Best Gas Furnace Repair in San Jose CA
Fuse was awesome. My fridge broke and wasn't cooling properly. They were able to set up an appointment for me within hours and get the problem fixed. Our food was saved thanks to Max and his team. I would recommend them again for any of my repairs. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died. I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge. The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here. I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services. This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

Suddenly my Tesla charging rate dropped from 32 to 8 amps. Called Dan and with his help we solved the problem within 30 minutes. The issue was that the high voltage adapter was not well seated in the main adapter body. I must have accidentally dislodged it.
After a few questions Dan without having to come out and looking at it quickly diagnosed the problem. Friendly and professional as usual.

I'm leaving a five star for their honesty. I'm still in the online quote with them I've described the problem and they have given me an honest opinion on the prognosis of my machine. They didn't push for an unnecessary assessment that would cost me money for no solution. Very rare nowadays. Thanks!

Richard came to my house to help me see how to best charge my new electrical vehicle. He gave me very practical advice that potentially saves me hundreds and thousands of dollars. Instead of suggesting doing a rewiring of things, he recommended an extension cable could do the trick. That's a huge time and money saver. Highly recommend Richard.

We were pretty unsatisfied with this install. We booked a new HVAC through Costco but were pretty disappointed in the execution. It's been two months since the day they started, and we are still having them come fix things before we can get the inspection. We were without heat for days during a heat wave, because they didn't have parts they needed. (Why didn't they know what they needed before they started?) Then they needed more parts and we had to wait another month. They cut the wiring to our drip irrigation/landscaping and put it back together wrong, which we didn't figure out until half of our garden died from not getting watered. They put the metal pieces on our artificial turf while they were installing which burned parts of the grass which now looks awful. They've taken no responsibility for any of these errors, and claimed they couldn't have been responsible for the burned grass even though it wasn't there the day before the install and then it was. They put the thermostat in a new and very odd place without calling me at work to discuss it first (in between a picture frame and a door jam in a very visible area) and said they'd move it but of course it would damage the wall.. Ugh. Just overall very not slick, not responsive, not responsible for their screw-ups, and not competent.
I'm not sure why Costco uses them. :(

I needed an electrical plug swapped out for a new dryer that was delivered this morning. Ivan responded to the Yelp request within 5 minutes and was able to come out and complete the work within a couple hours. He was extremely polite and his pricing was very fair. Would highly recommend Ivan.

I have been paying this company $11.95
per month each for two houses for a yearly check up plan for the past ten years.I even had a whole new system put in one house and have been very satisfied so far.My unit stopped working a few days ago so I called them out to inspect it.Turned out I needed a capacitor and a fan motor according to the tech cost of $1200.00 dollars $800.00 for the motor and $300.00 for the capacitor balance was labor I think. He even recommended a whole new condenser at the cost of $3500.00 to $5000'00 then things went south. The tech was like a high pressure car salesperson he even used a few fowl cuss words. My brother in law came by and I mentioned what happened and he said lets just check something.Turned out to be a $40.00 dollar part which we got at Leo's Appliance Part's in Concord. It was the capacitor and not $300.00 dollars! If these people would have been honest all would have been good and I wouldn't be writhing this review. So beware and do some homework it could save you a lot of money.Hopefully you have someone in your family like my brother in law what a mechanic.

I had Service Champions come out regarding the purchase of a new HVAC system. After Tim wrote out the proposal, $9000 and $13,000 with a lot of mumbo jumbo. I noticed that the system brand name was not on the proposal. What????? Then he went on to tell me that I had asbestos in my old system that had to be removed. He called someone on his cell phone in speaker mode asking if they bundled several homes needing asbestos abatement. So, the cost went from $1000 to $450. Gee, thanks. A phone call to Rossmoor directors told me that if the asbestos is less than 100 sq. ft, any contractor can remove it. Indeed, the company I hired gave me a new, up to date, energy efficient system at half the cost that Service Champions were charging me, and the asbestos was removed by my HVAC contractor. Please don't fall for these guys upselling you!

UPDATE:
To respond to the comment that I am not actually a past customer, I'm sharing photos of texts with Joseph Rogers at Pacific Coast, as well as auto texts they sent me when they were coming out. I was indeed a past customer. If you don't like my review, don't discredit me by suggesting I'm lying. Just own the errors.
Beware the promises of the sales guy. Don't be like me - do your due diligence. If you want efficiency rebates via BayREN for improvements, make sure to check the BayREN site first and use one of their partners for your project. The Pacific Coast sales guy promised me that they help you get all the rebates, but that's not true and he's not capable of doing that. when I asked him about it, after showing him that the site says the contractor needs to be the one to submit the paperwork, he said he'd talk to his manager and then ghosted me. #notsurprised.
The actual work was adequate. I had to have them come back to finish the electrical. The first guy they sent simply looked at the electrical and left, as if he was never told what he was supposed to be doing (even though the original installers took pictures to share with him). And then no one showed for the 2nd appt. Finally, on the 3rd scheduled time, the work got done.

The following week after this repair, there was an issue. Emailed Bellows in the middle of the night and they had 3 appointments held for me to fix things asap. (needed to set one with tenants) They came in, tore everything apart, found the issue and fixed it, no charge! Awesome. Still have a few follow up things regarding dealing with related issues caused by main issue, but so far awesome. I was out of town the whole time, so it was a relief to have it done. I'm home soon and I'll double check things, connect with a manager and then hopefully finalize things... so stay tuned...
