Their technician Kostas identified problem of my dish washer immediately and recommended right fix. He ordered the part and came back as scheduled to repair my dish washer. Kostas is professional and work diligently.

Andrew is a polite and hard working young man. He replaced our water heater neatly and quickly.

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

Norman did the replacement of my guest bathroom faucets and shower-head. I took couple of quotes but Norman's was the best (not the cheapest) in terms of explaining what he would do and what issues we might run into plus how he will go about handling them. On top of that he agreed to look into my other bathroom's leaking shower-head free of cost (who does that in current times). He ordered the parts at the best possible price for me and kept me apprised on their delivery schedule. He also worked around my schedule to get it installed.

Norman is a true professional, is very responsive on mails and will suggest the best possible options for the issue at hand. Norman is my go to Handyman for anything now!

Our heat was not working properly, so I found a Fuse HVAC as a referral on Nextdoor.com with good reviews from my fellow neighbors. I called to make an appt & spoke to Jane who was very helpful. I later found out that appts can be booked directly online via their website! We just had our appt this morning & our technician, Chirill showed up on time & was extremely professional & courteous. Due to COVID, he came with his mask & also wore shoe coverings over his shoes. He was able to diagnose the issue & we found out that our igniter needed to be replaced. We also had another issue regarding the airflow in one of the rooms, which he was able to evaluate and remedy.
Chirill was even nice & patient enough to show me how to properly replace our air filter, if needed.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service. Chirill was professional, friendly & efficient. Everything got resolved so quickly. Prices also affordable. I highly recommend Fuse HVAC & would definitely use them again if needed

We were without hot water until we could get some drywall up in our external water heater closet.  I contacted Ye Old Handyman for a quote and I got a response minutes later from Nick.  Compared to the several others I reached out to, his cost was more reasonable, and I also appreciate his expertise.  He was able to schedule us even with his busy schedule, knowing we were without hot water and have a newborn!

Nick arrived on time.  Again, since we have a newborn, I had to be precise about how to contact us upon his arrival because didn't want to wake the baby!  He was extra considerate on that point.  After looking at what we needed, he even recognized what the restoration people missed (more mold in the wall) and removed it.  He also straightened and cleaned up the work the restoration people did (they did a poor job).  I was able to go about my business while he went working away, and did do the job quickly and efficiently.  

Overall Nick was knowledgable, trustworthy, explained the process the entire way, and did an amazing job!  I recommend him for any handyman needs!  He also is a Cal State Fire volunteer, and since the drywall was meant for fire safety, I was happy to have him working on it for my family's safety.

We had a small leak in the shower stall of one of our bathrooms due to old silicone sealant grout needing to be stripped and replaced. I looked at the problem and decided that it was a bit above my skill level to do a good job of thoroughly stripping away the old grout in order replace it with new grout. Got in touch with Dave with some pictures of the stall and he quickly got back to me with an estimate. He and his worker were at the house the next morning and did a great job in replacing the old grout with nice, new grout, and also pointed out some unnoticed issues with the previous water leakage.
   Dave did a great job for me with quality work.

These 5-stars review are entirely and completely well-deserved. Rob came to our house for an initial estimate and scheduling. The next week Alejandro and Abraham came out for 3 full days to do a slew of electrical work - including replacing every single outlet and switch cover we had, adding dimmers, rewiring, and installing new light fixtures throughout our new house. They were on time to the second, each day, so pleasant to have in our home (even as we worked from home all 3 days), and their attention to detail is absolutely superb. My husband and I are tough critics and thought the work was done absolutely perfectly and methodically, and we'd recommend them to any and everyone looking for electric work.

I hired Ryan to repair a bad outlet under the sink that services the dishwasher and garbage disposal.  He replaced the outlet and then it had a new issue of being stuck on.  He claimed that it was like that because my wiring was damaged and would most likely require a huge project that involves going in my walls and re running wire and that it was outside of his area to do that kind of job.  I ended up calling an electrician to come take a look and it was a 10 minute fix with the issue being that Randy had wired it incorrectly.  A $200 expense turned into $365 thanks to paying Ryan to not fix the issue.

Pacific Coast is a fantastic company, with thorough & professional service. When it came time to replace our furnace, we decided to get AC installed at the same time - Pacific Coast did a stellar job of the project in a very short amount of time. They were respectful, patient, & straightforward with us about the process.  We were very happy with the system they installed and how quickly they got the work done!

Additionally, they used masks for our health, used foot covers & drop cloths to keep our home tidy, and thoroughly cleaned up everything when it was done. Great work!

So many thank yous to Raymond, who helped us understand what to expect and worked with us to put together a system that worked with our budget and needs.

These guys are incredible!! The have great communication and response time. We were able to get an appointment right away. They could have easily charged us for way more than what they did. They made sure to go through ever little thing before resorting to a worse case wiring issue. They were able to pinpoint an issue caused by the solar equipment. They also explained a potentially dangerous issue stemming from the solar breakers and a few options of how to resolve that issue. They explained to me how to avoid tripping the breaker  in the future. I cannot give these guys high enough praise!!

Yevgeny went out of his way to look at my issue even when I couldn't hire him. He quickly troubleshooted what looked like a big problem within a minute; I'm so grateful for his unexpected act of kindness. He was busy with a personal matter and still made time to help. He gave advice about other issues and totally knows what he's talking about. Do not hesitate to hire him for all your contractor needs!

Most irresponsible and unethical company I've ever worked with. Decieded to install ac unit with them after receiving quote and in house consultation. During the consultation, we specifically asked questions on proper location for the condenser so it is within regulation. But after installation, we were told the condenser is NOT at the correct location, the distance from the wall is not in cordinance within the city's regulation). When we contacted Pacific Coast, the rep said since we didn't have them apply the city permit, he didn't bother to pay attention on that part. The company refused to respond to our emails or correct this mistake. Never resolved the issue. Plus, we asked for a powerful yet low noise unit, the one they installed is not only loud but not efficient for our house.

Had both Jose and Stephan repair wood floor and Sach window. The were both professional, on time and finished on time. Loved the end product. Will use again for bathroom remodel.

Richard Castillo and Robert Gonzalez demonstrated their extensive experience, diligence and innovativeness in this installation. It involved ladders, drilling through several kinds of wall surfaces, curving and covering the outdoor connections, electricity management and more. And they worked in hot weather without complaint. Plus they are good communicators. As I worked in my study and periodically went out to observe and ask questions I was very impressed with their work -- and Bellows Plumbing Heating and Air's initial work done to estimate the job.
