Best Cleaning System Installation in Phoenix AZ
American Home Water and Air replaced my water heater. I requested a quote and they responded quickly. They showed up on time, and informed me that they were on their way. No hidden charges or surprises. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. They removed the old unit and had the new one up and running within an hour. The work was done quickly and neatly. I would recommend them and use them again. Thanks for the great work and customer service!

After reading this, also look at the PS that resulted from the owner's attention. I was out of town and received a call that a heater in a rent house was not working. Called Hays--first time I used them. They told me that a service call was $70 plus repairs and that the technician would call to authorize repairs. When the call did not come I called the tenant. The technician had come and gone--discovered it was only the gas valve in the off position--turned it on, furnace was working, and left. Got a call from Hays asking for $160. According to the technician, the extra $90 was for the safety check. I mailed a check so they have no cause for complaint.
This does not square with all the previous glowing reviews.
Does this deserve one star? Yes--they should have been more up front about the charges.
PS. The owner called and admitted a mistake in the charges. It has to do with what the technician writes down and this technician was new to the company. A refund is being processed. Will raise the rating another notch when received. I will try them again and then Hays may deserve a 5 star rating.

Few days back our outdoor unit started making some strange noises and after looking at the Yelp reviews I called this company. John came by and explained me what needed to be done and gave me a quote. From talking to John I felt that his assessment was honest. His price was also good. Today he came by and did the needed job. Again, it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Pro Skill- Scott- came to home and did a lengthy review of our HVAC system and needs. He came up with a plan and explained it, and then followed up with a quote for the work that was more detailed than any other bid I received. I was given options as to SEER and quality ratings i wanted in selection of the units. We decided to replace 2 electric cooling units and 2 gas furnace heating units.
The crew came to the house on time, were pleasant, task oriented and answered all our questions with patience. They cleaned up the work site well. 2 weeks after the job, the quality control person -Keith- came out and spent almost 2 hours going over all the work that was done, adjusted one blower speed, and again, answered all our questions. For a final wrap-up, Scott came out again, delivered paperwork that had been requested and the completed rebate forms for the energy savings allowed. Im happy with the work, the price was competitive, and their concern about doing it right was evident.

This place is unbelievable and not in a good way... North Valley Mechanical was trouble from the very start. If your home warranty company tries to send these folks out, do yourself a favor and insist on another provider. After calling our request into the home warranty company, we were told we'd hear from North Valley within one day. I'm sure you can deduct from the one star rating, that didn't happen... I ended up having to call them Monday morning and thankfully they were able to get a tech out around noon. To this point, we went Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday with no AC. I then made the mistake of checking them out online after this and learned about the experiences of others with home warranties that were subjected to their service and the fact they had Saturday hours and never bothered to call me; so from that point on I knew I wouldn't be doing any additional business with them. It doesn't stop there folks - the tech then refused to perform the repair unless we agreed to have him clean the coils. I don't doubt that the coils were probably dirty, but their pricing was on the high side and I'm already annoyed with them, so this wouldn't be happening. I then called the HVAC company my family has used for about ten years and asked them to come out and clean the coils and they did (for about 2/3 the price including the trip charge compared to what North Valley wanted to charge us and North Valley was already in my driveway). This caused us to lose our Wednesday appointment because our HVAC guy couldn't get out there until Wednesday to clean the coils, pushing North Valley back to Thursday for the repair (now almost a week without AC). I told the rep handling the scheduling at North Valley that no one would be home on Thursday morning and was told that since the unit is on the roof, it was fine and that no one needed to be home. Nonetheless, I received a phone call about 8 AM from the tech asking me if I was home and how to get on the roof... Are you kidding me? I'm no HVAC guru, but common sense would probably dictate with a ladder? About 40 minutes later I get a call from the same brilliant tech trying to tell me that the coils were not cleaned. I had a feeling that would probably happen based on the huge production they have made about it up until this point, so I left the invoice from my contractor under the front doormat. The tech proceeds to argue with me, telling me that an invoice from a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor doesn't mean that the service was actually performed. Excuse me? Let's just say that after talking to his boss (who appears to be the owner's wife and acted like she was doing me some huge favor) and pressing the issue, the home warranty repair was made. I'm thankful for my working AC, but what a fiasco! Why put up with their condescending attitudes, holding home warranty repairs hostage unless you do additional business with them, poor internal communication, and poor follow through? They deserve a negative star rating, but since that isn't possible, I'll give them one star. Clearly, I'd have to say you can do better than North Valley Mechanical for your HVAC needs.

I had to have my air conditioning units serviced before moving. Four seasons home services provided great customer service both over the phone and in person. I felt taken care of from the moment I received a call back to schedule my appointment. The two technicians; Carlos & Romario were vey patient in finding my residence (Not an easy address to find), they remained curteous and respectful in walking through the house with their equipment and communicated with me as they were completing the job. They both completed an honest job and worked diligently to complete the service and cleaning of my AC units. I would recommend these technicians and the company to anyone who needs to have a service completed efficiently and timely!

