What a great company! I have used Matt many times and he is always fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I have recommended him to all of my friends.

I called Hitek to install some new cable lines in my home for a DirecTV installation. I texted their main phone and Alee answered. He was quick to accept the job and came by the next morning to give me a bid. He arrived on time and was able to do the work within a few hours that same morning; and for a reasonable price as well.  The DirecTV installer is here now and hooked up to your lines with no problems. Panel Pros Electric was recommended by my neighborhood Facebook group.  Betty scheduled my appointment and was a pleasure to work with.  She was very responsive and cordial in her e-mails.  Justin installed a 240v EV garage outlet and did an impeccable job.  He was very knowledgeable and professional during his time here.  Their quote for the project was reasonable compared to other electricians.  Additionally, there was a conflict with my original appointment.  They were flexible enough to schedule it on a Saturday morning when no other day would work out well.  I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends/family.

These are the guys to go too when you need electrical work done. Knowledgeable, honest, reliable and priced fair. You will be in good hands.

I cannot speak to the quality of their work as I was rudely left in the dust by their office. After emailing their office photos of my project by request, I was given a ridiculously over priced bid for something I have plenty of experience with. Next I politely explained I would be happy to hire them on a time and materials basis so I would not be taken and they could still profit. (Their bid was over DOUBLE the going rate for this task in Seattle) They immediately lowered their bid by 1/3 (which was admission of overbid) and told me my very time sensitive spot they had given me in their schedule was given away now and they could not do the work for several weeks at this point, so it would not get done before my house was put on the market after all (worthless). It was a only a one or even partial day electrical job and all this email/phone communication was timely, taking only a day to complete between us. So if you wanna get ripped off or put off then sign up with them!

Sorry Brandon- you have been misinformed about several
key facts in our recent interaction unfortunately. First of all your office worker (L) suggested I send you guys a photo of a single piece of the electrical work needing to be done over here for an estimate on it. She suggested it so we could get the ball rolling and your electrician would potentially complete that task with the idea of looking at other work to be done while here on site for a second estimate. I NEVER insisted on sending you guys a picture as I'm available all day onsite for estimate walk throughs and actually prefer it done that way. Also I never got upset when given your initial bid as it's just business and I have been doing this kind of thing for many years. Emotion has no place here and it's petty that someone told you I was emotional about it actually. I politely suggested we just CONSIDER (T & M pricing) to be sure you still profit without looting me. I certainly do not prefer T&M pricing in general. Your defending the original overbid price is funny.

All the work has been completed by a licensed electrical contractor as of yesterday, the quality is top notch, and my cost for the entire project was 1/3 lower than the $900 bid you first gave me for just a fraction of the work to be completed here. And guess what? - the electrician that just finished my work was the owner of the company, I found him here on Yelp, and he suggested completing the job with T&M pricing which then happened. You guys just lost a dollar chasing three dollars and earned the review I originally placed based on FACTS- not an office worker trying to manipulate the facts of our communications to satisfy their boss doing damage control on a poor review that was posted in complete accuracy.

Tapps was fast and efficient. We had a wiring issue that was impacting the entire front of our home. I called on a Monday and they had the issue fixed by early Tuesday morning. The technician wore a mask and was conscious of distancing.i would definitely use Tapps again.

I'm a member of the excellent Allred subscription service that provides for consistent maintenance checkups for all installed equipment.  I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point.  Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately.  All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment.  He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home.  I will continue to recommend Allred to my friends seeking HVAC services, and have sent several folks their way already.  Very happy customer, exceptionally positive experience.

I installed HVAC through Allred this Jul 2022 via Lowe's. I spent 16000$ for the entire system. I am upset with going with Allred. First 1) the installation was not perfect, the job doesn't look like a professional. The parts were arranged irregular, the wiring was not done properly. Drilled holes in the wall in unwanted places to look ugly. 2) Sep first week my AC stopped working, the sent an electrical person said everything is fine it's must be a heating issue. Next day another person come they couldn't figure anything out. The day after another person came and finally found that transformer inside the furnace was burnt. They replaced for free due to warranty. 3) now in October again the Heater stopped working, I called the service center they said the service supervisor left for the day at 3 pm and the only appointment is tomorrow (10/20) I am waiting for them to find the problem.

Overall I am unhappy with the service and installation. I would recommend consider some other HVAC providers who do a better job. In my case I am going to ask them to pay my entire money back and put back my old unit. I don't want to get into trouble every month with the faulty device installed in my house

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

All I needed them to do was give me an itemized invoice after the work they did for me, so that my home warranty will refund me some of the bill. They literally refuse. They will not call me back, and every time I call them, the person I need to talk to is never there. They keep sending me the wrong invoice and then don't respond when I tell them it's for the wrong appointment. I am so done, and I will NEVER recommend this horrible company to anyone. Go somewhere else, because if anything goes wrong here with the work that's done, you'll never get any response.

Prior to the installation the representative that came to my house was great.  He explained everything to me.  Not only that but he did not try to sell me a more expensive unit then the one I needed for my small house.

At installation the guys showed up with masks and were polite and considerate.  They even made a needed adjustment to my heating system.  The supervisor came by to check the progress and suggest a change which I appreciated.  

It was an excellent experience.  Good service and good people. It is 90 degrees out right now and I am cool and comfortable!

