Aaron's Electrical Service is the best! I used them a while ago, but just now registered to be able to review companies and definitely wanted to post a stellar review for them as I have never forgotten the excellent service and caring treatment I was given in a dire situation I found myself in at the time. It was in the middle of the summer and my electricity was going on and off, in random areas and appliances. Not in any way that made sense to me. My cooktop was working, but my refrigerator was dimming and it would be on and then off. Most importantly, my AC was not working and it was in the 90s, and I am older, live by myself, and had a knee replacement. I called several companies and as I recall it was either after hours or on the weekend. Aaron's was the first to call me back, and even after talking with the other companies, seemed to be the company I felt like was going to fix my problem, and be fair in their price. I feel some companies take advantage of folks when they are at their most vulnerable, and I did not feel that way with Aaron's. I actually felt like they were going to do their best to do the job for the most reasonable price that they could. Fast forward to Centerpoint confirming what Aaron's found, that half of my electricity was not getting to me due to having only one leg of two, electrical term, reaching my box. Bottom line was having to replace main line underground, very expensive and not quickly completed as Centerpoint must be involved to turn off main, and more importantly to come back and turn on main. Since it was in the 90s it was imperative that this was done in a timely fashion. Aaron's took total ownership of the whole process knowing I had already been without AC for 2 days, and kept in constant contact with Centerpoint so that as soon as they were done, Centerpoint would come back and turn it on, and not wait until the next day. Meanwhile, I had mentioned to them that I had always wanted to replace my electrical panel, as I had one of those old dangerous Federal Pacific ones, but just couldn't afford to do it. Aaron's gave me such a reasonable price for replacing that, that I knew it would be possible for me to get that done as well, eliminating a safety issue and something I had worried about for a long time. Now I feel it is important to mention that they did not bring up the replacement of the panel, I did. I don't want anyone to think they were trying to upsell me in any way. In conclusion, I will never forget how well I was taken care of by Aaron's Electrical Service, and will be a lifelong customer. There might be cheaper companies, but I find their prices competitive unless you go with Uncle Joe's friend Bubba, and you do absolutely get what you pay for. I prefer a company that I know has experience, because you are after all talking about electrical work, as well as integrity, something lacking in most companies, which translates into the most important thing. Trust! I trust them unquestionably, and wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your electrical needs!

Great support to do major overhaul of our new/1988/home. They were responsive and did a great job. Had a recall on them to add a couple more projects and they showed up and we're ready to go and happy with their work. Are standing by to have them install a Home house generator upon delivery. Very happy with them.

Definitely recommend. Had a 240v line run with plug outlet for Tesla charging. Friendly, quick and quality work. Can't ask for more!

Kevin and Mercedes have both been to our home on two occasions to install a slew of lighting around our home. After Harvey came through and left a little over two and a half feet of water in our home, almost no part of our home was left untouched when it had to be redone and we also had a chance to do some upgrades as well and they were very helpful with both.

Before they came in, they had also done some great work for us 3 years. They had installed some recessed lighting in our kitchen and living room, and we had never had problem with the work.

Before starting the job, we had researched the look and items we wanted installed, but as we walked the job with Kevin on the initial consultation, we were grateful to have his honest opinions and considerations when it came to styles and price that would work best in that room, whether it was more or less expensive than what we were asking for.

So in the first trip out they did lighting above and below our cabinets, recessed lighting in our closets, bathrooms, secondary bedrooms, and hallways. Installed pendants over the kitchen bar and 3 sconces in the master bath. They also switched out all our switches for more updated ones and put dimmers in some rooms. In my laundry room, Kevin had to move the electrical in one wall to make room for a pocket door an install a new lighting switch on another wall.

The next time, unfortunately one of our upper cabinet lights was not working anymore, as well as a recessed light in the bathroom, so Kevin took care of it no problem.

The rest of the job entailed us changing our mind on the lights over the bar, and so Kevin had to switch them out with another set. Also, hang the pendant over the breakfast room table, the recessed lights in our master bedroom, and install a bluetooth component to a bathroom fan and new switch for the fan.

We still have more work for him to do, but you know how construction goes. But if you need a team for electrical that is reliable and does excellent work, and you can trust what they suggest, this is your team.

I cannot recommend Lighthouse electric enough!  They were friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable.   We had power out in a major portion of the house and couldn't get to the root of the problem.  They came out on a weekend, did a full diagnostic, and performed expert repairs at a very reasonable price.  

I wont trust anyone else to my electrical work as long as I am in the Pearland/Houston area.

We hired David to put a dog door in our metal door. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the installation. We will definitely use him for future projects.

Referred Smart Choice for my mothers place(Barbara) and they came out as scheduled and did a great job. Had some breakers go out due to a ceiling fan switch and they were able to fix it, will definitely use their services again!

We had a short circuit in our electric box, called jimmy and he was very responsive and honest. He was able to squeeze us in the day we called and fixed the problem.

I don't usually write reviews, but I called for a last minute technician and Vincent came out promptly and in minutes knew exactly what was going wrong and was able to address it immediately. The experience was memorable and will be calling back next time I need any electrical work done. Thank you guys for being available last minute and taking care of the issue.
