I didn't end up using this company but wanted to comment on the responsiveness. They got back to me quickly and were very willing to fit me in.

Great company. I needed my garage door opened and had lost the key. They showed up about 20 minutes after I had called and had the door opened and a new key made for me in about 30 minutes. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the service.

Had an emergency and locked myself out of my garage.  Jeff and his team were at my door within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning and got the door open in no time.  Excellent service, friendly, and highly recommended!  Thanks so much!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

My house's front screen door deadbolt got jammed and I can usually jimmy it a bit and finally unlock it but this time I couldn't.  I called Alcatraz a little late in the evening and explained my situation.  At first I was a little put off by the service fee but it needed to be done so I went along with it.  I briefly remember calling a locksmith for my car one time and was left with a $200 bill, and then I called another time for a different house lock issue and the guy wouldn't even give me any pricing so I ended up not fixing whatever it was because I was afraid of the bill.  My home is currently on the market so I needed to get the front door opened obviously so I prepared myself for a nice little bill.  The total with the service fee was far less than I expected.  The people I worked with were extremely polite.  I am so glad to have found this company.  Definitely keeping their number in case I ever need a locksmith.

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

The lock mechanism on one of our French Doors broke and, without The Lock Shop's involvement, we would have ended up having to replace the entire door set. Window Mart (who manufactured the doors) was being problematic in honoring their lifetime warranty because the hardware had been discontinued (but was still available aftermarket). Kathy at The Lock Shop worked with Window Mart to settle our warranty claim and order the parts. Stephen came out several times and had to do some modification to get the parts to fit, but he kept at it and now our doors are as good as new! He was polite and professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We are very grateful for everything The Lock Shop did to help us get this resolved without having to replace what were otherwise perfectly good doors. Two thumbs up!

Great old school business.  Very good to work with.  Needed keys for a camper shell.  They had me taken care of in a very short amount of time.  

Next time I need keys or any type of lock service, this is where I'm going.

I can't say enough about how great the service was. I had an oversized door that required a different lock than I had purchased. Time was a factor. It was Thursday and had to be done by Friday. Carol found a store that stocked the exact lock in the specialty color and then rescheduled other appointments so that the could install on Friday. The technician Dave was very professional. He showed up with a mask and wore it all the time he was there. He installed the lock, which required him to leave and get parts. He rekeyed all the locks and switched out two of them. He cleaned up perfectly. The bill was extremely reasonable. No charges for trips to get parts. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! I've used them twice for replacing my mailbox keys (lost twice in the last few years). Able to meet me on the weekend so I wouldn't have to miss work. thanks!

I've used United Lock Service since 2008 and Nathan is the only locksmith I'd trust with any of my properties. His work is solid quality and fast. Service is always responsive and I have recommended ULS to other people.

Fast Service and Reasonable price to replace my lost proximity keyfob for our 2016 Nissan Altima. Would have given 5 stars but was told it was an a factory keyfob but it was not. Still a good deal and quick service. Better than getting towed to the dealer.

Timely, experienced and fairly priced.  In the past Bell Lock and Safe have helped me out of more then one jam due to lost keys or having to change locks at my rental properties.  I also use them for my personal residence as the work is always done quick and right the first time.

I locked myself out of my garage on the weekend. I called and scheduled a time with Dave that worked for me. He arrived promptly, completed the job swiftly and charged a very reasonable rate. Dave was very pleasant, professional an helpful.

This is a very professional owned company ran by the owner and his wife who handles most of the calls. They are both amazing people. I got locked out of my home shortly after midnight and this was literally the only company that answered their phone! I was locked out with my dog. They came so very fast and he worked extremely hard until I was able to get back in my home! They are the only reliable company in this area. Don't waste your time calling any other company! Save their number! They are local and are fantastic! Their rates are extremely reasonable! Thank you again for saving the day! Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

The BEST Locksmith around. They have come out to help me twice now in an emergency. Literally dropped everything to come help. They were fast and professional and very reasonable prices...Especially considering they were so quick to get out to me. A GREAT family company. I highly recommend them!
