Great service.  Quick response time!  I called today at 12pm and they were onsite by 5pm to repair my water heater.

Called and left messages multiple times. Never heard back.

Fallbrook Plumbing came highly recommended by several people. We had a pressure regulator blow late on a Saturday night. I spoke to Mitch on Sunday morning and he came to give me an estimate within an hour. Spent about an hour and installed new regulator and ball valve. He checked and verified water pressure boTh inside and out. Did good work for a fair price, considering it was a Sunday morning.

We've been using Victor for all our plumbing needs since we moved to North Park in 2016. Not only does he do great work in all facets of our plumbing needs -- and in our 80-year-old home, there have been challenges that Victor has handled flawlessly -- he has become a friend. He is everything you want in terms of quality work and customer service. I recommend him 100 percent.

Bob is the absolute best Person & Plumber! He spent so much time on my issue and man was it a doozy! I had SDG&E out three times, ultimately diagnosing everything wrong. Their conclusion was that I needed to repipe the entire house as my pipes were too small for my tiny home even though I have been living here with no problem for 16 years. I had a heating and air guy out as well that could not figure out the problem since my issue was involving my tankless heater, lack of hot water and involved my central heating system.... Bob spent so many hours on the phone, contacting the tankless heater company, contacting all of his friends in the industry, contacting our Hi-Velocity heater company & more. He must have made at least 20 phone calls (spending hours on the phone trouble shooting) on my behalf trying to diagnose our problem. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYONE MY EXPECTATIONS and I am so grateful to him and his son for that. He is the absolute best!!!

We just had Andy come out to change our hot water heater and we have nothing but praise for his outstanding professionalism.  He came out and gave us an estimate which was much more competitive than anyone else and when he completed the work he stood by the estimate he gave us!  He came on time, completed the work in a professional and friendly manner, and cleaned up the area he was working in.  We would highly recommend Andy and we would definitely use him again for any of our plumbing needs.

I really appreciated Canyon Hills and the quality of their work. Richie and Alex came out and on quick inspection found the source of my septic problem and were able to act immediately to fix it.

Richie made sure to spell out multiple options, gave me important information and advice about best practices, discounted some services and set me up with financing. He also called his boss to our place to review his findings and advise on how to approach a long-term solution

The work was done in two days with almost no interruption of service, and you would barely even know that they had been there.

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

These guys were a little expensive compared to the other plumbers that I called on my job. But they were able to show up. They showed up when they said they were going to, they had great communication, they were polite, they answered all my questions, and were very professional.

I had a bad experience with Bob. Here's the short version of the story. I had a leaking toilet and a problem with thek itchen faucet. Wife called and he came by and said we needed to replace both and call him back when we purchase the new ones. OK, no biggie. Seemed like a reasonable guy.  We acquired the merchandise from home depot and called. Here's when the debacle started.  He was hard to get a hold of. Understood. The guy works hard. We wanted the toilet fixed as not having one working downstairs was becoming an issue.  Got a hold of him. He asked me to text him the next day (Tuesday) at 1pm and he would let me know if he can come Wednesday. Texted him but did not hear back till evening Tuesday. He said he could not make it till Friday morning. I asked if 9 was ok (going to disneyland Thursday all day). He said he preferred 8 so we set up for 8. Friday comes and no show. Waited a long while and decided to text. Seemed like he completely forgot about it. So I asked if he could come Saturday. He said 7 am (pretty early for me). Got up at 7 am. Waited an hour and no show, no call, no text. I texted him, my wife texted him and to this day we have not even received a response. Went with another plumber. Toilet and Faucet fixed. You would think it is common courtesy to let your customer know if you can't make it.

I'm very disappointed in my experience with this company. The handle on my shower cracked and I wasn't able to turn the hot water side on anymore. I informed my landlord and he called personal plumbing as he'd used them before. The only positive was that they were able to come the same day and put in the replacement handle I had just  bought from Home Depot. It probably took the plumber no more than 30 minutes to fix. He mentioned some other work that might be needed, and I told him I'd let the landlord know. Later I find out they were charging the landlord $400 for the service, which was insane since I had provided the parts. I'm am beyond appalled how a company could charge that much for something as simple as changing out 1 shower handle. The next day the company decided to reach out asking if I was going to be home to finish the job....now I let them know that only issue we had was the handle which had been fixed...and then I let them know that the plumber had mentioned something else, but wasn't needing that at this time. Now, my landlord is an older gentleman and gets confused sometimes so, for a company to try to take advantage of him like this is completely unacceptable. If this is the type of business you're running, where you try to take advantage of people I will gladly take my business elsewhere!!

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

Ron & Art found my wife's wallet at Home Depot today. They drove it to our house to return it to her. We have never used ASAP Drain & Plumbing but I can tell you that the integrity and character of Ron & Art will ensure that we use them in the future.
