Had a great experience start to finish with the Aneva Solar team, working primarily with Scott and Chris. Had a 73 panel system installed using top of the line components and LG panels with a 25 year warranty on everything. They took care of all the project management details, including walking me (a solar newbie) through all the details and answering my questions, getting all the permits secured, installation and commissioning the start up. There were a couple curve balls that came up during the process and they worked out solutions to address them, needing only a confirmation from me that the solution they came up with was acceptable. The system went active in September '21 and we now have a $200 credit balance on our APS bill that keeps growing every month.

Was great, got the job done in about an hour. I was having an issue with power to an a/c unit, & he quickly identified the problem, replaced some parts, got everything running again. It took a while, but once they did the repairs the system works great! My electric bill was $19.02 last month! You still have to pay a lease fee, but overall it's a good deal, especially over the long term.

From the consultation to the install of my solar panels, Coyote Solar kept me updated the entire time! I had some uneven cooling and heating issues and also needed attic insulation. I had an energy audit done and then got bids from several companies. The Green Team made a proposal that was the most sensible and also cost effective.,They seemed to be the most knowledgeable  and didn't try to sell me unnecessary and expensive items as other companies did. The team was friendly, efficient, on time and cleaned up thoroughly when the work was done.

I am so happy I went with Noonday. Everyone is trying to get you to go solar but Noonday offered me the best deal, service, and quality. I've saved so much money and now will own my energy in the future. They answered all my calls and were patient with me (not pushy). Also the install was super fast. Whoohoo! Harmon and people at this company are as good as it gets. Because of unforeseen circumstances, we were not able to complete the project and had to cancel. They were super at understanding and when we do get solar, we'll go straight to them. Tom Kopp was a pleasure to work with as were Daulton and December. Very responsive. Very professional.

Had them scheduled for 4pm. Cancelled on me 10 minutes before the actual appointment. Will do my solar with another company, that is more reliable.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

We've finally gone live as of 15 February. The system is generating, but well below predicted values: for every day that it meets expectation, there are four days when it comes nowhere close. Whether it gets better as we move through spring and into pre-monsoon remains to be seen.

Salesperson [Adam] was extremely knowledgeable and gave me two kw size options to consider. He listened closely and was able to calculate a reduction in future usage based on a recent variable speed pool pump install so my future requirements weren't overestimated.
Once I accepted the proposal, the contract documentation was all electronic and easy to navigate. No paper, no mailing - even automatic emailing of the final docs to both parties. Throughout the process, there was a live person to help who kept things on track [Amy].
As promised, a scheduler called me the very next day to set up a site visit. I didn't have to be at home as long as the roof, electric meter and breaker box could be accessed. The call was on a Friday and the site visit was the very next Monday.
I received a drawing of the solar panel array for approval. The rest of the process has been absolutely seamless and has required virtually no participation from me. Elevation is taking care of everything with APS. At each step of the away, I have received an email status update re: permitting and approval.
Yesterday I received a call that the install had been scheduled. I just put a new roof on my house, however, and the roofers told me that the coating has to cure for two full weeks! When I requested a change in install date, [Abbie] the customer service rep was so accommodating! No questions asked - she asked me what date I preferred, and said she'd set it up. So refreshing that her goal was to accommodate my schedule, not the company's! Great experience, and I can't wait to start saving on my utility bill!

This company has 0 customer service do not get them. Nobody calls you back.  Had an appt to get solar down and reinstalled no one showed up and after repeated calls and messages no return call.  Hopefully they go out of business.

I am a past leaser of Sunrun. I was told there would be no problems when it came time to sell my home. This was not the case with my account. The transfer of the sunrun held up our escrow. The transfer agent in charge of our account was Jeremy Busick. He was horrible. Never responded to my voice mails or e-mails.
