Best Car Key Repair in Phoenix AZ

I called them at 7:30pm to have someone unlock my car, no one was there by 8, I called again and they said someone had called me and I cancelled. I never received a call from them, nor did I call and cancel. Then it took another 15 minutes for the locksmith to actually call me and confirm my address and service, and when I asked if there was any way to get a discount I was told I could get $10 off. That's it. For needing to be somewhere at 8:30pm and no one showing up til after that time, they're going to make me pay them $85? Never again will I use their services if I need a locksmith of any kind.

Very efficient and courteous. You can tell Erez is a perfectionist just by seeing inside his van. $100 cheaper than the car dealership quote for the exact same thing. Highly recommended.

Levi arrived on time and not only completed installing my new deadbolts, he helped fixed some of the other issues I was having with my doors as well! I asked him to come out and install new handles for my existing doors after the first appointment and he arrived and finished on time. I'm extremely happy with the service Levi provided.

I read a previous customer described this saint as the "Michael Jordan of locksmiths."  I had worked the night shift, was dead tired after 12 hours of work, it was 7.30 AM, and my key snapped for no damn reason.  I couldn't find the landlord and didn't have a spare.  

Not only did Jeff quote me up front (something other companies couldn't do), his price was at least 50-75% cheaper than these other scam artists charge.  He showed up at the exact time he said he would and worked efficiently.  If I could give him 100 stars out of 5, I would.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.

First of all if you have a sign on your door that say you are open till 5pm be there!!!!    So then when i finally got their earlier in the day, i was really surprised that the old guy that say he owns the place is such a grump.   I have had keys made in the past and the young lady that works their is so friendly.  I must have woken him up from his nap.  I am sorry I didn't spend a ton of money at your place, but I will never spend 1 more $ there ever again.   AVOID VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

I really think some of these small business owner need to realize what customer service really is all about.

Got a quote via Yelp. Scheduling was easy and they're price was better than 6 other locksmiths I received quotes from. Dave was friendly and on time. He promptly cut and programmed my keys and there were no additions fees. Great service.

This was a perfect customer experience.  I had a malfunctioning side yard gate and wanted to get my front door rekeyed to match two garage entry doors.  I called this morning and spoke to Jon, and he came out himself at noon, just as promised, calling 15 mins before arrival.  He explained everything and quoted all prices before he did any work.  Then he did everything perfectly and explained what the problem was with the gate lock.  Plus, he's a very nice guy!  Highly recommended!

Just can't give a better review.  Came out on a Sunday, without extra charge.  Fixed a complicated problem and made really useful suggestions for how to prevent problem again.  Very very kind and professional!  And his prices were beyond fair.  This is our new locksmith for everything!

The deadbolt on my outside shed stopped working. I was unable unable to unlock it. I called Adams Locksmith on a hot Saturday around 3PM and within 25 minutes Tom arrived. He was able to get it open and replace the deadbolt and the door knob quickly for a reasonable rate. He was friendly and also made some very helpful suggestions.
