Just bought a house and needed the locks rekeyed. These guys came out the same day and were quick and did exactly what I asked. Fixed all of the locks (and there were a lot) in about an hour. The price was the lowest of about 6-7 different places that I quoted. The end price was the exact same that I was quoted. There were no hidden fees. Definitely would not hesitate to use their services again.

Victor was great.  The situation involved rekeying some locks, a distraught widow in her 80's, some care givers and a couple of attorneys.  He simply came and was professional, fast and reasonable.  I will be using his service again.  Great experience.

If I could give 100 stars it wouldn't be enough. Picture three hot tired dogs, leaving the dog park, being put in a black BMW expecting to be driven home and instead they get locked in. Pop A Lock was there within 15 minutes, free of charge (I would have paid anything) and were super nice. I seriously can't say enough good things.  just ask my happy hounds!!

I'd been having trouble with my house key for a few days but today I got to the door and I couldn't even get the key in the lock at all. I called Levi because he had alot of 5 star reviews. He was on his way to another appointment but he called and asked them if they could wait a little bit till he got my front door open for me. Luckily they said sure and he was here in 15 minutes. He was amazing. He's so skillful and works quickly to solve the problem. He made sure every little detail was corrected to perfection plus he's such a super nice guy. Called Jeff after locking my keys in the car at church . Super friendly, easy service, knowledgable about his trade. Jeff was to us in under 25 minutes and had us in our car within 3 minutes of arrival. The Lock Shop is absolutely amazing!  Jeff came out to my business to install some new commercial door handles.  These needed to be keyed to a 2 key system.  He interpreted what my needs would be and tackled the job. He knocked it out of the park!  It was done in a very timely manner and he was very professional in every way.  Normally, locksmiths cost an arm and a leg and just do an OK job.  Not here!  The cost was below what you would find at other places but WITH outstanding work.  This place deserves your business!  Don't miss out and go to the other guy.  They offer so many services and really put the customer first.  The Lock Shop is the only locksmith around as far as I am concerned.

New to the valley and in my first home. I called to have the locks replaced. Instead of just going with what I asked for and collecting a bigger payment they suggested having the existing locks rekeyed. The outcome will be the same (locks that only I have the keys for) but by using the existing hardware I saved money. Also I called at 4pm thinking that it would take a few days for an appointment but 40 minutes later they were here working on it. Prices were better than I had heard from other locksmiths. Overall a perfect stress free experience that I could not be happier about. Thank you!!

Came in with my broken key to my '84 Cadillac. The guy up front was really courteous, gave me advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future, and made me three spares at a total cost of $6. I would absolutely recommend over ACE or Home Depot. Support local business!

What a great job!  They were able to come out right away and on time. They also had to customize three of our new locks but you can never tell. I would highly recommend them for all of your locksmith needs.

Absolutely the best locksmith I have dealt with! I manage a valet company and we have had to replace keys, deal with cars being locked with the keys in them, and replacing key fobs every so often. Until now we have had a hard time finding a reliable locksmith that can help us out the hours we need them.
