Divine Design was very helpful and responsive throughout. Getting a quote and making adjustments as I thought of things was easy and a great experience. The team that took care of my lawns made it looking nice again and was well worth the money for it

I called Valentin in need of a lawn care person to do some clean up around my house due to some overly concerned neighbors. Called and he answered his phone which does not happen all the time, told me would call back and he did. Visited my lawn called back with a price and would do the job the next day. Got home from work on the day he said he would do the job and it looks GREAT. He did everything you would expect and more. This crew is amazing and they work magic with your yard. Would recommend him to the world. GREAT job guys and thanks for the great job.

I did tell you and Ben that I did not like the finish of the concrete and you both blew me off about it. I also asked if the drainage is going to be done properly and as you can see it is not. I also reached out about the water issue and got no response on that. i know there were some changes, but most were an idea Ben had and said it would look better. I also had to have someone else plant the plants for a warranty. I made the change to put the wall on top of the pavers to help your guys not have to make so many cuts. I also wanted the Grass walkway in the front curved, but Ben said it was easier to do a straight one, so I agreed. There was a lot give and take on the job.

I hired Greenheart to renovate the roof of my pergola. Irene suggested lighting and landscaping to enhance the upgrade, which made my life easier; not all of us are good at lighting and landscaping. Irene is.
All timelines were met, the installers were professional, and whole process moved along as planned. There was one problem, but Irene had it fixed the day after she was made aware of it. But that's not the best part. The best part is that the whole project looks BEAUTIFUL! I will use Greenheart again, and I recommend that you do too!

My wife and I purchased a new build home in Buckeye, AZ. We loved our new home but there was only one thing it needed, a backyard as it came with just dirt. I did some researching on Yelp and Nextdoor and I came across Four Sons Landscaping, I enjoyed the fact that they are a local family business based in Buckeye as well. I used their website to request info on building our backyard, within a few minutes Kristin reached out to me and we jumped straight to business! She is very friendly and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and explained everything thoroughly. Once she had an idea on what we were looking for she put together a really awesome 3D render video of the design that really helps you envision what the finished project will look, she made the small adjustments to make it perfect! Kristin was an absolute pleasure to work with and she was always available whenever I had further questions or wanted to make any adjustments. She provided such a great experience I had no desire to even consider shopping around for Quotes! Kristin kept me updated with the timeframe on when they were expecting to start our project and once our date came, the magic begun! I met Johnny her husband who came out with the crew and he was a pleasure to talk to as well! He actually helped me realize they install outdoor electrical outlets as well and recommended that over the antiquated extension cord plan I had. Johnny went above and beyond to realize a proper solution for us that actually made sense and something I would of never thought about. Johnny and his guys are hard workers and you can really tell they care about doing a quality job and not just here to make a quick check. Between Kristin, Johnny, his son and their crew, our backyard dream became a reality and we absolutely love the finished project, exactly as we planned if not even better! They are definitely our go to landscape company for any future upgrades or new homes. We can proudly recommended them to any of our neighbors, friends, and family. Our project was quite a large one and they made it a stress free process! Our project included Pavers, Turf, Gravel, Pathway Lights, and outdoor electrical outlets and everything came together perfectly. Please see the photos of our yard before and after!

I reallllly wanted to leave a great review for these guys. I gave so many chances to make things right. Unfortunately they have gone dark on us after cashing the check and leaving our yard unfinished.
We hired them to lay weed preventing tarp/netting under our backyard rock and do a cleanup of grass, weeds, etc. Initial cleanup was fine. They finished and left after taking the check. I told them thank you and they were gone. This was where i messed up. I should have gone and verified that every single section was complete and to my satisfaction before i handed them the check. But I'm an optimist and I trusted that it was done right.
By husband comes home, sees the yard, tells me it's not even halfway done, and i get mad. Seriously? No communication was made that they would be back to finish or anything. I reached out via yelp to the company...apparently they ran out of tarp and had to come back (this first job took at least 6 hours with a few guys). WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW BEFORE THEY LEFT .
They come back a few days later and this time only one man is doing the work. Takes him over 8 hours to lay the tarp (my yard is not big...our entire lot is only 8,000 sf and my house is 2000 of that and we have a large patch of grass...the rock is minimal.) still doesn't finish and says he will have to come back.
I hear nothing for days.
I reach out AGAIN via yelp and have heard NOTHING back. Twice I've tried to get in touch and there has been zero response. Oh, but they cashed the check.
All i can do is warn others. Beware. The work they did was okay. Still looks terrible in spots, and weeds are popping through the parts of the netting that they cut half-assed. But I learned my lesson. I will not work with this company again after all the hassle and now my yard isn't even complete AND I'm out the money.

Miguel and his team did an outstanding job with our front yard. He was very responsive and completed the job in a timely manner. He has fair prices and great ideas! I trusted him with most of the designing and it looks great. Once we are ready for our backyard we will be using them again. Thank you!

Called for a consultation. The reply was rather vague in that no committment was made except they would call this morning and it would be between 8 and 11. I never received a call or visit.
Owner's reply confirms, an unprofessional company.

Jason and his team were great! Very friendly and great communication! They took on a smaller job when other companies wouldn't touch it and in a very timely manner. When job was finished they cleaned everything up like they were not even there. Highly recommend!

