went on and on..  Mostly, the guy from Bulwark just kept asking me for the address of the home.  I only wanted a quote.  After much to do... I was asked for the address because of service area, then because of sq. ft. & yard, etc etc. Finally, I just had to get off the messaging not really knowing if anyone would call...Not good..

We have been using Green Magic for almost a year and they are better than any other pest service I have had in Arizona! Today Matthew was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job, arrived on time, and answered all my questions. These guys truly care about their work.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I contacted them one day and they were at my house the next. Nice and very professional. Out of several competitors they were the quickest to reply and most affordable.

After leaving feedback on other sites, I wanted to leave a Yelp review, as most people use this format to read honest reviews. Back in July I had found bb in my bedroom, and called a different company that gave me the run around (kept delaying their inspection). After that I called Arizona Heat Pest Services and Chris was out the same day to inspect, and later to heat treat my room and spray the rest of the house (as prevention). Chris was friendly and courteous. I have had him out to inspect a few times since his initial treatment because I was getting bit again by what I assumed was bedbugs. After Chris's thorough inspection he determined bb were not present and informed me to keep an eye out for tell tale signs and to not hesitate to call him if I needed his input again. The warranty Az Heat offers is reassuring, and I feel like well worth the peace of mind.

When I moved to Phoenix a few years ago, a friend recommended this company for weed prevention. They came out each spring and sprayed my yard and I never saw a single weed the entire time I lived in my rental property. This year I purchased a home and Custom Weed & Pest Control came out and sprayed the yard about six weeks ago. The gentleman that came out was so efficient that I couldn't believe he sprayed the entire yard. Well, while there's an abundance of weeds in my neighbor's yard, but not a single weed in mine. These guys are exceptional!!!

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Copper State Pest Control is absolutely wonderful. Alex is always takes the time to listen and answer any questions we have. He has rid our house of the creepy bugs. He is respectful, professional, and always on time!

We have used Blue Sky Pest Control services for three years.  Always a lot of lead time to schedule and it's easy requesting extra servicing, whether in-between appointments or when Eric is there for a scheduled appointment.  Courteous dealings in person or over the phone with the staff.

Shopped around a lot of pest control places and they were the best deal. Friendly and reliable.

Antonio came out today after I called about my tenants complaining that they were hearing noises in the attic. I asked Pro Pest to check for entry points around the exterior and a few hours after he completed his inspection I got a well documented photo report of the possible problem areas. He also set traps and will reinspect them in the future.

The service was efficient, appears accurate and thorough.

David was great.  I am remodeling a house that had evidence of termites.  He came out and looked over the property.  He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable.  After contracting him to treat the existing house and pretreat the additions, he was extremely flexible and worked around my schedule.  His employees were very friendly and professional.  David was always in contact with me and always answered his phone when I called.  I am very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting in 4 different area's on my roof. I called Don and came to my house that same day to look into my particular issue and give me an estimate.  After a very good price was given, I scheduled time the next day to have the work done.  Don was on time, very professional, explained all of the repairs to me, finished the work in the time frame given.  I am so happy with his work.  So happy that I had him come back a few days later to discuss another possible need for his work.  I would highly recommend Don to anyone who needs the services he provides.

Overall a very good company.  If you aren't using this company for your pest control services than you're doing yourself a disservice.  Jeremy is a good knowledgeable and honest person.  They take care of business.  They do what's best to protect your home.  NO upselling.  They advise you on exactly what they need.

Outstanding customer service - knowledgeable, prompt and consistent!  Action Termite and Pest Control stands by their products and even provide warranty service should any issues come up between visits.  They make it simple and remind me when they're coming, I never have to call.  They have quickly responded any time I had a pest problem.  I'm not sure where I'd be without Action for the last 7 years, likely stung by bees, sleepless with bedbug bites, my home eaten by termites, and covered in ants. Thank you Action for getting rid of all these and keeping my home Pest-Free!