With the crazy electrical storms the past few days my AC unit exploded, yes really. I wasn't sure what to do so from a recommendation from my sister I filled out the web form for Accurate Air on their website ( it was late when the explosion happened ). Their office staff called me promptly when they opened in the morning and were very nice and sent George out right away. George came and surveyed the damage and gave me a few options on repairing or replacing the exploded compressor. I opted for a new AC unit. They got one from the warehouse and had it installed the new morning in the morning all in about 24 hours. I had really good luck with them.

We used to be customers. The last two times they failed to show up in the 2-3 hour time window they had committed to. After I call them....The first time the dispatch told me that other unscheduled customers took priority over my scheduled repair job. The second time they just could not make it during the morning window. I picked morning so we would not get bumped.
They did not even have the courtesy to call and say they would be late. If they can't respect my time (yes I took off of work to be home for their service call), they I cannot respect them as an organization.
We did use them before, but no more. Many other highly rated AC companies, and I already was serviced, professionally and on time by one, certainly not Day and Night.

This isn't about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day , which is always annoying since I'm busy . I assumed it was a solicitation. Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.
The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.
Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.
We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

One of my many sister in laws is super warm and fuzzy like myself, they actually are, but this one needed a new hot water heater and thanks to advertising she found Goettl. The commercials say everything you want to hear. You are so happy after listing and it is so refreshing to hear how much they care. I personally love the commercials and I feel a business should be ran like they state. It was more like the beginning of a Henry Rollin's Band (Liar) song flashback.
Goettl came out to look an ac unit for them one that was blowing warm air. They ended up replacing motors on both ac units. No issues there. Fee months down the road their hot water heater stopped working. Goettl talked them into spending over 6k and upgrading to a tankless hot water heater with a 15 year warranty. They also recommend the tankless water heaters have annual maintenance like the ac unit. For 299.00 they come out annually to rejuvenate the ac and the water heater. So she signed up.
Just in time for her first annual visit the water heater started acting up. The Goettl service man let her know that the system should have never been installed and used with hard water. If she didn't install a softwater system her tankless water heater would fail her again. Only their soft water system would work for this issue so they sold her a $6k soft water system. The original water heater installer never mentioned anything about needing soft water.
The soft water system was incorrectly installed so they had another service man come out and reinstall it properly. So in 12 months her family spent over $12,500. She really didn't feel in the long run the cost for the water heater, soft water system, and annual was beneficial at all.
A few months later they ended up with a leak in their ceiling unrelated to any plumbing done from Goettl. She called Goettl to come out to give her a quote. They told her what part she would need. She went and picked up what they would need at her local home improvement store for under $20.00 to help save money. Then Goettl called and emailed her an invoice estimate for just under $2k to replace a small 5 inch pipe section. As any plumbing company this did not include the drywall repair. They are plumbers.
She called my husband in dispare. He called a commercial plumbing contractor company well known and asked if they had anyone that would do residential. They sent a random guy out to her home and he fixed it for $100. This was not done as a favor. This was just their fee for the trip charge and small repair. My husband assisted her husband with the drywall.

This morning at 6am, I noticed that our water heater was leaking. Nice, brown, ugly, water leak marks flowing down our nicely white painted wall in the garage. Jokingly, I knew it was going to be a great Sunday morning! One of my biggest fears as a homeowner is entering my garage just to see that the water heater has leaked water everywhere. Thankfully, my darkest fear was not realized, but I had reason to be alarmed. Not only did I need someone to fix this problem quickly, but I knew I was going to be out of a lot of money, which most definitely added to my stress. I called around to see who in the valley would quickly respond and help drain the water heater, which was not draining at all, and help me avoid further water damage. I spoke with a number of companies, but by far George Brazil Plumbing was the best. They immediately answered when I called and started to help. I was placed first in line and received a call when they opened at 8am that a Certified Technician was being dispatched immediately. I could feel a sense of calm - help was on the way. I was able to track the Tech on my iPhone as he made his way from the west valley to our home in Scottsdale. This is a great feature, by the way. Mr. Thomas Keane was assigned our call. This is where things went from great to excellent. I'm not sure in my entire life I've ever met a more professional and customer focused service leader than Tom. He immediately brought calm to the situation. He took time to really listen to my concerns. He then began bringing solutions to the problem and told me everything would be ok. He was great about answering my questions. He never once made me feel like there was a bad question. He was patient and understanding and even taught me things about how best to maintain my new water heater. My experience with Tom was wonderful and he is truly an asset to the company. He's also extremely humble. I told him how much I appreciated his great help and committed that I would write a positive review, as I often like to do. He is extremely humble and commented that a review on the company is always appreciated, although, he never asks for reviews. Ironic, but I suspect Tom gets plenty of great reviews on his own without even needing to ask - just a sign of the great customer service leader he is. On behalf of my wife, I want to extend a sincere thanks to George Brazil for providing great service to the valley. And a special thanks to Mr. Tom Keane (Certified Technician) for taking such great care of our family today.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.

Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.
