After dealing with my home owners not covering my claim, I was left with the headache of dealing with trusting the right company to come and fix my kitchen and mold clean up and water damage.  I contacted this company and they responded the next day. Came out gave me a great deal!!!  There customer service was great and they went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. They also provided me with other contacts that could help me with my insurance company.  There work was excellent and so CLEAN!!  I'm very satisfied with my choice on choosing them for the job.... So much relief. Thank you so much Az restoration.

Very professional, reasonable prices, showed up on time.  Had suggestions to improve the project.  Would definitely use again.

After a sewer drain leak in one of my bathrooms a plumber came out and fixed the leak. The plumber noticed a large amount mold was growing inside the wall. I called EHS and they sent a crew out the very next morning. They removed all the mold and completed all drywall repairs and painting. Work was completed above and beyond my expectations. Workers showed up wearing masks, were polite, courteous and explained what was going to be done. Crews left the work area clean. I would highly recommend EHS.

Left me hanging with no estimate or follow up for 2+weeks. I called a dozen times for an estimate to have items exposed to black mold spores tested and cleaned, no one would get back to me.

Tech said he would be out to give an estimate on Sunday or Monday. Gave him address and phone number. It's now Wednesday and he still hasn't shown.

Update. After putting a review, I was contacted and a tech came out to give estimate next day. He was great. Now please stop contacting me to update my review.

Although we didn't end up using this company for our recent ground water damage to our Prescott basement (decided to do it on our own), I thought the owner who responded and sat down with us was very direct and forthcoming about the project. He even hauled away our torn out carpet and pad for us for free. I think that's a class act. Highly recommend giving these guys a call for a bid for your next job.

We drove from L.A. to Arizona to clean out my mom's house prior to selling it. Upon arrival, we found a small amount of water by the furnace in the garage. Unfortunately, the leak had caused the flooring in the dining room to lift up. We were referred to Preferred Choice Restoration. The owner, Sarah, attended to the matter immediately, sending technicians to the house within two hours. Steve & Jim did a great job of removing part of the wall, removing the flooring and setting fans up to dry out the water damage. They mitigated all damage that needed attention. There was a hole cut in the dining room wall that we didn't want our cats getting in to, so Steve and Jim covered two large entry ways with plastic. They even installed a zipper for entry into the room when needed. Jason Goodnight did a great job directing everyone and communicating with insurance company. I would not hesitate to recommended them

We contacted Vlad with interest in doing o complete interior remodeling of our $
2750 sq ft home. He was quick to meet with us and to to submit a lack luster proposal. We received some CAD drawings which were inconclusive.

Vlad gave us a start date. We proceeded to provide him with decor features and material selections to be included. The response time continued to drag out. With Vlad's suggestion we signed a temporary lease agreement for 5 weeks so as to be out of his way. Last week, before executing lease agreement I received verbal agreement from Vlad that we should proceed.

Now, one week before start date, Vlad pulls out of the project! We are on the hook for lease, packing materials and laborers.  Not to mention at least 30 days of lost project time.

BEWARE AND FOR WARNED.

Global was the third contractor for our restoration job, and we are so thankful for their great work. they were the only to set a completion date in their contract as normal, and when our old house threw curves they didn't use it as an excuse, incredibly, Global just worked harder and met the challenges and still beat the target date by a day! My house is better off than before as far as solid soundness where the sun doesn't shine (we had a leak in a wall and behind cabinets) and a great finish with that 5 percent gap that water doesn't forgive all sealed up. Prevention does fit well in their name, and not a string of subcontractors. These people proved themselves accountable to me and to nature, and not afraid of their job. Global respected this was my home more than their job and  still proved they were competent, capable, willing and really kind and well intended for our family. While my expectations had been set very low by incredible predatory practices by the mitigation restoration gamers, and while we learned the hard way that better than the other guy in that realm is no way good enough, Global proved they are far far better than the other guy. I am sitting looking at the crisp millwork, thorough caulk, Jose's tile laying art and how Rudy could wrestle those countertops dead level and center, and realizing this is finished now so fast is amazing, I was so afraid this bogged down scary ugly digout job would nuke the holidays for us.  I am thinking all you all's moms should be very proud of you. I actually didnt think it was possible to get this done right, and pop back from setbacks, but you did it. Exceeding expectations is not good enough to describe how much we appreciate Global's work done (DONE!) within the value and timing you delivered in, Thank you. We would recommend you any chance we could get.

Great job Zachary. Spots I never thought would come out did. Took the time to protect my house even put up at plastic flap on the front door to keep the a/c in. Will definitely use them again.

We had water damage in our dining room and bedroom and discovered after testing that we had a mold situation. We called All Dry who quickly dispatched Rick to assess the situation and provide recommendations for remediation. Rick also was able to identify the root cause of the water damage which we quickly corrected. Alex, who did the remediation, did a great job and post remediation testing came back good. Another positive worth mentioning was this was not a big job (though it was a big deal to us) however All Dry gave us the same excellent customer service as you would expect a bigger client to receive.  Highly recommended.

We were referred to Twin Homes by Home Advisor. I typically like owner operated contractors and handymen. However, Manny was helpful in guiding us through the insurance process, of which we were totally ignorant. We did have some minor issues with the tile guy, but all in all were impressed with how things turned out and how it was handled.

Worst people I have ever dealt with. Need to continually get handyman to keep my bathroom shower stall functioning. Horrible ugly tile work. Shower head fell off when I first used it. Was Sick at the time and unable to fight them to do proper job or file complaint with the state. Only people that I have ever posted a negative review.

We were pleased with the work they did taking out the damaged walls and getting everything cleaned up.  That was in March.... I've had a hole in the middle of my house for over 2 months trying to get a quote for the remainder of the job.  They finally sent someone to do a take off of the materials needed and still no quote.  I've e-mailed, texted and called.  I got 2replies where I was asked the exact same question and still there is a hole in my house.  I'm disappointed with the turn the customer service took.
