Efrain and his crew were very helpful and professional. They took care of disconnecting, transporting, and reconnecting a water heater in the attic of my house. They wore masks and made sure to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner (given Covid-19). I was very happy with their service and it was great service for a good price. Happy and satisfied customer! Johnny came and fixed a water leak at our house. Since the water leak was behind the dry wall, we had a hard time identifying the source of the leak. Johnny came and identified the leak source pretty quickly and was able to fix the leaking pipe. All done in less than an hour. Get it Done Plumbing got it done for me! The owner Emilio, was great with responding to my requests via phone and with dispatching out a plumber. Arturo, the plumber who did my work, was EXCELLENT! They would rather sell you a water heater than try to fix one. Tried to say it would take a control valve for $500.00 plus a burner for another $375.00. Sell a new heater for $1475.00. I told them to try a new control valve. (replaced one 5 years ago). They installed part of valve without draining tank. It did not work. Said I needed burner. Bradford White rep said needing new burner was rare. He said probably need pilot. Talked to owner and he agreed to send out  men to install control valve correctly. Amazing how that worked. HOT water!

I gave Erich my wife's honey-do list and she said he was awesome. We purchased 2 hrs for $89 from Angie's List. In 2 hours he re-attached siding on our house and base boards in our son's closet, fixed our refrigerator handle and installed blinds in our laundry room. I think he did even more, but I'd left for work and left my wife to give him whatever else she needed done.

These guys are great. They stuck to the estimate and arrived on time. Thats right ON TIME! :) The tech was professional and polite! A+ Freddie Bailey!

I didn't get service from these people, but whoever is driving their vans needs to get checked. Driving like absolute rude idiots and being aggressive on the road is not the best way to get customers :)

Those 5 star reviews are legit. My garage door wouldn't open after I had the exterior of the house cleaned. Turned out the water got into the circuits and it wasn't going to be the simple fix of letting it dry out on its own. Paul picked up the phone, explained the costs to me and was at my home within the hour. Paul and Edwin explained what went wrong and fixed it right then and there. I felt bad making them come out on Valentine's Day but I have a working garage door again!

I've used them multiple times over the years and they have always been prompt, professional and skilled. The work they've done has always held up and the prices were in line for the scope of each job.

The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was that they always complain that I am not in their market area before giving in and doing me a favor because of the repeat business. Finally I have chosen to find someone else though I will miss their good service.

Called these guys when our kitchen sink was backing up and our usual guy couldn't make it out for 5 days. Quick response, nice enough young guy, took a look, snaked the pipe a bit, said it was getting stuck and pulling back dirt so we must have a broken pipe under the house. Provided a quick estimate for the repair with 2 options, even walked me through where my sewer lines were buried, searched for cleanouts, etc. This was all reasonable and fine, though our sinks still weren't draining and the $6,000-$7,000 quoted for the fix was unpleasant to contemplate.

However, we had our usual guy come out when he was available 3 days later, he snaked the pipe again, and not only was he able to clear the pipe with a modicum of effort (there was some narrowing, nothing impassible), but he demonstrated to me that what was being pulled back was clearly not the clay-like stuff that you would find with a broken pipe but black grease i.e. decomposed food waste from the kitchen sink. Any plumber worth his salt should know the difference, or so I'm told.

All in all, if you need a quick response for a simple job and don't mind paying a premium, these may be the plumbers for you. Can't recommend them for much else, though.
