I continue to have nothing but positive comments about Urban Desert. A BIG shout out to Tony. This many is phenomenal!!  He goes above and beyond your normal pest control service. He dusted my patio for cobwebs and was very concerned if any critters had been seen that he could take care of.
Due to surgery, my arm was in a full cast so he was super generous and put my garbage cans back to where they belong.
Please like Tony are a big asset to any company and UD is very lucky to have him.

Awesome company! I hate bugs so I'm always trying to exterminate before they establish a home. I recently moved into a house that was vacant for some time and we just couldn't figure out how to stop these little ants from appearing in random places. So after carefully combing through the pest control options I stumbled across Insectek. They have excellent ratings and now I see why. Cortland was so knowledgable! He understood that I wanted to ensure that I don't see any critters but I also didn't want my home filled with chemicals considering I have a small child. I've tried plenty of pest control companies in the past but I will definitely stick with this one!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.  Highly recommend.  Explained everything in detail and even identified some bugs for me that I wasn't sure of.  Called them to get rid of some scorpions and other small pests.

I found west coast pest control online because i had a scorpion problem. Wes was very helpful and informative about my scorpion problem he came out and sprayed all the outside and inside of my home. I havent seen any scorpions in long time thanks to wes.

Matt was a pleasure to deal with.  He communicated well and answered all of my questions regarding treatment and service agreement.  He also didn't pressure me into buying, which was nice.  I requested an appointment and Matt got me scheduled the very next day.  He arrived on time and was very polite.  He treated my home inside and out.  He was thorough, but efficient.  It didn't take long before he was finished.  After completing the job, Matt explained to me what he had done, and what to expect moving forward.  Altogether, it was a pleasant experience.  I'd recommend Green Magic to anyone looking for affordable pest control in Gilbert.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

The woman who booked my appointment responded within minutes and was very personable over the phone.  
John showed up the next day and was fantastic - he found my ant infestation immediately and was on the ground showing me where it originated.  He was extremely polite and knowledgeable; that, in addition to their extremely reasonable pricing will ensure I go back to Arizona Pest Solutions for any extermination needs.  John also gave me a hot tip about NFL packages through Hulu, so yeah, he's the man.

This place was great. Rob helped us answer any questions we had and scheduled us in a very timely manner. They were very fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Great customer service, very thorough with their work. All their people from the office to their techs are so nice. They pay attention to details. Fully equipped with masks and indoor boot covers. Very professional. So glad I switched to ProActive.

When I found evidence of termites on our property this past year I was really lucky to find a great and honest Pest company. From his own words, the owner absolutely refuses to treat a property if there is no evidence of termites. He believes it isn't ethical to do so.

If you need a pest company I would greatly recommend House Doctor Exterminating. I don't give a recommendation like that lightly. I had a fantastic talk with the owner that indicated they do what is best for the customer. The inspector we got looked young, but don't let that fool you. He really, really knew his stuff and did a thorough inspection. I can't say that for the other company who came out and wanted me to show them where I thought the evidence of termites were.

The tech who came out and treated the property did a great and thorough job. Many months later we haven't seen any evidence of termites in our house. I'm still glad that I got the five year warranty. The warranty is only as good as the company is reputable. I feel well protected by House Doctor Exterminating.

Refused to guarantee their work from the Groupon despite still seeing pests less than 2 weeks after their initial spray.  Upon contacting the company, they told me they do not guarantee their Groupon sprays, and largely use them in order to attract suckers (er, sorry, customers) to their much more costly bi-monthly service.

EDIT:  The owner, Jon, contacted me directly within hours of this review going up -- apparently there was some miscommunication and they DO guarantee their Groupon work, which is great -- I am scheduled for a respray very soon.  I am temporarily changing this review to a 3-star, and will amend it further based upon what happens during their second visit.  However, I am already impressed at how Jon explained the situation personally over the phone, and I look forward to seeing how they correct the ant problem I'm facing.

EDIT 2:  My problem was handled, and my ant problem went away.  HOWEVER, even the technician expressed some surprise that they were coming back for a second spray without me having to pay, even in spite of the fact that the issue was not resolved on the first visit.  (This is a little telling.)  I'm still considering Green Home for a bi-monthly service in the future, but it's concerning that both employees (but not the owner) expressed similar sentiments about resprays for persistent problems not being a normal part of their guarantee.  Still, I have nothing but respect and admiration for how the owner Jon handled my problem, and I have no doubt that any future problem I may encounter will be handled quickly and efficiently as well.  Thank you Jon.

Shane is nothing short of awesome to work with monthly. He's always on time, texts when he is on his way and is efficient. He is a great face to the company with his personable and approachable demeanor. We've enjoyed having their service and have had no issues with the creepy crawlies. Give Shane a raise, he is worth it!

I can pay as I go, no automatic withdrawals , I just write them a check when they come out every other month. They'll even come out in between sprays for a touch up if you need it at no extra charge.

Bug Free is the Way to Be!

I got three bids through Yelp for removing one pigeon nest and to put up spikes so the birds don't come back. I decided to go with the lowest bid.
The owner came out to our house within 24hours.  He removed the nest without making a nest. He was very good at putting up metal spikes in patterns that would work better than we have been able to do on several attempts. The work is also guaranteed. He was a very nice man also.

I can't say enough good things about this company - they are EXACTLY who you want to hire to handle all of your pest needs - they also did a great job with weed control - for the first property I purchased in Arizona they helped me with my termite issues and squashed them quickly and thoroughly and for the second property they did a full pest spray on short notice when I had 16 trees removed to make sure the pests didn't get inside. I also had out of control weeds in my yard and they helped me get that under control. On top of fantastic service they are fantastic people to work with - you won't be disappointed.

We have used Blue Sky Pest Control services for three years.  Always a lot of lead time to schedule and it's easy requesting extra servicing, whether in-between appointments or when Eric is there for a scheduled appointment.  Courteous dealings in person or over the phone with the staff.

I had budget brothers out to treat for bed bugs, they came out in October and sprayed and said they used a high heat to kill the bugs. THEY DID NOT. They treated one room but not the other so the problem came back. My landlord called them back out and the tech. stated they did not treat the second room at all the first time. They stated they would be back in a week to re-treat, when I called to verify they stated they used hi-heat and would not need to come back. Now they are saying the same thing they need to come back in a week. I would not use this company for any pest control problems even ants, their staff does not communicate well, try's to blame the customer when they did not do the job correctly, and no one knows what the next is doing.
