Best Rodent Extermination in Phoenix AZ

I am really happy with the service that I received from Urban Pest Control. Both Brad and his wife, Trista, were able to schedule me with in a week --- at a time that worked for me.

His prices match that of major pest-control companies, yet he does not charge any more $$ for a first time or one time service AND he requires no ongoing monthly contract (which is AMAZING).

Additionally if I have any critters that show up in the next 60 days, he'll come back out and retreat.

After 60 days they will simply email or text me to see if I want another service. If I don't, then no big deal. If you're looking for a pest control company, I highly recommend contacting Brad.

After a particularly disappointing call to our previous pest control company in order to ratify an issue (they could not come out for over a week to deal with an ant problem that should have been dealt with prior) I looked around for an alternative. Thank god I found Insectek pest solutions. The tech Kyle is extremely thorough in each treatment and went above and beyond to make sure we would not see any of the horrible little critters the Arizona desert calls home around our property or house. I would highly recommend Insectek if you are looking for a new pest control company.

Gage is amazing, always on time, always listening to bug issues we are having, this week its spiders, asking where we see them and what we're are seeing.  Very knowledgeable and  extremely respectful. I feel 100% comfortable having him come into our home when I'm by myself,  ( I work from home) and if I tell him this he is super quiet and I dont feel as I need to follow him around making sure he is being honest. I just go back to work and he does his thing and is on his way.

I hope he is made aware that we think hes awesome.

The price is reasonable and thankfully they keep track of when they need to come out,  usually a few days before we get the reminder text I'm saying ok... I think it's time to have pest control come out because im seeing.... and  everytime within a few days im getting the text reminder.

I had bed bugs in my couch and called Wes from west coast pest and he came out the same day, he turned the house upside down to make sure we got rid of every single one. He sprayed for bed bugs and the bugs outside at a very reasonable price, I would highly recommend this company

The team at Green Magic is super easy to get a hold off. I've worked with them in different capacities. Scheduled maintenance treatments, one time treatments, getting rid of urgent pest situations and they've always been great and charge a fair price. Last incident was a wasp nest and they even made recommendations on how to do the treatment myself as it was a harmless kind so that I could save the money. Amazing company, highly recommend them.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

I had a great conversation with the woman in the office, she's wonderful, my husband was pleased with the guy who came to spray our house and there's lots of dead spiders which was our main problem. Good price and reliable service is hard to find, I recommend this place for any pest control issues! Five stars! Two thumbs up!

These guys are AMAZING!! Same day service, very easy to get a hold of and asked detailed informed questions to really get to know our situation. Kevin came out to the house and was on time, courteous and super respectful. We had someone else come to the home earlier and weren't confident with their inspection, seemed rushed and like they were trying to sell products. Kevin literally checked EVERYTHING with special equipment, FREE INSPECTION and told us exactly why he was doing what he was doing and what he was looking for. He took his time, efficient but not rushed and checked every nook and cranny. It turns out we do not have bed bugs, and he was very honest that they only treat when there is an issue and do not take advantage of customers for money! I wish we could use this company for all our extermination's, but they are specialized in only bed bugs. It makes sense tho, this is THEIR THING. If you have or think you may have a bed bug problem- CALL THEM!!!

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

We've used Frontino for the last year or so and they've been nothing short of excellent. All of the technicians we've had service our house have been timely, friendly and well educated in their field. We recently needed emergency service and Brandin came out himself to help us try and resolve the issue. Highly recommend for any pest/extermination needs. Thanks Brandin!

Mr Beltran was friendly and efficient with his service.  We discussed our upcoming yard renovations, and he reminded me that when we disturb the ground, more pests will be present.  We will keep both him and the company In the loop: when we start this process.  Thank you for great service!

This company was great when I first started using them but they have gone down hill recently.   Mainly due to office staff that has zero knowledge of customer service.   They never give me a day or time that they will be coming and I have to actively  pursue trying to get the technician to come out.  The only plus has been when the tech actually does show up he is friendly.  Also the bug problem that I initially had this company come out for is right back where it started.  Going with a new company starting this next week.

This company is the best!  The technicians are well informed, polite, and very thorough.  The management is extremely professional and is always willing to answer questions.  (I even sent a photo of a (dead) bug that I found in my house and Jeremy got back to me within minutes to tell me what it was!)  I have had other pest control companies who would treat the house in 5 minutes and spend more time in the truck filling out their paperwork than treating the house for pests!  Plus, these other companies were ineffective in ridding my house of scorpions.  Sonoran gets the job done!!  And even better...they are competitively priced!  This is the ONLY company to use!!

An extremely large spider was in my car while I was driving. I called Green Home (after pulling over, of course) since I use them for my house and they came out to help. They worked with me on the price since this was an eccentric request. My exterminator, Jake, was awesome and super nice. He tried really hard to find the spider and was conscientious about where and what he sprayed in my car. Really grateful for their help today.

Horrible customer service. They give you no more than 24 hour notice before they come out. They don't care if you have plans. I have dead rats in my attic for going on two weeks now because of them. I will never use them again and will convince my property management company to never use them again.

We have used Bulwark for a year now and we are so incredibly impressed with the service we receive. Our tech, James, is always on time and calls when he is on his way. Which is great for us since we have a baby who could be napping. He is efficient and very knowledgable. For the occasional instance we saw an insect I would call Bulwark and without even blinking they would send James to spray again. And James always shows up with a huge smile! The operators that I speak to are always so friendly as well. That kind of guarantee and assurance is so amazing. We will continue to use Bulwark and will recommend them to friends and family.

Gilbert did the pest control and pool service. He understood a problem was going on with the chlorine levels and worked to fix it. He seems very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem effectively. I appreciate his professionalism.

She wouldn't have gotten the name and told me to do this for her if it wasn't simply the best... and trust me she's picky with any sort of maintenance!

Beware!  The service that I ended up receiving was not clearly indicated upon my initial call. I was told I would have to pay $25 for a bait box, which I paid for upon the initial visit. I was told it would be $129 to have a service tech come out to place bait in a locked box & set in a prime location.  Then the tech would come back to check for activity and add additional bait, if needed.   I was not told the $129 was for a one time-service and I would have continue to pay if a tech was to return.  I did have the box, but it was left locked.  I received a quote from another pest control company that charges $120 total, which includes a tech coming out once a month for 6 months to re-bait, and  no extra cost for a box.  I would NOT recommend Blue Sky!
