I needed information about electric issues on a home repair project.  I spoke to Igor, who was extremely helpful! He asked me various questions to gather the information he needed, and provided me with detailed input about what they would need to do for the electrical work.  He gave outstanding customer service!

Merv Electric did great work in our house. We had some specific requests for moving electrical outlets and adding a dedicated line in our kitchen. Their work addressed our requests to a T. Though they are not the least expensive option, the quality of their work is worth it. I have full confidence in the work that they do

I had a serious electrical issue going on. I called the company and Danny  (the company owner) was on the phone with me. I told him about our serious issue and Danny came same day within less than an hour! It was actually his day off, but he still came because of how serious our electrical problem was.

He diagnosed the problem and fixed it without hesitation or trouble! He was quick, efficient, and friendy! He did an excellent job! I definitely will reccomend him and his company to anyone! This company is honest and will not over charge you like how those big named electrical companies do! If you want an honest and reliable company, call them!!

I struggle with this review...  how many stars?  Jesse came out for an estimate more than three weeks ago.  He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful, including mask and social distancing compliant.  Vet's has great reviews with lots of positive comments.  I really liked all those things and looked forward to receiving an estimate.  He noted that Vet's Electric is neither the most costly nor the least, and I confirmed I was looking for quality work rather then cheapest cost.  Later during the walk through he said something about 38 for a sub panel, and then before he left he gave me a rough guess of the cost and said at least 6 and told me he'd follow up with an estimate.  

At this point I still felt really good about Jesse and his shop but the beginning of doubts were forming.  I had done research beforehand which told me the services I was looking for would be on average $1500-$1800.  With all the madness going on this year driving cost increases in many industries including construction; I figured his estimate would be from there up to maybe 2x that.  And so I start wondering...  what did he mean by 38 and what did he mean by 6. Thousands?  Hundreds?  Neither number is remotely close to what I'd expected.  All good and well...  I'm a patient person and can wait for an estimate.  

So I checked in five days after he was here, sent a text asking when I could expect to receive an estimate.  No response.  So several days later, I called, and spoke with Tiffany.  I asked about the status of the estimate.  I get that we were in the holiday season.  I can wait...  but...  if they want me, or any customer, to wait a matter of weeks, for an estimate after a visit to the site they need to communicate that clearly.  She told me she'd look into it and call me back.  We confirmed that she had the correct phone number and my correct email address.  

It's now been about two weeks since I spoke with Tiffany.  No call back.  No estimate received.  I have no idea what happened.  Maybe they didn't want to do the job I had, maybe they forgot, maybe they're too busy?  

I did seek competitor quotes.  Those quotes were provided the same day the site visit was performed.  Emailed to me within hours of the visit.  I wish I could speak to try actual amount of the quote from Vet's Electric but I have yet to receive it.

I also had Brian come out and help me with some garage electrical work.  He helped me install 220v power, including a new subpanel, and 6 outlets.  He did the job very quickly, and did an excellent job.  can finally turn on my saws without fear of tripping breakers constantly now, so I'm very happy about that.  The price was also very reasonable, less than half of what other electricians quoted.  

Brian also took the time to explain how things worked, and gave some suggestions for other improvements I could do on my own.  

Also, Stephen was super prompt to reply to my emails -- other electricians weren't even responding to my inquiries, but Stephen was responding as late as 1 or 2am.  He also came out on a Sunday.   I wouldn't hesitate to use Electric company again.

I *really* wanted to hire these guys based on the reviews on this site. However, I scheduled time with an estimate from them almost a month in advance. I took off work and paid for a taxi ride home to wait for them to arrive and they didn't show up. I called and called but no one picked up the phone or responded.

3 days later, they respond and say Oops they forgot to call me. I swallow my pride and ask if they can schedule me again and they said they're not even taking clients at this time. My project was a full rewire that may have totaled at least 10k and it was a colossal waste of my time waiting for these guys.

Seth was great.  Reliable and reasonable.  Sometimes that's hard to find in an electrician.  Would highly recommend.

I rarely write negative reviews and am saddened since the profile offered such promise in past client experiences; not to mention I used them years back and it was a great experience.  As a contractor, I had both Corey & BJ at two different jobsites w/in 3 weeks of each other - one for a whole first floor, the other for large master bathroom.  Both were initially very responsive and made accommodations to come onsite.  THEN NEVER returned a bid.  Multiple promises on when one could expect a proposal and no follow through.  

