Last year a hose blew off my neighbor's toilet and sprayed water all through her house the Saturday before Labor Day. We have patio homes that share a common wall so some of the water leaked into our garage and my closet and bedroom. The water damage was sooo much worse at my neighbor's. I called PureTec and Darren was at our location in the west valley in under an hour. Fortunately the damage on my side was minimal. He pulled back the carpet and got a fan going until his team could get there and pull up the padding, etc. They had us back to normal in a few days. It was watching Darren helping my neighbor that was truly amazing. He calmed her down and sat with her at our kitchen table and patiently talked her through the entire process that was about to happen, and he helped her collect what she needed to spend the night with family. He worked diligently with her homeowner's insurance to ensure that the extraction and drying was covered, and I can't even remember how many times he came by to check on us, and our neighbor while she was working with the packing company to remove her belongings to storage while the restoration work was being performed. If any of my friends even mention a water problem, I am ready with Darren's card. PureTec is a company that operates with integrity in an industry where many do not.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

Quick restore was great and handled all my needs. Mariah was very responsive and understanding. Chase was great at getting me what I needed and the project manager Jon did a fantastic job restoring my home to normal!

After a hailstorm, they moved in and sold hard;  promised a lot and provided little beyond the basics. Failed to install a piece of flashing where I now have a leak. Damaged back deck with many promises by the owner that he would reimburse us. Many promises was all we ever got. Dropped lots of trash in attic. Put in a membrane over ridge vent, so there is NO ventilation. Scammers, in my opinion. Just out for the quick buck.

Ecodry was called because my drywall was damaged due to a pipe leak and there was mold growing.  They cane the same day to assess the damage and open a work order and work with my insurance company. They started the demolition and treated the affected area and made sure it was dry. Special thanks to Michael who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to provide a stellar service.  Not only was he professional but because my water was shut off to avoid more leak while waiting on the plumber to repair the broken pipe, Michael was nice enough to apply a temporary fix so I could resume using water in my house. He came early morning to help so I could take a shower before heading out for the day. Even the plumber didn't help with that.  The plumber actually didn't show up until an entire week after assessing the damage. I REALLY appreciate Ecodry professionalism and will recommend especially because Michael's actions show that this company cares about its customers comfort and complete satisfaction.  He ensured the work was completed and that I wouldn't be inconvenienced while waiting for the plumber. Would never use this company, driver threw a cup full of soda at my window while getting on the freeway. I called them and they were suppose to have a manager call me back. they never did, they don't care about their employee's actions. I did call the police but nothing was done. Would never use a company that have employees who can't control there temper and take it out on others while driving with the company trailer.

Drystar was communicative, professional, very clean and unobtrusive during our restoration. We had the proverbial emergency - a burst pipe. Our plumber referred Drystar to us and they were wonderful with the repair process in every way. Chad especially has been the best.

I'm very satisfied with the work done. I sincerely hope my house doesn't suffer water damage again, but if it does you guys will be the first call I make. Tim, Mario & Robert did an amazing job. Always on time, always professional. Overall this was a pleasant outcome to a stressful situation.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had Craig power wash and seal my outdoor pavers.  The job turned out well and he gave me a 5 year warranty.  Since the completion of the job, there have been several areas that need to be redone.  Craig refuses to answer my calls or emails! It seems that the warranty is not even worth the paper it is written on!  If I could give a zero star review based on his customer service,  I would!  Don't use this company!!