These are ametuer people that charge you alot of money to do a design with protractors and stencils that is substandard. This is far from what you would get from a professional company. A child could do a better job. Because they do this by freehand instead of a 3D image you do not know what you are actually going to get. My sales and design person was Kieith. A very nice guy when you first meet him, but as time goes on you see that it is all for the sale and he is a liar when it comes right down to it. From the beginning I was skeptical about the design that he drew.but he said exactly, You do not have to worry about the form in the drawing because we will spray out whatever form that you want the morning the work begins as long as it is not outside of the contract sq footage of 435 sq feet. This was a lie.I was not asking for anything that was complex, this was a pretty basic design that he could not do.
When they laid out the pavers for the turf I knew that it would end where it created a huge design flaw. The pathway would not flow off of the patio the way that it should have and you would have to step over the turf to get to the pathway. I asked them to stop and he sent a project manager who did not arrive for two hours. In the meantime they continued to work creating a design that was unacceptable. When the project manager (Charles/CJ) arrived, he was rude, condescending and told me over 25 x, he could not change anything because it was outside the contract. Anytime that I tried to tell him what I had talked about with Kieth, he would cut me off and tell me it's not in the contract. Nothing I was requesting went outside the 435 sq feet that I had paid for. Everything that they cut off the turf to put into their shape, I had paid for. There could have been some pennies in labor that were incurred but I would have happily paid for this. Charles/CJ also at this time told me that we were short pavers because I had told the crew to use the big ones which had to be cut, instead of alternating them one small, one large, one small. Well the crew did ask me if they were supposed to be alternated or if they were supposed to use the 6X9 for the border, and I thought that Kieth had told me that the border would be the large pavers, so that is what I said. I had no idea that they had to cut the large pavers therefore reducing their supply. Why would they ask me this, knowing fully that they would have to cut the large pavers down to the small paver size. when they have a entire set of small pavers availabe to you? Do they think that I just wanted to create more work for them, or simply have to buy more pavers? They are the professionals doing this, I am not. They asked a question and I answered what I thought was the answer, but apparently they have no one to defer these questions to other than the customer who may or may not know. Charles packed up his crew for the day this day and production was stopped. When they left I went out and drew lines with paint for exactly what I was wanting and this all stayed within the 435 sq ft that I had purchased. He had finally the day before relented and said that it was less than 5 sq feet and he would do it, however then he left and when he returned in the following morning he said, I saw your lines, would it be ok if we make just one ripple here instead of going all the way back up here, and we wlll round the pathway I said, fine What he did was ignore my lines, he put in the ripple, and that was the only thing he did. He sais that he would round the pathway, but he only rounded one side and one side is straight.. He cut off turf that I had paid for to look exactly like the design that Keith had done from the begining that I had never been happy with. because he did not want to go outside the contract. He did not care for a second about the design flaw this created, only that this may cost a few extra dollars in labor, which I had told them I would pay for. The changes that I requested to prevent a design flaw would have cost pennies to change, and this guy who has not a clue about design, wanted to argue with me about it being in the contract over and over and over and over. Even Kieth who I had really trusted in the begining, was nothing more than a disappointment and wanted to argue that I got what I asked for.
Lastly, they never finished the paver pathway, blaming me for the shortage of pavers, they left cement peices all over my yard, and my furniture was completedy filthy and broken from being thrown from one end of the yard to the other. I have reached out to the company to speak with management/owner, and there has been no response. There are way better companies than this and I do intend to ask Channel 3 to come and look at thier work as well as post this on the BBB.

Needed some help removing weeds, trimming trees, and cleaning up the yard (well, by help I mean doing it all). The weeds were very bad, and it was not a quickie job because I wanted them pulled by hand. Jose came out for a quote the next day (Friday) and they came out to do the work Monday.
The yard looks great, and I appreciate getting help quickly and, just as importantly, reliably. They arrived for both the quote and cleanup at the expected time, which is very helpful. I'm glad I found a new landscaper.

Full disclosure: I wound up doing the yard myself, but I wanted to commend Ivan's speediness and transparency when we were looking for options. He provided us with an a la carte quote after meeting us. We wound up DIYing it to save money, but his quote was more than competitive. Nice guy, and I've already recommended a few people to him!

Came highly recommended by a company who cleans pools and someone I trust.
Very positive experience through out whole re-do of our pool and decking.
Answered all questions right away.
Very accommodating with special circumstances with our situation.
Have already recommended them to neighbors and will continue to do so.
Couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Love the finished results.
Thanks to David, Jason and the whole crew!

If landscapers don't want to work with certain type of yards a simple rejection would be great instead of never replying back. Do better.

Just coming on here as a heads up to you all. Whatever you do. Do NOT hire Anthony Diaz (TreeTop landscaping) for any landscaping work. We hired him in December to complete our yard as we just bought our first home. We were so excited and he was eager to start. We paid for the materials ourselves and we paid him for the work through Venmo. He is super nice and replied to me quickly in the beginning. I have pavers and 5 tons of gravel sitting in my driveway since January. He started the job but has not finished and just keeps promising to come and never shows up. Uses every excuse in the book. at this point we have the HOA on our buts and are probably out $4,800. We just want our $$ back but he has stopped replying to us. He is just a scamming people at this point as we are not the first he does this too. I really wish I would have done more research as I found a couple other reviews. Take our experience as a lesson and save yourself some money, headache, and stress by not hiring him.
