HISTORY
Established in 2013.
Owner, Kurt Dickson, started his journey as an electrician while serving 4 years with the US Coast Guard. He graduated with honors as the Valedictorian of his class and went on to complete his apprenticeship with the local union.Through this experience and with privately operated electrical contractors, Kurt developed a vast understanding of both new and upgraded electrical installations and modifications. He's an advocate for continued education in the industry and integrates 30 hours per year toward classroom instruction.

It's places like Dickson Electric that make me regret in being too liberal with my 5-star reviews because this place is THE BEST and I have saved their information as I will be going with them from here on out.
Not only are they on time, do great work, ultra clean and professional, but they see small stuff that other teams would miss AND they ask if you want that fixed up at no cost!
I have used them twice now. Both times George came out. I was so pleased both times with their service- easy to arrange, incredibly professional, and really nice people. George does fantastic work, and has willing both times to make sure I was happy with everything before he left and all my questions (I had a lot!) had been answered. I will continue to use them for any electrical work in the future. I highly recommend this company.
Dickson Electric was not the first company I called, most don't answer the phone. But they WERE the first company to get back to me.
Liz was delightful to work with and very communicative. George was the electrician that came out to our house, exactly on time, and repaired our burnt out outlet and restored electricity (and sanity) to our home. George was wonderful, very professional and fast! He was in and out in under 30 minutes. And the rates are reasonable. I would absolutely recommend to a friend and will call again for future electrical work. Thanks!
Hired then to do a few different jobs including panel replacement, new wiring from post and shop panel. Each time, exceptional employees, good work, good communication. I'm looking at more work and their bid is best again. highly recommend this company. Local, small business, great to work with.
I recently had Dickson add electrical outlets, hard-wired smoke detectors, and ethernet cabling in my house.
I've interacted with three people: Liz, Kurt, and Devin. All three of them have been fantastic. Kurt did the bid and graciously helped me think out some of the things I'd wanted. Liz did all the email back-and-forth. Devin (and his apprentices, Richard and Justin) did the on-site work.
Devin rocks (god, I hope I'm spelling his name right). That's just a good dude, right there. Everyone was professional, but Devin was a great person to have in the house. He was more than happy to explain things along the way and made sure to touch base with me anytime things weren't lining up exactly as I had requested, showing me what was going on and how he was going to mitigate it.
My three year-old came home from daycare after Devin finished on the last day and asked, Daaaad! Where's Devin? I want to see him!, then proceeded to get upset when I told her that he'd finished the work and gone home. She told me that she liked him and wanted to see him again. I agreed with her.
I already have more electrical work planned and will be giving them a call soon.
Dickson Electric did a wonderful job! They replaced a broken bathroom fan and light fixture, installed a ceiling fan in my living room and repaired / restored power to an outlet. I am so pleased with their work that they will now be my go-to for any electrical services. They were reliable, accountable, affordable and went above and beyond to provide me with the very best service. I would absolutely give Dickson Electric a 5 star rating and look forward to working with them again in the future.
I called Dickson in a panic... I am having a wedding at my house in less than two weeks and had power loss in part of my house! I had called several other electricians and none would be able to assist me for several weeks. Liz was able to get someone out the next day and they fixed the issue in 30 min or so! They will be my first call next time!

I called him last week and he got me on his schedule for today, called to ask if he could come a bit early, was prompt, courteous, and conscientious about making sure he did a great job, which he absolutely did. Dickson Electric was incredible to work with. Their work was beautifully done and no mess was left. We had them install a second High Power Wall Connector for our electric vehicles. They installed it in a pair on the same circuit as our first connector, and they're working perfectly to auto-balance power. Not only was the job done well, but they were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and will likely use them again in the future.
I was looking for an electrician and talked to a person a Jakes in Snohomish who highly recommended him. It was a funny thing as the person was wearing a Dickson t-shirt which started the conversation. He told me he did not work for Dickson but uses Dickson in his business. They are very nice, friendly, professional, and with very reasonable pricing. I called and he got me on his schedule, called to ask if he could come a bit early, was prompt, courteous, and conscientious about making sure the job was done correct. I highly recommend him.
