SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

After being stood up for two different in person quotes I reached out to Affinity Bio Solutions through messenger in Yelp. Not only did they answer me back but they kept their appointment with me and made an on site inspection. The situation was dire and time was of the essence.  I was very please with the quote and there were no hidden fees. I actually paid less than the quote because they were able to fit everything into one dumpster not two.  To put it mildly the place was a hoarders dream and landlords nightmare.  Glen and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!  The whole team was patient, understanding, and caring. A+++ service.

After mediation with our insurance carrier things went down hill quickly. USAA, our insurance carrier did find that ATI, either inadvertantly, carelessly or accidentally had duplicate line items in the quote that made up more than 10% of the overall cost, and they were removed. After thay they refused to answer any other questions regarding the inconsistency in their pricing, even though I was the customer and the one paying. We also could not get Jason to understand what had been missing from the quote to get it corrected. And eventually it reached a point that he said ATI would fullfil the insurance obligations by putting the bathroom back to the way it was but refused the upgrades we requested five months back. He left us with our back against the wall and turned it over to his legal department. My husband and I were never rude, hostile, or angry with this company but once we got our insurance company involved it was impossible to have a conversation where Jason did not become hostile. This forced us to start from ground zero and start getting quotes.

All in all, this company wants multi-million dollar jobs that the insurance company send their way, yet with that they have to take the small ones too, but they are not a priority. Which if how we fell through the cracks because they were bidding on 5M+ jobs while I was just trying to get an accurate quote on a 25k remodel, guess who won every time in the attention department. If it was me I would be writing a different review. Jose from ATI is amazing and I hope one day will he be in Jason's position.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

We had a 5x7 2 year old rug that was about $400 we had cleaned by a mobile cleaner. It just never looked the same (very short pile) and didn't get that clean. We decided to purchase another and after buying and returning two new ones we decided to try to get the original cleaned again because nothing looked as good as that first did. After taking it to F&F I kid you not, for $120 it looked as good as the day we bought it. Even the pile lay was restored! We're extremely happy and couldn't recommend them more.

Our fish tank overfilled on a Friday morning for a little over an hour. My husband called Kingship Water Removal & Restoration Services and they were at the door in less than 20 minutes ready to help. The flood was worse than they expected but they got to work and we had all the water out in a few hours, fans going in every room and were able to begin repairs. They checked on our walls and carpets everyday for 5 days, and made sure we were able to salvage everything we could. They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone requiring services. When my mother unexpectedly passed away in her home I was given AZ Bio Cleanup's information by a family friend. Joe came out right away and assessed what needed to be cleaned and even handled the home insurance for me as they seemed to be difficult to deal with he handled it all and given my state of grief I was more than thankful for his gentleness and professionalism. Once the initial job was done I was so happy with the results I hired them to come back to clean out the home as it was a hoarding situation. There was no way I could do it myself. Their team was fantastic to deal with and even with some set backs that neither myself or AZ Bio had control over, they got the job done to a level that I could handle while keeping me within the budget I could afford. Now the family home is completely fixed up,clean and once again livable. I have AZ Bio to thank for getting the most difficult part of this process done. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to stretch my bedroom carpet and remove a couple of wrinkles.  The company was exceptionally responsive and very easy to communicate with.  The professional front office staff was able to fully answer all of my questions and made certain that I had a complete picture of what I needed to do to resolve my problem.  They even coordinated with a moving company and arranged to have 2 movers available to handle the furniture that needed to be removed before the carpet stretching.  On the scheduled day  both the movers (Firehouse Moving Company) and Phoenix Carpet Repair's technician (Brandon) arrived exactly on time.  My furniture was carefully removed (including disassembly of my bed frame) and then Brandon began his work power stretching the carpet.  Brandon is exceptionally talented, professional in every respect,  and obviously has many years of experience in doing carpet repair.  After about an hour Brandon was finished, and my room was cleaned and vacuumed. The Firehouse movers put the furniture back in place and the room looked as it did an hour or so earlier (except the carpet wrinkles were gone). My wife and I are extremely pleased and impressed by the entire operation from beginning to end.  Should we ever have a carpet issue arise in the future, we will be call Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning.  Highly recommend!

I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Hopefully I never have to deal with mold in a house again. But if I do I know who to call.

What can I say about the nightmare I had to not only endure thanks to the massive flood in my apartment but the aftercare provided by Belfour.  

It took approximately 10 days for my wife and I to be able to move back into our apartment.  In the meantime I got the pleasure of being forced to stay in hotels all the while sick with both Covid and double pneumonia.  Upon being able to move back home, I came to find out that not only did the workmen scratch my dresser, bed, walls and doors but they left my front door open for a week and a half!  

All I received from them via the property manager was a we are sorry.  My firearms, safe, and all brand new TV's and furniture  could have been stolen.  The fact they weren't is a miracle.  Instead of doing they right thing and paying for my furniture to be fixed they seemed to deny anything happened when my insurance company contacted them.  

Oh and I don't think they actually even cleaned my carpet just dried it.

Be very wary when dealing with these people.

Worked with 911 Restoration as a business and Stephanie was professional and great at communication! We were able to provide electrical services same day and left with a happy customer. 10/10 recommend for any remodeling services!

Make sure to get an estimate in writing ahead of time. Silverton will overcharge when they get the chance. Very unreasonable fees.

I'm sure they do good work, IMHO ,just didn't feel confident in their estimate, felt uncomfortable with the pricing and the situation at hand.
I had a leak from a water valve for the Fridge( Home Depot installed)
Asked  a plumbing company that we trusted previously, come to check on the leak, on a Saturday. ..CS was recommended & showed up later than expected. They advised up to $4000.00 but you wanna go through your Home insurance.As with any costly repair, I needed a second opinion from the home owner & asked for a written quote.
'I was told the estimate would be emailed to me that day in order to send snail- mail to Owner of house. I never received the quote.
My husband & I did the research on the EPA website( done mold remediation before & we are quite familiar with it, coming from East Coast) and removed the drywall to expose a minimal amount of damage( less than 3 sq ft) in an afternoon.

Our plumber recommended them to me after he fixed our leak and I am glad he did! They came out right away which is amazing. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I have. They even help me talk to my insurance people (I mean I can do it myself but I am not going to lie, I am not an expert, I would eventually get to the answers BUT they just save me a lot of time by taking over the phone when necessary). Very professional!

I hope I will never get water damage again but if I do, I know who to call.