I understand people get busy, bids get delayed ( I'm in the trade!) but 7 weeks no answers, no bids, then ignoring phone calls and kind text prompts for update.  Forget it, if they want to turn down what has now been signed work with another company totaling $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 in business guess they are too good to work on my honest residential projects.

Don't call if you are needing a job right now, let alone if you are 3 months out.

I had a lot of work done by 24/7 this Fall on my Renton house, and my final assessment is that some of their people appear to be very competent (for instance, supervisor Victor and office staff Monica), however some of their staff appear to be either very novice or possibly distracted, resulting in work that needed to be re-done.  Also, there was a bit of a language barrier at times with one of the guys (J.) who came to the house solo and who spoke English so rapidly and with such a heavy accent that I probably only understood 75% of what he was saying.  And I don't say that as an ugly American, I say that as someone who needs to have a discussion about an electrical system and needs to understand 100% of what that person is telling me.   So that was an issue at times.  

Lastly, as I mentioned above, I did need to have staff come back to the house on two occasions to fix things that weren't done completely the first time, those being (1) Bank of canned lights in the kitchen wasn't working and (2) Exterior outlet not properly fastened.  To give credit where credit is due, they did come back and fix those two things quickly at no charge, so that is a sign that I think the company as a whole does care about doing things right.  

The bottom line is that my experience with 24/7 was mixed.  Some good, some not so good.  Overall, I give them a mild positive endorsement.

My AC panel was old and needed replacement.  The lights in a few rooms stopped working and my garage was without power.  Wilderness asked for a photo of the panel, listened to what I needed, then provided a quote the next day.  Steve coordinated everything with PSE and the electrical inspector.  Total pro. Set up, removal, replacement, inspection, power back on.  Steve described how the lights and plugs that were not working was a single circuit, and found that an old GFI outlet had failed.  Removing that outlet from the circuit got all the other lights and outlets working again.  Pleasure to work with Wilderness Electric.

Needed to have a Electric Car charger installed and reached out to Rob and confirmed an appointment. Apart from being prompt and on time Rob service has been amazing and truly great. I highly recommend Rob and his business, certainly a contact which one needs for all electric work.

They were great!  Fast, fair, professional and efficient!  Really nice people too!    I would absolutely hire them again should the need arise.

I had already used the home theater, electronics, low voltage side of this company for 3 years - wipliance.com and loved their service. Today I had Obot come out to replace the sconces at my front door and fix a nagging electrical problem a previous company had left us with.  Really professional and efficient.  The price was great...really great and now I am counting up all the other projects I need done that I have put off due to the frustration of having a contractor in the house.  Obot is easy, professional and reasonable.

We needed to install a portable air conditioner to our master bedroom in one of the windows, and it called for a grounded 3 prong electrical outlet. In addition, we needed to install two more outlets in our dinning room. Galaxy Electric came by highly recommended to us, so we decided to give them a call. They were heavily booked, but managed to give us an appointment in three days, which worked great. Pete (owner) and Rasha came by exactly on time and suggested several options how to add an additional outlet on the second floor, without extensive drilling through the walls. Pete was kind, patient and knowledgeable, and he explained step-by step what needed to be done. The quote was very reasonable, less than we had expected, so we gave it a go. On the scheduled day, Rasha came with Marcus, another friendly crew member and they carry out the work professionally. They used high quality materials, were considerate of our property, were well coordinated, and left the job site super clean. They did an amazing job. Will call Galaxy Electric for all our electrical work in the future - highly recommended!

I was looking for a professional, no hassle, honest local electrician and after reaching out to half a dozen local businesses John responded the quickest and provided the best quote.  All other quotes were way out of range for the install and some required an initial visit - even though I provided photos, location and other specific details.

The job was to install a 50amp receptacle panel box Nema 14-450R 125/250V that I had purchased.  It was not a big job, and all that was required was an additional breaker, while the box was to be installed right next to the breaker box about 3 feet away.  All I did was provide photos and John was able to come out the very next day without an initial visit.

He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, quick and above all honest.  The install took about an hour and I now have a trusted local go to electrician.  In short, speed, value, and workmanship rocked.

If you have a residential electrical job, you have to consider going with John and Sparks Electric!

This company was contacted for me by my interior decorators. What a great electrician!!!!!  James arrived promptly at 8 a.m. to install a new outlet box in my bathroom. He defined the project clearly, quickly assembled all the necessary parts, and finished the job in the exact amount of time he had estimated. Everything was left in pristine condition. James also happens to be a delightful person and extremely knowledgeable. Simply put, he did a fabulous job.
