Best Tick/Mite Extermination in Phoenix AZ

Often times people look through Yelp and see short reviews with 5 stars because it's always hard to write long positive reviews, but easy to write long negative reviews.  Every 5 star review of Urban Desert Pest Control is spot on.  I try to write all of my reviews as accurate and honest as possible.  I think it is important to dissect a company and give an accurate rating with a thorough explanation so consumers know what to expect from a person/ company and the type of people/company they are going to be involved with.

One of the most important aspects of a company is how they treat their customers.  Brad excels in every way with his customer service.  His actions epitomize what it means to go above and beyond for his customers.  Brad's communication skills and availability to his customers is unrivaled.  My personal situation involved a roof rat.  Not just any roof rat though.  This sucker found it's way into my dog food, my cabinets, my son's top bunk, my laundry, and our kids' toys.  I was on the verge of ordering a missile strike on my own home due to the problems and frustration this despicable rodent was causing my family.  I jumped on Yelp in search of Exterminators and actually messaged several companies.  The Yelp listing for Urban Desert Pest Control said, Responds to quote requests in about 1 hour.  Well, this was WAY off because Brad called me within what felt like seconds of messaging him.  The initial phone call felt personal and Brad was genuinely interested in how he could help with my situation.  Throughout the entirety of the conversation, Brad focused on ME and MY PROBLEM, not how much he charged or his availability to assist me.  He stopped everything he was doing to address MY issue.  Now, it should be known I had pleasant conversations with other companies on Yelp, but Brad's communication skills, and his ability to make me feel special (hey, everyone likes some extra attention now and then), was why I stuck with Brad throughout the removal process.  It also helped that Brad convinced me to not follow through with a missile strike on my house.

I leave you with this, usually it is easy to find something negative to say about a person or company because 99% of the time there is at least ONE issue that arises.  Well, my situation fell in that 1%.  The cons to using Urban Desert Pest Control are as follows:

NOPE, can't think of a single legitimate reason to NOT call and speak with Brad.  Brad gained a customer for life with our family.

They are thieves, they will make an unapproved withdrawal from your bank account. Manager Mike will blow smoke up your a$&.

After months of frustration with the current pest control my apartment complex uses I started searching for pest control companies. After being stung by a scorpion in my apartment I decided enough was enough and found Insectek.  I called half expected to get the hard sell approach and not much else. I couldn't have been more wrong.  The first person I spoke with was extremely friendly, knowledgable and courteous. All my questions were answered patiently and even after I explained my husband would need to call to schedule I didn't get any kind of attitude.  Instead she offered to take his information so he wouldn't have to go through the whole process again.  I love that they are willing to work with our schedules since neither one of us works the typical M-F 8-5 schedule. I just had the second treatment and both technicians have been wonderful.  Very professional, informative and genuinely concerned.  I would recommend them to anyone. This company could teach other companies what awesome customer service is.

When we purchased our home we knew that we might have a termite problem. Which we indeed did have. We had Jonathan Logan come out and inspect our home and give us a quote. He was on time and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Michael Gartner came out and completed the termite service. Once again was on time and explained everything.
  I would highly recommend Bill's Pest & Termite Company. They were reasonable and great to work with.

Well they are supposed to come by this evening. They showed up earlier while I was at work, and showed my wife some little spider webbing...I'm not too concerned about those, seen them before. My wife said they will be coming this evening to do a treatment. I will see if they do and how late they show up. I'm one of those people that believe in being early or on time and NEVER late. So my expectations are already high, and by what I've read on the yelp reviews, it seems they are not on time...not a good start. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and see what time they show up. I've been home now for 45min. and he said when he sees my truck, he'll stop by...we'll see.

Well the sales person just showed up and I signed up for a 1yr service. An appt. has been made for tomorrow 7.20.18, and I'll see if they keep their appointed time. So far so good!

Well today is yesterdays tomorrow, so here's my update.

We found out that we still had another year with another pest control company, so we had to cancel our Bulwark treatment for yesterday. We emailed them and although they did not respond to the email, they did not show up yesterday as scheduled, so I'll take that as they have cancelled their treatment scheduled for us.
With that I will have to give them another star as they did as we expected.

Having just moved here from Virginia back in November, I had decided it was time to get the house treated. Matt came out and he was very pleasant. He was prompt, answered all my questions and I appreciated the fact that he was dressed in attire identifying the company he works with. He also was very accommodating to my schedule. I have no qualms about continuing to use this company and would recommend that others do the same.

I had a great conversation with the woman in the office, she's wonderful, my husband was pleased with the guy who came to spray our house and there's lots of dead spiders which was our main problem. Good price and reliable service is hard to find, I recommend this place for any pest control issues! Five stars! Two thumbs up!

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

I was actually a referral customer, so I knew prior to hiring them that they did a good job, however they exceeded my expectations anyway. They scheduled my appointment within 2 days, arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window and were very professional and friendly throughout the process. Everything was explained and since they were here I haven't seen one scorpion! Prior to the treatment we were finding them on a nightly basis and were very worried not only for ourselves but for our little dog.

Charges are reasonable too, I suggest you consider their ongoing treatment as it's a good deal and it will keep the pests in check.

Adrian is exceptionally attentive ensuring that I knew what to prepare for prior to the spraying, she was so caring and even explained how the chemical could effect my fur baby. Issac was thorough and went above and beyond to get the job done. The cost was right for my budget. This company gets a hundred percent the entire review does not give them enough. This was my first shot at hiring a rodent control business and they were great.  Less than 1/2 the cost of the others contacted and they arrived the next day and took care of setting the traps.  He has returned almost every 2-3 days to check on them. No sightings yet.  Great customer service from Mark!

We had a great experience with Truly Nolan. We needed some netting put over our open vents on our roof. The team came out right away, assessed the situation and gave us great recommendations even though it meant charging us less. Would go with them for all our pest needs.
