I love this service! I had Fixer come do a couple of projects while I was getting ready to move and the service was so good. You are able to schedule appointments on a dime, everyone is very professional, and the work was done really well. Will 100% use them again.

Before Simon even came on-site, he talked through my leak scenario and presented some first steps to take. After following his advice, I then made an appointment for Simon to come out. Simon was professional, and his experience is evident. He detected my leak and kept me informed along the way. I definitely recommend contacting Clearwater Leak Detection first. I did not, and I learned a lesson...but glad I finally connected with Simon.

Our house has been experiencing plumbing problems where water would be backed up from the toilet and the bathtub, so our bathtub is just filled with poop water and garbage. We call them and they came the same day/night.

Two men came and looked at everything, claiming something was wrong with our pipe and their equipment wouldn't help or work with our pipe. They said they would have a camera man come down and look at the pipe to see what was wrong the next day. They later charged us $420 because they took the toilet bowl out.

The camera man called us the next day telling us there was nothing they could do about it, so it wasn't worth coming to the house to look at it. We asked for a refund, and they said the two men who charged us wasn't picking up their phones. They then later called us back, saying how we couldn't get a refund because they took the toilet bowl out.

Charged us for nothing, and they basically did nothing. Would never recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience. Cost $550 to replace a cartridge- 1 hour of work. Was originally going to do more expansive work that would cost $1200 and then we asked if there was another solution simply for a leaky shower faucet.- that is when the cartridge was replaced. Completed the work, apprentice on the way out stated It must be nice to be rich- something along those lines and left. A few weeks later it starts leaking again (this was in the fall). Husband did the same work, bought another cartridge that cost $50 and now its working well.

All we wanted was a quote for a shower valve. We called and talked with Bill who said someone would be out between 4:00-4:30. 7:00 rolls around and the guy finally shows up. Bills us SEVENTY-FIVE dollars for absolutely nothing. We were never informed that their simple quote would cost us so much. Don't go with this slimy business!!

From start to finish great communication and quality products. Jason came out and bid the job, which wasn't easy, and worked with me of on options. Emailed a bid over quickly and Ames got on the schedule. Installers where very friendly, kind and experienced. We were delayed with electrical but nothing perfect for such high demand. Family is so very happy to have heat and AC and I am thrilled to not have a crazy electric bill anymore!
