Rod was very responsive and helpful during the quote process. Only company that consistently followed up during quote process.  Chris the on-site manager was also very responsive. The crew was very respectful of our property and pets. Great experience!

Tommy was excellent and gave me an estimate over the phone. They are the few electricians that answer the phone on the weekends. We had them move some light switches to another wall location. Steve his technician was on time and a true professional. Highly recommend T&K electric.

No call no show to scheduled appointment. Wasted an afternoon waiting despite confined appointment.

I was shopping to add more solar panels to my system; and indicating that on Yelp, several companies contacted me one way or another.  One company offered me a fantastic deal!

Josh of Truvo was one of the companies that contacted me, and he was eager to get a deal together.  He called me on the day of our appointment to say that adding more panels on my roof would not be economical for me for a number of reasons which he explained very well.

I know that Josh wanted to sign me up, but he could not move forward in good conscience.  Though Josh won't be installing panels for me (and nobody else will either), I admire his concern for my best interests.  This is exactly the kind of person/company you want to do business with.  I am confident that Josh will be straight with you as he was with me.  A very trustworthy person!

I needed lighting added to the backside of my house. Jason from Sun Valley electrical and solar arrived on time for the appointment, looked professional and reviewed my plans. The subsequent work was done as scheduled for the price quoted.  Jason looked professional and the install work looked like it was original with the build of the home.  I was very pleased and would recommend their services.

I just want to thank Sam and his co-worker for the great job of installing the bird guard around our new solar system. Sam showed me the material used and how it is attached to the solar system. He also showed me before and after pictures of a bird nest they had to remove before installing the bird guard. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend Solar Restore. Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

Overall my experience with Harmon Solar was... okay. I signed up with Harmon because they seemed to have a really good understanding of solar technology, government regulations, the solar market as a whole and came in at a really good price compared to competitors! All pluses! Ben was a really good sales associate and knew his stuff. There were some hiccups along the way but when they took action to get something done, they were usually fast at finishing the job. One of the problems was how much effort I had to put in to keep the process moving on my solar installation! For the first half of the project, there were times it felt like if I didn't call to follow-up, my project would stay stuck in limbo.

However, the most frustrating part of the process was the payment. Harmon Solar was using Sunrun panels but there was such poor communication between the two companies it was a task figuring out who and how to pay for the panels which only slowed down the process more!

In spite of all this, one reason I still call the experience "okay" is because of the project manager who took over my case half way through and was so helpful! Jessica was very responsive and consistently explained at what stage the project was and gave me updates on what was going on (even when it wasn't a status update Harmon Solar was proud of!) She was transparent and empathetic when there were delays or miscommunications from Harmon and was very personable. If she wasn't the project manager on this job, I might have called it quits and fought with Harmon to refund my down payment. She helped me see it through which salvaged some of the experience for me. Thanks Jessica!

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

Maggie A. is professional and efficient. I was pleased with her enthusiasm and confidence. Maggie A. was able to answer all of my questions and got straight to the point as well and for that I want to say thank you, because I admire speedy and efficient service! Unfortunately, my scheduled move did not allow me to qualify.

I talked to Shane on the phone and he got me set up with an appointment within 5 mins! Next thing you know they were at my house. This company has been helping save money and time, and i value both of those things!

I live up in central Arizona and met Corey at a home show a few years back.  They had no problem coming up here and installing the solar system for us.  We thought everything was good but a few months back I actually looked up at my ceiling and noticed a bolt sticking out, I called Corey and he said that they ALWAYS stand by their work.  He committed to me that he himself would drive up here and take a look and if it was their problem he would fix things.  It's been months and he has never called back.  It seems that his company will only stand by their work if it's done locally.  If you live anywhere outside of Phoenix don't use this company

Had a new ,A/C Lennox installed in2014 , Don very helpful in us making that decision, service techs for check ups are very nice , just had Kevin at our house yesterday for a check up and seemed to know what he was doing which is good because I'm not an a / c guy , now waiting for a quote to change my stove to gas , thanks guys

We found out that our inverter stopped working when we received a giant electricity bill. We then found out that the online monitoring system had stopped updating since May 2019. We immediately called Solar Topps for service and asked about why no alert was sent to us. The representative Victoria said "because they have thousands of customers now so they are not able to monitor actively." I thought the whole sales pitch was about customer service! Technician was supposed to come out today and my husband and I both took time off from work for this. After a day of waiting, NO SHOW and no one called us. Called the front desk and the lady said there was a delay and the tech would not be able to come today. I understand delay. But someone should have called us to reschedule. The front desk said she would do her best to have customer service (i.e. Victoria) to call us back but also emphasized that they close at 4pm. It is 3:51 now and the phone is not ringing. I will update everyone once I hear back from Solar Topps.

Update: No customer service called us back and the office stopped picking up phone at 3:58pm. A technician reached out to us at 4:01pm and claimed that our appointment is scheduled for a different date on his calendar. He offered us different time slots to pick from since we again needs to take time off from work. I hope he does show up tomorrow and anyone from Sollar Topps will call us back in the future to explain the company's inability to "actively" monitor the system.

American Solar & Tile installed their solar system in June, 2019 & had been the only company on our roof. March, 2020 heavy rains came & noticed a  leak. Reached out several times to American Solar to repair. 2 installers came, claimed it wasn't their fault & refused (still under warranty) to replace broken tiles. Called 2 other companies to get bids & both companies agreed the broken tiles were from solar install, as attached pictures will confirm. Additional fees were required to have tiles replaced.

Our Solar system has been down for over 4 Months. We have not produced any Solar Power since 7 July!
Freedom Forever added 4 panels in April to the system they installed in 2019. In July when we were out a Freedom Forever Tech came and switched the system off and derated our main breaker box. They also installed a new inverter and said the engineering details had been wrongly submitted and needed revision.
We have not produced any solar since despite numerous call, texts, emails and cries for help over the last 4 Months!
We received an email today saying someone will come out on 6 December.... By 6 December that will be FIVE MONTHS with NO SOLAR POWER being produced!!!!

Seems like review ratings have gone down over time.  Getting a total lack of communication.  Install is supposed to be today but still haven't heard anything, despite repeated requests.  Will update if they ever come by to install.

Ahh, 3 wks later and the install happened.  Finally decided to call main office and got a lot more results than going through sales rep.  Would have been nice if he told us this to begin with, rather than constantly putting us off.  Install crew was exceptional.  Efficient, clean and informative.  Got it done in 2 days, now have to wait for all the other inspections before we can turn it on, but at least it's a start.
