1. Ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator stopped working. After having posting several inquiries on Yelp, Fuse HVAC contacted within 15 minutes as advertised, went over details and booked a service appointment. Excellent.
2. At service, Chirill professionally diagnosed the problem and ordered replacement part. Part came in + got installed 5 days later. Ice maker works as good as it used to. Throughout the 2 service meetings, Chirill was professional, on time and Covid-19 safe practice at all time.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I had a plumbing and an electrical malfunction today. Norm called me within an hour.  He requested to see certain photos over text message first before a house call. I'm so glad he gave detailed instructions on what pictures to take. I was able to troubleshoot without him coming on-site. Honest and patient man. Would definitely try him again next time.

News flash for EV owners, especially those who bought that T**** brand vehicle that brings $$$ signs into the service providers all over, you should always look for quotes from electricians all around.

I sought many quotes for installing a dedicated EV charger. I already managed to get level 2 charging using an old laundry NEMA 10-30 with an extension cable. I am a mostly DIYer, but suffice to say, I am not a professional electrician and didn't want to risk overloading my electrical circuit. I sought several quotes, including one from the Tesla-approved installer in my location (Bay Area Peninsula area). The quotes were $3700 from the Tesla-approved company (which I immediately dismissed as ridiculous), $1250 just to move my laundry NEMA 10-30 socket 15 ft (from a so-called EV charger specialist), and several other more than $1000 quotes for similar stuff.

Fuse quoted me less than $1000 for a proper install of either a NEMA14-50 or a Tesla wall charger (which I can either buy myself or they will get it for me at the same price of $500+taxes).  The electrician came on time and advised me throughout the whole process and the options. Initially, he said that he might need to make holes in the wall and that they will not fix the drywall but can give me contacts to fix the dry wall afterward (or I can do it myself). I requested that he try to do the installation with the existing panel without making new holes in the wall if possible. He took his time to test all the systems and figured out a way to do so. He was always friendly and answered all my questions, even giving me advice on how to do some stuff in future myself! Also, I should add that the Tesla wall charger is sold out on Tesla's website but Fuse have stock in hand.

TL;DR My experience with Fuse was great and I am considering using them for my other HVAC and electrical needs. Whether you choose to use Fuse or not, you should always seek multiple quotes for EV charger installs. There is nothing special about a Tesla or any other EV wall charger that requires you to pay close to 10% of your Tesla purchase price for a Tesla-approved electrician.

Very happy with Ryans service. He wad able to correct a problem with a recently installed bathroom fan.  He also repaired some drawer slides that were not working. Ryan caulked and filed nail holes in the baseboard in our newly refinished bathroom!

Max came out to our house on short notice, was very nice and thoroughly went through our a/c system to find out what was wrong. He did not rush the diagnostic,  presented a few options to fix our issues and told us he'd be providing different estimates depending on our budget and what route we want to take. We appreciated him taking his time to do a thorough check and giving honest answers to our questions. The fee for the check was also reasonable. Thank you Max.

There is a reason the General SF has 252 five star reviews. It was all around  a really great experience. We had some water damage from the storm in October that needed to get fixed, I was concerned there was mold growing and that it wouldn't be safe for my Family. Yevgeny came by that day to take a look at it, he explained what was going on and reassured me that our house was safe for our family. He spent about an hour looking at the issue and a few other things. He was so thorough and honest we decided to have him fix our issue.

Which was an excellent decision, he is a perfectionist and does incredible work. Not only that but he wants you to be happy and works with you to make sure that whatever he is doing meets your expectations. Not only that but he is kind, patient, and will take the time to answer your questions... no matter how many you have.

We will 100% hire him to do any work that is needed in the future.

$45 to come out and give a quote? It's a simple job, swapping an existing doorbell with another one. How can you not give a quote over the phone for a job this simple.

They came over to the property that I own for a very difficult project that involved wood cutting and measuring and being precise. They did all of this!! Thank you!!

I had a great experience with these guys. I called on Labor Day weekend and they got back to me in less than two hours. The guy who came out was friendly, explained what was wrong and how he would fix it, how much it would cost, etc. He fixed it and it was done.
We had gotten another quote from rotorooters, who misdiagnosed the problem, said they couldn't fix it until Labor Day weekend was over, and were charging more.
