Best Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA
Seatown electric technicians are skilled and their job and I would recommend them to anyone. I had Thomas, Bradley and Tyler. They made sure the job was done correctly without shortcuts and minimal damage. The job was a whole house rewiring of knob and tube over 3000 sq ft so it took a lot of planning and patience.
That said, the office coordination was abysmal. First I was promised a quote in 24 hours. After not getting it for days, I asked to be pencilled in to a time slot since we were still waiting on the actual quote, and I was willing to verbally agree to the rough estimate so I could lock in a time frame.
After I finally got the quote and signed off on it, they called me again to schedule my date. When I said I already had one and they were trying to give me a later one, they called around and fixed it. Except they fixed it by getting me a crew coming from the north side of the city, who got stuck in traffic and lost two to four working hours every day to transit, setting back the time frame and pushing it over all the holidays.
Then, scheduling the follow up after it took longer was communicated poorly, and it wasn't actually going to be a week before they came back but instead a whole month, right after Christmas during my wedding anniversary and time off.
Then it still wasn't done because they kept pulling people off the job to do other odds and ends.
In the end they started before Thanksgiving and finished after the new year. They had to come back three times after the original date, only one of which was planned due to me adding to the job.
Finally, they called to schedule an inspection with me. I waited all day and nobody showed up. I got a call next week.. to schedule an inspection. Lisa and Makalya aren't communicating effectively with each other or following through on what they say they are going to do. I have a feeling they are permanently stuck in an over promising cycle where past jobs cut into new ones. Be prepared for this if you go with them.
Overall, not the most professional handling of a $30,000 job.

Incredibly, the folks at Reign City helped me solve my electrical problem--for free. I described how a bunch of kitchen outlets kept failing, and how I thought the GFI outlet might be the problem. Only one way to find out: replace it. Only one problem: simple as it is, I'd never replaced one before. Solution: Reign City led me through it over the phone.
With the new GFI in place, the circuit kept popping. That proved that the old GFI was actually fine... so I could conclude that the problem was actually with the stove--the only device still connected to an outlet on the circuit. So I got a strong friend to help me move it. As soon as I unplugged the stove, my electrical problems went away.
Result: instead of paying$200 for an electrician to tell me I really wanted an appliance repair person, I was able to find that out at no cost. I also learned a bit more electricity in the process.
I'm hiring Reign City next time I have any residential electrical issue.

Called and scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate for a new HVAC system as we are in the process of remodeling a 1969 home. Current furnace is oil fed. Was given a one hour arrival window. After waiting 30 minutes beyond the arrival time I called and canceled the appointment. One would think a company that potentially could have sold a $15K system would have been more attentive and professional.
Will decide between the two other HVAC companies who provided professional and detailed estimates.

Had hot water faucet in kitchen suddenly slow down. Rest of house was good. Normally I would do it myself but at 78 years old now, didn't want to fool with broken gasket and trying to find it at Home Depot, etc. So called Eco plumbing, they have $99 show up fee, thought they could do it for that. But I was quoted $450 plus tax, without even looking at it. I declined so they went to their truck for $99 show up invoice. Meanwhile I got pliers, couple screwdrivers, took faucet handle off, had wife hold cup over faucet while I slowly turned on water, we saw tiny debris rocks come out, put handle back on and it was fixed. When plumblers came back in I showed them I fixed in 5 minutes. They wanted me to sign invoice saying job was fixed! I refused and paid the $99. I guess thats how the modern world works now...no help for senior homeowners and one price plan. It's always just about the money now...terrible.

Awesome guy named Miguel that came to bid my basement bathroom...his bid was half the price of five other electrical bids that came previous with much more services suggested. He gave me awesome ideas and suggestions on switches, vents, lights, etc. and was willing to work to make the customer happy.
Promised to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but did it in just over 2 hours...very happy and pleased with his work! Love my new lighting and bath! Would highly recommend this company and will use them for a new panel and wiring in the near future!

Working with Daniel from Strands Electric has been great. He not only gets the job done efficiently and well, but also takes the trouble to explain the work so that you're in the know about your home.
He came by to install several timer lights, and carefully walked us through their functionality and setting them up.
We had an issue with a flickering light after he came by, and Daniel was great in returning to investigate the problem. Turns out it wasn't even a result of his work; but he still refused to take payment for the follow-up visit. Again, he meticulously explained to us what the problem might be, and suggested how we might be able to fix it.
Overall this a service that I would certainly recommend, and Strands Electric will be our go-to people for future electrical work on our home.

I have used them twice now. Both times George came out. I was so pleased both times with their service- easy to arrange, incredibly professional, and really nice people. George does fantastic work, and has willing both times to make sure I was happy with everything before he left and all my questions (I had a lot!) had been answered. I will continue to use them for any electrical work in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Dean helped us out on very short notice for an electrical issue in our circuit box. He was very courteous, fast, and kept the price down. I highly recommend him.

my bathroom exhaust fan/light in the shower crapped out. I bought a new fan and Will installed it for me. Very personable and friendly service!
on time and completed the job as required at a very reasonable price.

I couldn't have been happier with the job that Hunt's plumbing completed for me yesterday. Their estimate was much better than Hart's plumbing, and was a fair amount for the work being done. Carlos took the time to go through the locations of the waste pipes with me, and caught a couple items I didn't think of. They were able to get the pipes in the exact locations I needed them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

The rest of the process went as Brian described it. I really appreciate him following up as well.

In June of 2020 A Advanced Septic came out to our place for a Drain Field Rehab. Prior to that service, we had been nervous anytime we had company. Would the system hold up, even though we were all careful, with the extra flushing of toilets and showers?
The techs who arrived right on time were personable and efficient, getting right to work. Days and weeks afterward we could see that the system was working well.
Thirteen months later, in July of 2021, we hosted a week of family get-togethers which involved many meals and one extra overnighter. In previous years we would have rented a Porta Potty. After keeping an eye on our system this past year, though, we were confident that our system would hold up.
Just the same, when everyone returned home and we debriefed about the past reunion week, we realized that A Advanced Septic had performed brilliantly! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for excellent communication and effective, A+ service.

Do not use them, at least for heat pumps! They do not perform quality work nor do they sell quality products.

Worst company to deal with and they do not care about their customers concerns
But the allow their employees talk bad about one another and they have employees who are dressed in company clothes and driving the company van/truck under the influence of drugs

We needed a furnace replacement and had Black Hills come out as our second quote. The consultant spent 2+ hours with us - measuring windows, walking the house, understanding our house - before offering a quote. We appreciated his honesty, his willingness to answer all of our questions and the fact that he didn't try to sell us something that would have been overkill for our 100+ year old house. Our install was a few days later and Jake, our tech, could not have been better. He was extremely professional and thorough and worked hard to get our furnace installed in a timely manner, even after the aforementioned 100+ year old house gave him some unexpected issues. This experience was great - we couldn't have asked for better and the fact that they offer multiple guarantee types gives us the peace of mind that we made the right decision.

I had a horrible experience I had an electrical emergency so I couldn't shop around and ended up without electricity for 34 days and paid $5,000. Later when I checked around at four places for estimates I was told it's a pretty basic job: 2 days and $1,500 and it didn't even pass inspection the first time. I really wish I had used someone else.
