We, erm, accidentally drilled into a water pipe :-(
Contacted After Hours Services, got a text message back quickly. Set up a time for the next day (the water was turned off, so it was annoying but not an emergency).
Will came out. Found the problem. Patched the leak, by splicing in a piece of copper pipe. Good work; fair price; nice guy!

Amazing company! Joshua M. was able to come and repair the duct behind our dryer on very short notice, and the cost was lower than the original estimate we were quoted.

At first I was a little wary of the probably-necessary shopping trip, and considered trying to go to Lowe's myself first, but I'm glad I didn't: once Joshua came and moved the dryer out of our laundry nook, he saw that the problem wasn't what the inspection reported indicated, so I would have bought the wrong materials.

All in all, a super easy experience, and I'm definitely using Fixer again in the future.

I highly recommend Seatown! From my first phone call, they made me feel like our business was important to them, even though we did not offer them a huge job. Their communication throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Our plumber, Blaine, was so friendly, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I will be using them again for our next project and will be asking for Blaine specifically.

Called for a service that he doesn't do and was nice enough to take the time to direct me to someone who could!

Scheduled an appointment with a 2 hour window to fix a broken hot water tank. I missed their call to confirm I would be home and when I called back 10 min later they had reassigned the plumber and moved my 12-2 window to 4-6. Then they called me back 30 min later to say the plumber would be on his job all day and couldn't come out at all. Thanks, I don't really need hot water so it's totally fine... I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The woman I spoke to in the office was very nice and got me in the schedule right away. I had Aaron come by to help figure out a water pressure issue in my kitchen faucet. He called ahead to give me a time frame and arrived on time. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my issue fast and with no problem. I will be using them again.

Unbelievably high quotes on basic work and they force you to believe it's the only option. Two examples: 1. we needed the valve replaced on our toilet ($15 parts, 45 minute max labor) and they told us we needed to replace our toilet. 2. our water heater was having some issues. They came out and quoted a new water heater for over $3,000 was required. They then proceeded to fix the current for over $1,000.

You may ask why we called them out for a second time having been so disappointed with their work - the water heater was an emergency and their phone number was stuck on the heater for some reason!

Don't let them force a replacement on you. And don't let them charge you extortionate repair fees. Look elsewhere!

We had a septic issue,  called out A Advanced Septic since they had replaced our drain field about 5 years earlier.  They came out on time and checked out the filters and the baffle. Showed us how to check if it was an issue with the tank or just the filter/baffle. They also answered our questions and these guys seemed very upfront on what they were doing.

Definitely use these guys for septic issues

Steve came out to help us with our electrical problem in the garage. He diagnosed the problem and we decided to have him install 4 new lights. Everything is working great now. The service was very professional and Steve even swept up the debris. Thanks Steve!!

I have two special needs sons with 3% body fat. My main furnace duct became disconnected under my house. WE are freezing! I called for an emergency service today and was told they could not help me for 4 months out???? WTF  I begged the lady for help and she told me there was nothing she could do because of policy? WTF?  How does a company like this make it? I could not believe what I was told so I called back. Got a different person. SAME LAME STORY. Pretty sure you will never be called again.  Called Superior Air, they will be here tomorrow  thank God!
