I lost my mailbox key and needed the locks replaced. I placed an inquiry on Yelp and Michael answered right away.  His quote was $75, which is in line with what I am used to paying.  He came within 15 mins and was done 10 mins later. key works great, better than before.

Situation: Sunday evening I locked both my sets of keys in my RV. Pop-A-Lock got out to Lake Pleasant within 35 minutes. It took only a few minutes to get the door unlocked. EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

The lock shop has a customer for life. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They work fast and I love that they have reasonable time slots for service!! With most companies you'll get an outrageous 4 hour time frame for service but The Lock Shop gave me an hour window and were right on time. No waiting, no jacked up unreasonable prices. I got locked out of my car. My dog was inside and the car was running while I ran to an outdoor bank kiosk. Somehow my dog locked me out. This company too my call immediately and had someone out within 15 mins. They unlocked the car in about 2 mins. They were nice and respectful. I appreciated their speedy service! If my dog locks out me again, I will definitely call them!

They have always been professional and are quick at what they do. They've previously cut a spare for my Harley Sportster. Today they cut some OEM style Toyota keys for my FJ Cruiser that I had bought online with the immobilizer chip. They explained how I may need two originals to program the new keys but it was not needed. I did it with only one and the new keys are working! They do great work! What happens when you misplace your keys while traveling and your other set is inside the condo? Well, if you're us, you immediately look at Yelp and find a high-rated locksmith to call. Being a Sunday, we were worried that the locksmith would be closed, but most were open. We called one company but the price seemed a little steep, so we shopped around and gave Mr. Lockout a call. Their price quote came in $20 cheaper and they had a five star average on Yelp so they quickly became the chosen locksmith!

We waited about forty minutes and then Bill showed up. He was extremely friendly and quickly grabbed his tools to get our door unlocked. I liked the fact that he was a friendly guy who made us feel very safe. If I were a solo girl, I would trust Bill to help me in a time of need. Within minutes, Bill had our door open and he also made us two new keys. It was very reasonably priced compared to the other quotes ($65 plus the price of the keys which were a couple dollars).

Thanks to Yelp we now have a go-to locksmith in time of need!

We moved to Peoria AZ and, due to the circumstances surrounding the vacancy, decided a quick lock change would be prudent. Rick Jefferies (thus RJ) had left a card among the myriad come-on packages sitting our new homeowner's junk mail pile. Being in a hurry, and without time to do protracted due diligence, we called him. Are we ever glad we did! Rick came immediately, assessed the lock situation, explained the alternatives and the basis for each. He covered various locking methods which seemed non-sensical to us, and told us the reasons for their application.

He efficiently tackled the assignment and did a beautiful job, curing our sketchy security situation and allaying our fears of intrusion and theft. I had all my exterior locks rekeyed and a mailbox lock replaced. Jon was easy to schedule with, came on time, was friendly and got the work done quickly.

These guys are great.  Craig installed my security system-- advised me I might want to get a system I could move with me.  When I moved, they removed and re-installed my system in my new home, all at a reasonable price.  I use their monitor service as well.  Have been very happy with their service.  They are prompt, courteous and professional.

A++ I found United Lock through Yelp and after reading the great reviews decided to hire this company for my job. Nathan was prompt, courteous and professional. All the work was done at a fair price, and I will definitely hire them again if I'm in need of a locksmith.

I called at 7:00pm on  a Sunday night to leave a message for Monday morning. I received a text within 10 minutes asking details about my safe issue. I offered that we could talk about the problem on Monday Morning but was assured that we could continue analyzing the problem. He asked that I send a picture of the safe. He set an appointment with me for Monday and brought what he thought would be the correct part for the issue. Within 30 minutes the problem was solved.  Very knowledgeable and professional!  Will use them again  (if the need arises)
