Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I was living in NC and trying to sell a house in Arizona that needed some work. The inspectors had found some mold inside the walls. I contacted Jesse the owner of Star 48. He is very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. He alway responded fast to calls or texts. And even helped me find other contractors to do additional work.

Our roof,deck, and facia on our cabin in Pinetop, Az were severely damaged in a recent hail storm. We needed a new roof, front deck and facia. We hired Thomas Doran of Prostruct Builders! He handled every step from a new roof, new front deck and repair of badly dented facia. He was fabulous! He arranged and managed every aspect of the restoration! Everyone he hired, did great work. I didn't have to do a thing.
Kudos to one of his subs, Hogoboom Restoration who replaced and restained all the new wood. Alex, the company head, along with his assistant Christian did impeccable work.

They were recommended by our insurance company after an upstairs bathroom flooded and caused weak walls and mold. Every part of the team-Paul, Corbin, Alex, Nathan and Sandy-were exceptional. I was devastated to find out that my home, which was about to be sold, had developed black mold as the result of a few tiny leaks in a small water line running between my wallboard and cabinets. I was on a very tight schedule to resolve the problem in order to close in time. I had two other traditional 'rip and remove' mold removal and treatment companies come out and give me a quote. Both were extremely expensive and would require not only ripping out and removing the wallboard but my cabinets. One company rep actually excitedly told me that I should be happy because I would probably get new cabinets and my insurance company would pay for them. Not only that but they quoted me a price not much more than my insurance deductible so I was able to just pay for it myself and not incur possible higher premiums. I hired them right away and they fit me into their schedule very quickly thereby allowing me to keep on schedule for the closing. A crew came out, performed the processes in about a half a day and, when I returned, found that they had cleaned up after themselves leaving my home as clean as they had found it. The final step was testing by an independent lab to ensure levels were normal and mine were. I was absolutely thrilled with the results! I know I've given the new owners the healthiest alternative out there to the mold problem plus a guarantee not available through any other company. The owner is a professional and great to work with and the employees are very polite and efficiently and effectively performed the work. I was so happy with both the result and my experience with Pure Maintenance of Arizona, that I just recently hired them again to handle a possible mold issue at my new home. Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. One week prior to putting my house for sale, I had a leak behind the refrigerator which caused damage to my property as well as the condominium below me.   I reached out to a number of companies and they all had minimum charges exceeding thousands of dollars (exorbitant) and they all wanted to charge me just to come on site to provide me an estimate.   As I was paying for the repairs out of pocket, I did not have a significant budget and I wanted a fair and honest estimate.

Had a kitchen fire and Belfor came to do restoration. Everything was packed and transported to a warehouse. I was not told everything in my kitchen would be thrown away, otherwise I would have saved some of my more important things.
I did not get all my possessions back and got things NOT mine. I called to return not my things but never got mine. I am missing China I cannot replace. Things that were my grandmothers I cannot replace. A whole basket of Bernie babies I was saving for my great granddaughter.  Have called several times with no response. They don't care, it's not their possessions.  They are supposed to be the best ???  Hate to see the worst!
