Great first impressions!
Tuesday (10/15/2019) was my first day of services with Urban Desert Pest Control. Brad arrived and we walked my property and reviewed what services he was going to provide. He determined that he was going to do an overall spray for pests and specialty spray for my ant problem. In addition to that he also setup 2 bate traps for my current kangaroo rat visitors.  He completed the job and educated me on how it all works, and that was very helpful because (in his words) it not like magic. He explained it will take a few days for it all to begin working and over the next couple of weeks I would see results. With that being said, I would recommend Urban Pest Control.

My experience over the past several months with Insectek has been extremely positive.  Everyone that I have interacted with has been professional and helpful.  I would highly recommend their service.

Had a great service with Zechariah (Zack). We have actually been a customer of Simply Green for a few years now and their customer service and they have always been reliable and accessible. I have recommended a neighbor to them and my neighbor is very happy. This particular service last night was for my aunt's home. The techs have usually been good in the past, but Zack went above and beyond. He is professional, kind and thorough! I found scorpions and they sent Zack to the rescue. We did the initial service and he also told me about the black light service. He was able to come back the same day in the evening to perform this service. So we walked through the inside and outside of the home with the black light hunting scorpions. We found 7, which was satisfying and gave me peace of mind. We moved into a house a few weeks ago and there were spiders and silverfish in a few areas, mainly because the previous occupant was not here much. I contacted Wes from West Coast Pest Control last Monday and he was outstanding. He arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early), was extremely professional, and handled and/or inspected every area of the property without prompting. It was obvious that things were a little dusty and we still had to unpack some boxes, but he still took the time to put on booties and delicately move around things. On the outside, he covered every area and pointed out some problem spots for me, such as putting a screen over the clothes dryer exhaust which I had not noticed.

I am writing this because I have not seen one single spider, silverfish, ant, etc. in the week since Wes was here, inside or on the patios. I would recommend West Coast Pest Control for ANY issues with pests.

Great service, requested a quote at midnight on a Friday and they were here the next day at 8am! Did a thorough job and fairly priced, don't hesitate to use these guys!

Our technician, Dallas always has a smile and is ready to help us identify the creatures and critters who share our home with us. Very thorough, thoughtful, courteous, and respectful of our property - indoors and out.

I called this company after reading the Yelp reviews, when I called they said they wouldn't be able to get out until Friday. I explained to them that I have a 10 month old baby and I was finding scorpions in my home, although it was only one day sooner they came I've Thursday, and even a half hour BEFORE my window. They called me to see if it was okay and of course i was thrilled. John C. My tech was here explained everything he was using, what he was going to do and if I had any questions to ask him. He was very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend John and this company!!

Back in March, I started researching pest control services in the Gilbert area where we purchased a vacation home. After speaking with a few vendors, I chose Green Magic. I liked the fact that it seemed less corporate, aer nd the service was slightly less expensive than others for seemingly the same protection.

We've had two services and just called for an interim service. The technician always arrive within the 60-minute timeframe quoted, and we get a great summary when he knocks on the door about what he would focus on. He also makes sure that he asks about trouble spots and take those into consideration as he performs the service. What also impressed me was the request for interim service. After the recent sand storm, we're noticing swarms fo critters, and we called for interim service on Sunday. 8:30AM on Monday I get a text with clarifying questions. After I answered them, I get another text confirming appointment for the next day.

After service, I get an email summarizing services rendered, list of products used and how much with dilution %. Can't be happier with the thoroughness.

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

They are as good as it gets for monthly maintenence and pest problems.Been using them since we moved to Az,Steven Ledler our last technitian was courteous and efficient.

Jon treated my home for termites this morning. He was professional, courteous and hard working. He worked quickly to schedule an inspection and get the work done. He was very thorough and double checked the interior of my home after he was done treating the outside. Luckily, he spotted some new termite activity and took care of it. I'm very pleased with the job and would definitely hire his company again! Thank you, Jon!!

The did a great job. We haven't seen any weeds for months! Definitely worth the money I paid. They were on time and very professional.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. Go with Copper State Pest Mangement.

Pro Active Pest Control has been treating my house and yard for the better part of a year. No Arizona creepy crawlies yet and I plan for it to stay that way!
