Lee's provides Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing services to the Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, Clovis and other Central California areas. We specialize in energy efficient products including tankless water heaters, AC upgrades, and wifi enabled thermostats. We also have a 24 hour service line that can take your emergency call to repair those things that can't wait until morning such as a clogged sewer line, a broken water pipe, or a broken down AC unit when it's 110 degrees in Fresno. Established in 1981.
The business was started by Phil Lee and his son Bryan as primarily a commercial air conditioning company. At first, they had to run calls in the day and do paperwork at night. They grew the business to accommodate residential and commercial clients. They sold the business in 2011 to an employee, Tom Howard. The business is now trusted by over 6,000 clients in the Fresno and Clovis area.

Tom worked for one of the founders, Bryan Lee, for several years before leaving to go to business school in what he considered an attempt to get away from air conditioning.  His attempts were futile.  As Bryan decided to pursue other business ventures, he asked Tom to come back and manage the company.  Tom has been the President of Lee's since May of 2011.

Our AC compressor stopped working in 105 degree temperature on a Sunday, and we called several AC services to find them booked for at least a week.  One suggested Lee's and we were not disappointed. David came the next day and diagnosed the problem as the motor and capacitor gone bad, and he replaced them the next day in a very professional manner.  We very much appreciate the prompt service and professionalism and we signed up for an ongoing service contract even though the prices were somewhat higher than our current one.

Should your landlord not be present (or available) and you need to restore your air conditioning, you must to LIE to this company and state that the home/facility is your own.

Laughingly, this company takes a verbal confirmation that you are the owner, or that the owner has granted approval, before they will proceed with work.... and then will engage with work.  At the point were they were about to refer me to Sebastian instead (who is not even a present entity on Yelp), I hung up on them.

A plus is that they have a receptionist on hand for contact, where comparatively smaller companies do not (but then, therein, have less overhead).  Having a nice receptionist is a nice thing in order get an appointment scheduled , but you can expect to pat more. The young woman I spoke to was friendly, the policy was without redemption on a 105 degree day.

Our AC stopped working and we needed a new one installed. After a few quotes from different companies, we felt confident going with Lee's! I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything I didn't need (I normally dislike salesman). We were in 100 degree weather and have a 4-month old so they put us on the priority list and they installed it quickly! The installers were professional and wore masks when they entered the house. They were polite and cleaned up after dust came down from the attic. I will absolutely recommend them moving forward!

Just had Lee's complete a 2nd job for me.  This time at my place of business.  Couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism and expertise.  Tom Howard, who is the owner, personally took the time to meet with my landlord to answer his questions about the install.  Thanks for going the extra mile!  For the new mini-split systems and a job well done!

What a mess. Facts are the following. Called earlier than scheduled to start the job. I left work abruptly to meet the tech.  40 minutes later no tech. Called in and customer service said it was a mistake. They blamed the tech for not notifying them of the mistake. Told me a tech will be arriving at 10:30am. Got a call at 10:33 that the tech is late and another won't be coming til who knows when. No concrete time given. I declined their job for wasting my time and not communicating properly. Management tried to give me a discount I was already getting. They were called out on it, so they backtracked and said 15% off. Declined the low discount.

This company wants your money and time without providing professional services. It's ok I took off work, was mislead, pushed back in schedule, then offered little in compensation; but ok for them to mess about and yank my strings.

They had good reviews but this time poor follow through. Be careful when it's your turn.

To update my last review,  I still believe the Tech that first was sent to fix our issue, was clueless and good thing that he is no longer with this company. However, once management heard of my dissatisfaction, they follow up and resolved the billing issue in amicable way.    I do appreciate the fact they care how their customer think of their service.

This is a great company.  They installed a  huge unit a couple years ago and have serviced it since to make sure their unit was doing well.  It's been great.   Then our little unit died last week and they came out same day and fixed it.  Amazing!  Both men that came out were courteous, friendly, and very nice to talk to as well as knowledgeable about their work.  I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Everyone has to make decisions based their experience. For I wouldn't let Lees air conditioning repair a dog house.
They come out to service my unit and I explained to the inexperienced technician that it was low on Freon
An hour later he come up with the ducts are not functioning and the air conditioner is blowing into the attic.
I questioned his diagnosis as questionable called the office to talk to the service manager who to say the least a real tool.
So today I called Donald P Dick to come out. Funny thing told the technician it was low on Freon.
He found a filter the the tools had missed put 2 pounds of Freon in the unit and behold the miracle the unit works like new. He also pointed out that the duckling was intact and working.

