I've learned first hand that if the owner needs to fix any issue himself he has no qualms about satisfying his customers. His word is good as gold. These folks can absolutely be counted on to help with all your electrical needs. Well worth the money to have the best.

Honest excellent service.  We called, and he came out in 15 minutes around 5:00pm Memorial Day weekend.  We texted him our address, and he was here in no time.  He took our circuit breaker box apart, and pulled out the geckos which were causing the whole house to trip.  After that everything worked perfectly.  The price we paid was very reasonable for the work done!  Thank you so much!

The real test of a service company is not how they behave when everything is fine, it's what they do when confronted by an urgent job.  We had a new stove delivered to the house one Saturday afternoon, and the installers took one look and refused to hook it up to the (admittedly kludgy and ancient) outlet in the range nook in the kitchen.  I dismissed the installers for their cowardice and jumped onto the Web to find an electrician, STAT.

Carly, the office manager at Right Touch, found us an electrician within about 90 seconds.  She told us right up front about a $100 emergency service fee (which was fine with us) and kept in touch with us while the electrician was getting to the house.  Jonatan Perdomo arrived, a cheerful and efficient chap.  It took some time to trace down circuits and find an appropriate outlet (which, fortunately, he had on the truck).  He gave us two quotes: one, for $400, to re-route some wiring, put in a new junction box, and install the switch; and another, for nearly $4,000, to redo the awkward wiring into an up-to-date series of circuits.  Although the more expensive option would have been nice, we had to decline it, and he instantly set to work to replace the outlet.

It took a while (the house is rather unusual, with wiring to match), but Jonatan never lost his cheer or his professionalism.  By late afternoon, the new stove was installed, and even though Jonatan had ZERO to do with the stove, he insisted on staying until we could test it and make sure everything worked.  A couple hours work on a non-business day for only $500.  We took one of Jonatan's cards; it is now posted in a position of honor on the fridge, and the next time something goes wonky with the wiring, Right Touch is going to be the first people we call.

Tedrick was on time, professional and under budget.  I didn't have to wait a week for a visit to do a quote and another week to schedule the work like his competitors.   I got a fixed cost within an hour and we scheduled the work the next morning.  After arrival and seeing I had already had the materials needed, he dropped the price $50.  I would recommend him to friends and family.

I really liked the tech Robert that came out but when I called and scheduled the appointment she said free estimate. The tech came and stated that the diagnostic test that he needed to do was $184.00 or close to this amount. The company shouldn't state free estimates if the only way to give you an estimate is to do a diagnostic test.

I needed 2 closet fluorescent lights changed out along with 8 existing can lights. Daniel offered advice before the appointment on which lights to buy. Which saved me $150.  

Daniel showed up right on time. And was very personable.  He tackled all the lights in2 hours.

I will definitely be contacting him for my electrical needs in the future.

I definitely recommend Rpd Electrical.  They were very polite and efficient and focused on fixing our issue at hand and didn't try to add on anything extra.  With it being so close to Christmas we really appreciated that!  They came out for a quote and ended up fixing the issue the same day!  I also appreciate that they arrived in a marked van, so there was no question who they were.  I'm sure we will be using them again in the future!

I am a very satisfied customer of Houston Electric Company.  I wanted to upgrade my kitchen with new LED undercounter lights and replace all my recessed lights with new LED ones that dim. The installers were professional, competent, careful and kind - a great combination for excellent customer service.

Will quickly determined the ongoing electrical problem in our home that 2 previous electricians didn't catch. He was in and out in 10 minutes and came within his quoted time window. Very professional and well mannered. Definitely recommend

100% recommend. Caio was excellent! I had just remodeled my kitchen and replaced all switches and outlets myself and they were not working properly and I was out of my depth as a DYIer to fix the issue. So I reached out to Caio - sidenote - This was all during Christmas time - even so - Caio was always fast too respond and came out the next day after Christmas. He showed up 30 minutes early and fixed my mistake in under 5 minutes. The most impressive part - he DID NOT charge me anything for his work even though I tried to pay him. I understand that his time is valuable and I appreciated his help so the least I can do is share my story and recommend him to others. I've already recommended to all my neighbors and will be calling him next time I have an electrical problem. Thanks again Caio!

I liked the fact they came out the next day and were on time. I will say I was first appointment but still felt Clint did a complete job and did not rush through the job. He did a complete, detailed job. Explained it simply to me and made sure everything was done and working. I appreciated the prompt, complete service.

I come here whenever I need electrical equipment for work. They have a big selection of pretty much anything you need in the electrical area. If they do not have it in stock, they have a big supply warehouse in Stafford and your item is usually in store the next day. Counter staff is friendly and helpful answering any questions you may have.
