Igor was prompt and knowledgeable, and he explained things well. We were told, in advance, when something would require a change in plans/ additional cost. Very responsive. Unfortunately I didn't even get a quote. They set up a window for visit. Of course I was in the back and didn't hear them knock. They didn't even call but claimed they did and understandably wanted to charge a $75 fee to come back out. However, if you call you should also leave a message especially if you're going to argue with me about it hence the negative review. Phone log shows no call or voicemail. They missed an opportunity for business.

So satisfied with the service.  He was in and out in less then 30 minutes.  He fixed the problem and at a respectable price.    I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.  And will definitely call back again with any future electrical issues.  Thanks.

Brian was professional and a mental contributor. He installed reassess lighting in our living room sealing and did an excellent job. He's very knowledgable when it comes to electrical work and will use him in future projects.  Highly recommended.

I am not easily impressed, but this company is outstanding! I requested bids to install an EV charger from 4 different companies, 1 of whom was a no-show. Brent from Washington Energy was by far the most thorough and professional and gave me complete confidence that they were the right company to hire. Daniel and Cornelius did the install and they were on time, polite, professional, efficient and finished earlier than estimated. They did a great job and the city inspector confirmed that they did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire this company again! The interactions I had with everyone in this company were above and beyond - I'm definitely impressed.

Don't even bother calling anyone else. These guys are fantastic. We had Mike come by and get some lights working in the laundry room. On time, super quick, and professional.

I supervised the build of my own house.  As such, I am not an expert and needed lots of guidance.  AAA Electric performed the entire wiring installation for my new house.  They provided input, improving my electrical plan that I presented to them.  AAA listened to me and made good suggestions.  They explained what they were doing so I would understand.  They were experts and knew code, knew solutions to problems, and knew how to get the job done, end to end.  When AAA said they would be onsite, they were.  When I made a request, they were prompt.  AAA was always here early, at the beginning of the day, unlike most contractors. They had great communication, not just with me, but with inspectors.  Inspections passed the first time.  David and his crew were always pleasant to deal with, they had great attitudes and were nice to be around. They were consumate professionals in every aspect and I highly recommend them to anybody needing electrical work done.

Dave was a complete professional.  We had a large project (move/upgrade service, complete rewire) and he worked with us to find creative solutions to minimize wall damage and to place conduits and wires in places that improved aesthetics and prepared us for future remodels.  He was honest and gave a fair price.

We had James as our technician and he went above and beyond.  If you need electrical work done ask for James you will be glad you did!!

I called this company twice.  The first time they didn't return my call after several days.  The second time I got the estimator on the line...think his name was Scott. And he gave me a high ball estimate without even looking at the job. Obvious he didn't want my business.

We had to fix a chandelier and interior canned lights, as well as install outdoor lighting, and all I can say is that these guys are amazing to work with. They are kind, professional, and great at what they do. I would 100% hands-down hire them any time I need any electrical work done.

Yesterday afternoon my wife contacted me that our GCFI outlets were not working and couldn't be reset. We checked the breakers and then the reset buttons a second and even a third time with negative results. I began calling 24/7 emergency electrical services and left messages with three. The only one to call back was Night and Day. They contacted Brian, who contacted me and said he was on Whidbey Island, this was around 4:30, but could be at our place by 7pm. I didn't think it could be done but Brian did it! Once he was there he listened to what happened in the afternoon and got to work right away. He was finished in about 30 minutes and we now have beautiful, working GCFI outlets! Polite, friendly and efficient. Thanks Brian!

Our furnace went our in the middle of the snow storm and it was 30 degree's outside. Dwayne showed up within a few hours, identified the problem and had our furnace up and running within an hour. We were expecting to be totally gauged on the bill. But it was reasonable. Dwayne was professional and courteous! Will definitely call them again!

We received a fair estimate for getting in two new circuits. Tony was on time and did the work cleanly and quickly. We are happy with the work and using them again for an induction range circuit.
