A followup to first review for Latch. A gentleman by name of Keith got a hold of me to try to make things right and was very apologetic for the way things occurred. He assured me he would send out a project manager to assist me if I would give them another chance to give me a quote. I did. Keith did send out a gentleman by name of Daniel, who was very kind and respectful and wanted to make things right. I explained what happened and I told him the few projects we are considering (would like) to do in our home: Small kitchen subway tile project, a bathroom extension - providing a shower in a 1/2 bath, and allowed him to measure for a shutter quote.  he was very kind and was very efficient and thorough in drawing up plans. Now just awaiting the estimates for each project. Anxious to see how good rates will be and if we can continue to move forward with Latch/Daniel with any of the desired projects.