PSE referred me to Resicon LLC for a smart thermostat project. I just newly moved to the place and honestly I wasn't exactly sure how the heating system works around here; that's when I was so glad that Jason from Resicon answered the call. I've been scouring for answers regarding the heating system around here since it's been bugging my mind. Jason came at my place, he was punctual and very friendly; we even chatted about my dilemma.. after explaining my whole situation he began to work. Not only did he swap out my thermostat to something more efficient (smart ecobee thermostat) he even showed and explained what my heating system was, where it was located, how maintenance and upkeep should be done, and a lot more info. I was super impressed with the attention to detail Jason. Thank you for your professional work, I highly recommend Jason and Resicon for your HVAC needs or smart thermostat project needs. We have had thr worst experience with Black Hills. Our new heat pump and furnace were installed the last day of March. Here we are coming up in the end of May and our very expensive unit is still not working properly. We have had SEVERAL technicians out to fix the issue and each time they have left with saying we still need to use emergency heat and default to our furnace. After having the service manager out the conclusion was to just replace the entire unit installed and that would be completed after he returned from being out of office. Lack of communication on Black Hills part is really making this experience miserable.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with Washington Energy Services. We called in early August to get a quote for 4 new windows. The sales rep came out to measure and told us that we didn't actually need new windows; just new glass and that would be much cheaper. Ok, great! We had budgeted for full new windows, but saving some cash is always nice. So I pressed go, paid a $1,000 deposit and scheduled the window service for February. Time passes, then in November, out of the blue, I get a $1,000 refund from WES back to my card without any explanation: no call, no email. This was Friday at like 4:55pm, so I called quickly before they closed only to be told that they don't do glass replacement, only full windows. They were cancelling my service. This was all presented in a way that was clearly telling me to just buzz off and leave them alone like I was looking for a cheap fix and they weren't going to work with the likes of me. I was pretty flabbergasted! I still needed new windows so I asked to talk to someone who could give me a quote for what I had originally asked for, another sales guy followed up in December....it's now January and I've been totally ghosted, like NO communication.   6 months of wasted time with this company and back to square one: calling window companies for an estimate.   I've never encountered a business that was so unwilling to do business...and kind of treated me like I was a cheapskate along the way.

This septic company came to my house and told me I needed an entirely new septic tank well that's fine except for they charged me $85 to move 1/2 inch of dirt off of the septic tank plate! the guy who came to empty the septic told me there would be no charge for that but they still billed me anyways !and when I  called and complained they wouldn't take it off they gave me a huge rate for the septic tank replacement and no amount for a fix it ? when I called a different septic  company they came right out and gave me quotes for everything ! To fix and replace a 20 Thousand dollar difference !! once they found out I wasn't going to fix it with them they wouldn't return my call or even discuss the thousand dollar charge for coming Out to my home to empty my septic and look in the tank telling me I needed a new one they were here for 35 minutes and charge me an additional $650 on top of the $450 to pump the tank ! The sales person Bob is a real shyster in the company is completely unorganized they told me they would be at our house at 2 PM and showed up at 7:50 AM The office billing the sales people the actual workers don't communicate they just kept passing the buck and transferring me from person to person with no real answers I highly recommend you find a different septic tank company to use

We were initially very pleased with Black Lion when they installed our AC unit about 2 years ago.  They were prompt and installed our AC as scheduled.  Unfortunately their followup has not been as good.  

We noticed that our AC unit was not cooling the house properly.  We called a technician to come inspect the unit and he said that the unit was not theirs as they don't install that particular brand.  We produced the paperwork from installation and he backtracked and said they no longer install that brand.  He inspected the unit and told us that the coil had frozen likely because we had several vents closed throughout the house.  He inspected the unit, said the filter looked good, and advised to open the vents and wait and see if the unit works properly once the coil defrosted.   If it didn't work, he said we might need to have some replacements.  We did as he recommended but the problem persisted.  

We called to make a followup appointment but couldn't schedule it for several days because of heavy bookings.  Because it was forecast to be 90+ degree weather, we went with an alternative company who had availability the next day.  Their technician came by, ran a diagnostic, said the coil looked fine but showed us the filter which was completely clogged which she felt was the problem.  We changed the filter and the unit has been working well every since. Problem solved.

Unfortunately, the Black Lion tech either did not look at the filter and told us he did or looked at the filter and gave us misleading information.  We called to complain and request a refund of the diagnostic fee as he gave us incorrect information and we needed another company to come out.  We never received a call back or any further correspondence.  

Very disappointing experience with a company that seemed great at the start.  Unfortunately, their followup and service reliability needs work.

I'm currently having a very bad experience with Southwest plumbing. I made an appointment with them this morning and was given a window of 1-3pm for when they would arrive. At 2 pm I received a call saying they were on their way and should be here by 2:30. A little after 3 they still hadn't arrived, so I called and the dispatcher said they were 15 minutes away. They arrived nearly 30 minutes, later close to 3:45.

Also, the quote they provided was obscenely high.

I  have a split unit HVAC. Two techs were sent. Neither one new what they were doing.they connected the gauges to outside unit to ck my  Freon  level, hoses were NOT connected to the gauge&large Amts of Freon scapped air. Quoted me $361.a lb Freon I  needed after this test. Quoted me $1600To clean the filter of outside unit. CAUTION:these types of  units DONT get Freon ck in this manner. SECONDLY, there IS NOT a filter to be removed& clean!!Called Manager was told that the repres no longer worked for them!!
