I have never written a review before, however this guy Levi and his company deserve it.  I called, Levi picked up and was at my house within 30 minutes.  He explained exactly what was wrong with my deadbolt, showed me what was broken and why it was no longer working.  Explained the pricing which was completely fair, did the repair and was gone within 45 minutes.  He was Prompt, had integrity and most importantly was happy to help.   Highly recommend!!

Arthur came on time and was very professional! He responded fast on Yelp, and the replacement key he gave was of good quality.

These guys know what they are doing and go out of their way to fix your lock. Other places I called tried to sell me a new lock set, sight unseen. Admittedly i have kind of a semi-custom set up.

These guys came over on a Sunday afternoon and worked until they fixed it. They had to create a custom fix and now it works better than it did originally.

These guys work really hard and take pride in their work. I won't use anyone else.

I started having trouble inserting my key in my front door lock. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade my lock to an optional keyless one. I bought a new lock and called and spoke to Alon. He came out yesterday afternoon and installed my new lock. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, but he figured it out and then showed me how to use it. He was efficient and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Todd at Alcatraz Locksmith is honest and ethical!  I needed a spare key fob for a vehicle I purchased for our daughter and the dealer was being ridiculous about the process.  I thought I would try a locksmith and Todd at Alcatraz Locksmith was referred to me by my normal local locksmith.  After a significant discussion with Todd about what my true options were, he really felt that going to the dealership was the best option since the car I purchased was so difficult to program key fobs for.  His advice was in my best interest and the best interest of my daughter's safety.  I will definitely use Alcatraz Locksmith in the future and would highly recommend him for his honesty and business integrity!  Thanks Todd!

Rick you were a life saver! I was shopping for a locksmith to rekey my house. Not only was he the only one who picked up the phone he was able to accommodate my Saturday request on a holiday weekend. He spent meticulous time making sure all the key works then helped us out with the mailbox key as well. To say Rick went above and beyond is an understatement!

Don't go anywhere else just call Rick. He is honest and reasonable in pricing. You will never again get this kind of service. Not only did we find a great locksmith but also a friend who cared. Kindness is rare in business but not to Rick. Highly recommend!!

I called this company up thinking I needed a new ignition, he came within an hour and simply unlocked my ignition. he could have charged me for a new ignition but he did the right thing and gave me a good deal for coming out. I have called him multiple times and he has always come through.

Highly recommended! Ace C & R is the only company in the greater Prescott area that could solve our Hyundai Elantra smart key problem. We lost our only smart key to our push start Elantra and every other place we called stated they could not assist. Nathan was extremely helpful and got the key ordered and programmed for us. Couldn't be any happier with the service. Got my key cut and programmed. Also got my remote programmed. They told me I had eight other remote programmed to my truck, so they deleted the rest.
