Best System Maintenance in Seattle WA

Had to retrofit some lights into my living room and add some outlets. They did a great job. Everything was done clean, neat, and looked great. Professional guys that answered all my questions. Great work!

HiTek installed some cat-6 and voice lines for our new business.   Not only were they the most reasonably priced, they were by far the most professional.   Alee called me back within minutes and was quick to come out to give me an estimate.  He always followed up and/or returned my calls/emails within the hour.  He was available to help during our inspection while he was on vacation (I don't know many businesses that would do that).      He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to recommend the most effective and efficient way to run our lines while in the midst of construction.  He has since followed up after the project and has always been available when we have had questions or to lend a hand as a courtesy.    I would highly recommend HiTek and Alee to anyone or any business out there.  You will not be disappointed.  Top notch!

Had a breaker tripping and not resetting, even after we replaced the breaker.  West Seattle Electric was able to fit us in within a day (a real rarity in these days).  Their employees were personable, thorough, and got us up and running in a timely fashion.  More than satisfied with their service.  Will be my first call in the future!

I called my regular plumbing company and several other to replace an under counter sink before contacting Seatown. Professional, kept me informed and the technician, Jacob was exceptional. I have used the same plumbing company for years for work on rental properties - going forward Seatown will be my go to company.

We had months trying to find a vendor for this area, Tapps Electric was  very diligent  and responsive, highly recommend their services

AllRed has been amazing at helping us clean up a mess made by another company that mis-installed a mini split in our upstairs apartment. Their technicians went above and beyond to try and fix the mis-installed unit and when they were unable to (as were two other companies before them), they set us up with a new unit. The installers went above and beyond to cover the mess left when the old unit was taken out and even sawed a branch that was in the way. Everyone from repair technicians to sales staff to admin staff to the install crew have been professional and gone above and beyond.

Our furnace  had quit right before it got cold. Jake our sales rep was very professional. He understood  exactly what we needed and made the process easy. Danny came out and did an excellent  job on installing the furnace,  making sure it all worked properly and educated myself with the new furnace. Everybody was professional  and personable. Would highly recommend  this company!

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Called and scheduled regarding a gas line extension. Had an appointment today between 12 & 3, they called and left a message at 11:30 or so and cancelled! I took the day off to be here and they just cancelled with barely any notice.

Called back to see if there's anything they could do as I wasted a day off today. I was told I'm so sorry if you misunderstood and took a whole day off, we didn't do an appointment for this and you were put in a pool and we were going to call when a tech was available Wait, what? I was given a window of time when someone would arrive...and now you're backtracking like that? Sketchy.

But I can make you an appointment next week and I asked what would prevent this from happening again...Oh it'll be on the schedule. WHY wasn't that done to begin with? What is that? Why are you wasting people's time??

I have a whole day wasted to sit and write reviews (and to find a new company).  

This is SO frustrating.

Do not recommend. Poorly run. Can't manage their own techs/appointments, gives sketchy excuses passing the blame off to customer.

And we're supposed to trust them with plumbing issues? HARD PASS.

From start to finish great communication and quality products. Jason came out and bid the job, which wasn't easy, and worked with me of on options. Emailed a bid over quickly and Ames got on the schedule. Installers where very friendly, kind and experienced. We were delayed with electrical but nothing perfect for such high demand. Family is so very happy to have heat and AC and I am thrilled to not have a crazy electric bill anymore!

Don't use them!  Called on $99 special for furnace cleaning/inspection (I should have known better).  Technician stated a new blower was needed due to excessive oil leaking.  We knew it was a scam because of the way blower units are built (husband is a mechanic and knows these things).  Quoted approx. $600 to replace blower.  Had another company come out and state furnace is in excellent conditions for being 15 years old with absolutely not sign (excessive noise, vibration, etc) of blower needing to be replaced.  
Don't use them!

When the blower on our furnace stopped working A man from Puget Sound Energy tried to diagnose the problem but ended up suggesting we call Washington Energy Services.  
Robert diagnosed two issues, ordered the parts, then picked them up on Friday, in hopes he would have a cancellation on Sat so we wouldn't have to go without heat until Wed.  
He not only fixed it but educated us about how to help the furnace last longer. For example, not closing more than two heat vents and changing the filter more often to keep the blower from working too hard. He also said a new thermostat with an intermittent fan cycle would scrub dust from the air, but not to run the fan when windows are open in warm weather.

None of us like to think about our septic tanks and the function of draining them. However it is a necessary evil that has to be done. My tank has 2 compartments and one of the access caps is under a very low deck. I had a company out that flat out refused the job unless I built an access panel in the deck. The original company that had done the job in my earlier home ownership not longer really crawled under decks. Advanced came out and found the access in 15 minutes. They did the job the same day. Besides the deck issue, it was long overdue because of the above mentioned issues. Both gentleman who did the job were courteous and professional.

My cost was not that much greater than a recent job my son had done. His tank was only a single compartment and he dug out the trench to the access caps himself.

I am so relieved to have this obnoxious detail off my plate and grateful to Advanced Septic for taking it on.

I am sorry about the other party's review issues - but I am satisfied and please don't discount the whole company due to one bad review.

Are they still even in business?

We had them replace an old furnace with a heat pump and the install was a complete mess. I won't belabor the details but basically the estimator guy totally screwed all the measurements and prep and so the install ended up taking an incredible amount of time and required extensive changes to make it work. In the end we did get a working heater but there was also a lot of messy work I just decided to accept rather than drag out the farce any more.

Their work was supposed to have some kinda warranty and its developed problems but I cannot get anyone to respond from the company. They ignore voice mails and never answer the phone. Even if they answer your call I wouldn't hire them considering you may never hear from them again.

I couldn't have asked for two better plumbers.  Trevor and Blake not only showed up ahead of time, but were courteous, professional and straight up honest when we discussed the options when installing my new bathtub.  I had a question after they left and dispatch was effective in their getting the message to this team to respond to my inquiry.  I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Worst service!  Took time to have them quote HVAC system, electrical & plumbing remodel of entire house.  Dead silence weeks later.  Pretty much on par with all the reviews posted.  Never would do business with this company if this is how they operate!
