This electrician was extremely responsive and friendly. Would recommend.  I ultimately didn't hire an electrician for my job, so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Allbritten has saved us on multiple occasions. We use their AC and heater maintenance service and with that you get a discount on other repairs and priority service calls, and that has been such a huge help! We've had our kitchen sink plumbing clog, which caused water to run out at our washing machine and they came out same day and fixed it super quickly. Two summers ago our AC motor died, and they also came out same day to help. Their prices are reasonable, their staff are well-trained and friendly. And they even use a great system that lets you know when your repair person is arriving and who is arriving with a photo, which is a great safety feature. Honestly, if an issue comes up in our house (which is 50+ years old) we don't even think of calling anyone else - they're the best!

Our repairman, Jose Prado, was very good. He diagnosed and repaired my mother's heater in a short time. I really appreciated his professional, personable manner. Thank you Jose!

Technician came well within the allotted time frame and was very professional and personable. We just moved to the area and were happy to find someone reliable. They did a great job fixing our dryer and had the parts in stock so we didn't have to wait. They fixed it quickly and when there was something else wrong that caused it to not work they came out and repaired that part free of charge for the inconvenience. We highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if we ever need another repair.

My water heater started leaking. I looked at it to see where it was leaking from and if I could fix it. It seemed a lil out of my league. I called Franco's plumbing and they were here in a couple of hours. Eric and Antonio were great. Did the job quick and we're reasonable. They let me know what else they work on. I'll be calling them in the future.

We're in a 25 year old house, just at the point where a lot of the original plumbing is starting to go a little weird.  After calling Fresno Plumbing out a few times for issues caused by our dishwasher (don't ask lol), we used them when a tub stopped up badly, and started leaking. They were able to take care of the problem quickly, and were very reasonable on the bill too!

Please, please, please do not use this company.  You will regret it. I would have rated 0 stars if able to.

I spoke with the owner, Dave, on a Friday night and was told he would come out Saturday morning.  Him and his son showed up and seemed like nice people. We walked to my back yard and looked at my AC unit.  His son Joshua H. (By the way, He just wrote a review for his own company) was testing my unit with his equipment.  I was told I was low on Freon and was going to need roughly 5 pounds. Was told that the freon was 200 a pound for r-22, which is no longer made in the US. I thought it was reasonable being that it was a Saturday and we were going into weeks of triple digits, I couldn't let my wife and 5 kids suffer.  So Dave(the owner) said that his son would drive down to Visalia to pick up the needed Freon. A few hours pass, and I get a call from Dave saying Joshua H. would be arriving shortly.  Mind you, I'm thinking he would be pulling up in a work truck, I saw that it was a Ford Focus. I should've seen that as a sign, there couldn't have been many tools on hand, let alone parts needed.  The son begins working and asks for some water, I gave him 2 bottles, being it was triple digits.  Time goes by, and he asks me for a water hose to clean the unit, which he did.  I get a knock at the door stating he's all done. He checks the temperature registering from the vent. It did drop a few degrees and was told that it would continue to drop. I ask for a receipt or invoice as I hand over the cash. The son then tells me, Don't tell my dad, but I gave you a little under a pound over. If my dad finds out, he'll kill me. This was a red flag being that if he can't be honest with his own dad, what makes you think he will to a stranger he just met.  I leave to go grocery shopping, thinking I'm coming home to a nice cold home. Wrong it was the opposite. Muggy and well over 80 degrees. That's when all the texting between myself and the owner. I asked why it was that. He then proceeds to tell me it's a txv valve.  How on earth would he know this being that 1. He wasn't here with his son while the labor was being done. 2. He was nowhere in sight of the unit to diagnose this was the issue. After going back and forth trying to get him to come out and look at the mess he made, he tells me there's nothing he can do until he gets the part Monday. So I wake up Sunday thinking the owner would try to make it right and come at least look at the unit, being it was going to be 111 for the day.  I was told that his son was busy working instead of making me a priority, being that I had handed over the cash already. So I called out another company. Thank God they were able to come on a Sunday. In the first 5 minutes, the technician pointed out that there was a refrigerant that had leaked from my unit. Note I had texted the owner also hours before the technician had pointed it out. Mind you that now I have a hazardous chemical R-22 LEAKED out around the unit where the freon was added and in fear that my animals are going to get into and die. I'm no way an expert on what the leaking chemical was but was confirmed by a professional.  The technician pointed out that there were no caps to where the freon was added.  Long story short, I had to pay for again for another company to come out and another 5 pounds of freon, which, this time, he added the caps. And guess what the txv was not the issue, it was the 5 pounds that leaked out from no caps. When I had called the owner and told him he began to call me a liar. After an hour of two, he agreed to give me my money back, just depending on the amount he discussed with his son. I just got a message from the owner stating he was not going to refund me anything because I'm lying.  I have many pics showing my house was in the 80s ever since IMD finished service. My ac is now well in the low 70s thanks to the other professional I had to have come out.  If things get made right, I will change or even remove my review. I just want what's right, I'm not trying to hurt anyone's business, but hey, the public needs to know. The owner also stated in a text message which I have posted that he doesn't give a rats about Yelp. We'll see

We called Lee's after a negative experience with another HVAC company. Lee's technician was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He did a full inspection and chose not to charge us for an additional check because it was so simple on our unit. They were able to get us scheduled for the next day (an added plus when your AC goes out in the middle of summer in Fresno) and when the technician said we needed a new unit, a sales representative was available to see us that afternoon. Although we have not completed our service (purchasing and installing the new AC unit) we are very pleased with Lee's thus far.

Through a series of messages, I tried to setup an appointment to meet a Controlled Climates representative at my home to discuss replacing my ductwork and/or AC unit.  I was informed (by Kaitlyn) that a Customer Service Representative could not see me until next week.  I suggested that we set an appointment for Monday @ 8am.  I was then told that HALF of their employees were involved in some type of staff training for a rebate program on Monday and Tuesday.  I then suggested meeting Wednesday @ 4pm.  She then responded that they could see me between 3pm and 5pm.  I informed her that I was on a tight schedule and couldn't wait around a possible 4 hours to meet and discuss my climate control needs.  I will find an HVAC company that can show up at a specified time.

P.S.  From talking to other HVAC companies, this time of the year HVAC companies are not very busy.  I don't know why this company should be any different?!

P.S.S. From reading other reviews for this company, it appears they have ONLY three employees... Kaitlyn the office manager, Ray the technician, and Ray's Helper.

Kaitlyn, why didn't you just tell me that Ray was going to be busy instead of telling me that HALF of your employees were going to be in training?  You are being deceitful about the size and capabilities of your business.

I have been very happy with the service from VAR.  I have a service agreement with them so they call me before the hot and cold season to make sure my system is ready to go. They found something that needed to be fixed on my mother's unit, when they found out she was quite elderly they scheduled her appointment first thing the next morning!

Had a water heater installed. Not only did the guy scratch our flooring taking the water heater out. He left sediment all over our patio where we walked out the back when he dumped the water out and stated the wind will blow it away. Had a mini beach going on. Didnt pass city inspection and had to come out again. The Office Manager Veronica is rude and lies about what she spoke with you about to cover her ass. Please stay away from this place.

Unprofessional!! Rip off! Lied about what was wrong and made false claims to have unneeded repairs done. Did not unclog drain like they were sent out to do.. Won't return calls!!
