Super Air & Appliance Repair

The washing machine on a stacked washer/dryer pair located in a tiny upstairs closet stopped working, so I needed two technicians to perform fix the problem. Super Air and Appliances sent two fantastic technicians and all my troubles are now washed away. They were fast, friendly, and fair. I highly recommend!

Well.......made several calls to find out why no one showed up and to see if we can get someone to fix our washing machine. Messages were left because nobody answers the phone. We can't get anyone to call us back. Avoid this company. We will find someone else!

Very happy with the service!  They were able to come to work on my refrigerator the day I called, then ordered the parts.  They came by to install the part the day it came in...then Anthony (the service person), called the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

I'll definitely be using them for future repairs!

From October till April I dealt with them to fix my washing machine, they work with Sears as a third-party company, finally demanded a Sears technician who ordered the right parts and fix my washing machine

They were the fourth or fifth place I called when my refrigerator started slowing down on Wednesday. Everyone else said they had to schedule me for Friday or even Monday. Rob was there within the hour and fixed the problem for a reasonable price.
The scheduler in the office was very helpful and explained that the $75 diagnostic fee would apply to the total charge if I decided to hire them, which of course I did. My total was $100 (and that included the $75). Who can beat that?
I'd like to add that Rob, the service tech, clearly knew what he was doing. He was friendly and professional.
This one visit convinced me to change from my regular company to Super Air.

This place was so awesome! Anthony was so respectful, he took off his shoes with no problem at my door which is a big one for me as we don't wear shoes in the house. He was so understanding about it and I really appreciated that. He was also very knowledgeable and figured out what the problem was very quickly. I highly recommend this place, unlike many other appliance repair places I've dealt with Anthony was so honest a trait in this type of business I've found to be quite rare. Thanks Anthony!

Anthony has been amazing! Accommodating our last minute needs for the heater during the escrow process of purchasing a home. He explained things to me and my clients so that we could actually understand and had the heater in working order in time! The pricing was competitive too! Clients are very happy!

The service technician was courteous and professional. They came out quickly to address our AC issue. They explained the problem and when my home warranty tried to deny my claim that stated exactly what was share with the warranty company and what was asked of them. They were on our side.

Technician came well within the allotted time frame and was very professional and personable. We just moved to the area and were happy to find someone reliable. They did a great job fixing our dryer and had the parts in stock so we didn't have to wait. They fixed it quickly and when there was something else wrong that caused it to not work they came out and repaired that part free of charge for the inconvenience. We highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if we ever need another repair.

Dryer shorted and stopped working. Searched for an appliance repair service and came across Super Air & Appliance Repair. Decided to give them a try based on google reviews and happy I did so! Technician came out between allotted time frame, was professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Diagnosis, part pick-up and installation was all done under two hours. Will not hesitate to call again if in need for another appliance diagnosis/repair.

Yesterday we woke up to a broken refrigerator. I did some research online, looking specifically for local businesses in my part of town that are rated highly with a good amount of online reviewers. This one looked good, so I called. According to Google, their business hours started at 7:00 a.m., so I called shortly after that. Nobody answered, but I left a message. Then I waited. I called another local business. Neither this one nor that one called me back.

I ended up going to the Sears Home Services website to set up a service call there. They had an appointment available in the afternoon, so I took it. Their technician showed up timely, was friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. And still, a day later, nobody from Super Air & Appliance Repair has called me back. This is why, if you want to stay in business, you return calls promptly. If the competition can show up and do the job before you have even called me back, then all you have done is guaranteed that I will never call you ever again.

Really great service! The guys are very knowledgeable on what they are doing. Reasonable prices and are quick to get the job done. My lid switch broke on my washer and it was fixed in less than an hour. I definitely will go back to them!

My hot water heater wasn't lighting. After two days of cold cold showers are friend gave us this referral. He was able to come by when I was at work fix the problem and I was able to make a quick payment over the phone which was so convenient. He was honest quick and affordable. Look forward to using him in the future.

Great customer service.  Technician showed up on time and even gave me a call letting me know he was going to be on time.  Not only did he diagnose the problem with my dishwasher he gave me a fair price.  It was very obvious that this company was here to help me with my problem not just charge me a lot of money.

My dryer died :( Was tired of asking the husband to fix it so I went to next best place ! I'm so happy I found this place ! From the awesome receptionist on the phone who made my appointment to the tech who came out and fixed my dryer! The service was fast and efficient!