I would caution anyone's desire to use Lees air conditioning.

Call a more professional company with some intelligent  and or experienced employees

My wall mount kitchen faucet was leaking, not a dribble but a steady flow, being an older home there was no shutoff valve below the sink.  I called Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating & they were able to send a service tech over right away.  Raul & his assistant are A + technicians, very professional & nice.  They were able to complete the job quickly & they are well organized & thoughtful.  They wire paper socks inside the house & wore masks.  The company was recommended by a friend & I'm very happy I did.  From the office to the technicians Lee's is the only plumbing company I will hire.  Many thanks!

I can't believe how quickly they got back to me and took care of the job.  I live in a mobile home, our water heater had died on us.  I tried reigniting the pilot to no avail.  I filled out a request form online to have someone from Lee's air contact me.  Within 5 minutes I got a call from Jeff, and about 2 minutes later I got a call from the technician Ebert who was on his way to check out our situation.  Ebert was professional, courteous (even wore covers over his shoes) and gave me the run down of what could be going on.  He had my water heater running again in no time, we now have hot water!  And they didn't even charge extra for coming on a Sunday which also happens to be Valentines day :)  $49 diagnostic and the repair was $255.  A little more than what I thought I'd end up paying, but worth every penny.  I'll definitely be calling them in the future if anything else comes up.  Thank you Jeff & Ebert!

I love this company and the staff. I spoke with Jared and Mary Ann on the phone and they were very friendly and super helpful.  I loved that Tommy called the day before to remind me of my appointment. I recently had my AC serviced and David R came out and did a great job. I have used this company multiple times and they have exceeded my expectations every time!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, so disregard all reviews over 12 months old - they were reviewing the OLD management and services, look at ALL the recent 1* reviews, and BE WARNED!

The new owners are NOT forthright nor transparent - with their deceptive, dishonest, unscrupulous  business practices. Charged us $2000+ to replace the OEM ECM blower motor and all the invoice says is, ECM Blower Motor - Includes all time and material associated with the procurement and replacement. Absolutely ZERO explanation of how they came up with that figure and from the top down, this company is REFUSING to provide me with an itemization of charges. WHY? What are they HIDING?

Probably the fact they charged me, more than likely, a 300+% markup for the part and at least $250/hr to replace it (took the tech roughly 2 hours to complete). The absolute MOST I could find this part selling for online was  $500. And how much did they actually charge me to 'procure' it? What kind of company charges an additional separate fee to drive down to the parts store to get the dang part? Heck, some part stores may actually deliver for free for all I know!

This type of behavior is simply CRIMINAL! THEY REFUSE TO BREAK DOWN THE CHARGES! They had to come up with that figure SOMEWHERE - - - so JUSTIFY them to me. Unless they're fraudulent and hyper-inflated, which I believe they are. Like I said, what are they hiding?

I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - they should be COMPELLED and legally BOUND to provide an itemization! If/when they do I'll post an image of that as well. This was NOT a $2000+ repair and they KNOW it.

THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY! They took advantage of 2 retired senior citizens (one disabled) and they'll do the same to YOU!

Lee's Air did a fantastic job in replacing my old and worn out a/c unit. They worked quickly and efficiently and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I even received a thank you gift basket after they finished installing my new a/c unit!  Very nice surprise!  I've since used them for plumbing services also. Great experience with that too!  Call them. You won't be sorry.

The tech called on his way was about 15 minutes late but did a good job nonetheless. Every through and knowledgeable. Whole appointment lasted an hour and redeemed my Yelp deal. Would definitely use them again.

Michael came out with another man (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!) they came out earlier than my scheduled time which was great! They were professional, wore masks and even had covers over their shoes to not track in any dirt or water which I really appreciated! They were very quick and professional and even my lab got to be loved on by them. Thank you guys so much! They fixed 4 clogged sinks and a clogged shower!

I had an emergency where the AC unit stopped blowing cold air. The tech came out, after hours, and was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and was able to fix the issue on site. It turned out to be a faulty/fried plug that had to be replaced. I signed up for their maintenance program and received a bit of a discount for doing so.

Allen explained everything very clearly and helped me to understand the issue.

I've been a monthly service member of Lees for two years and while they aren't always the cheapest, they are by far the best. My home is 75 years old and they have helped me so many times and for a reasonable price. Michael Sanders came out to my home today and was truly so professional, kind and understanding of my concerns. He had the problem fixed very quickly and explained exactly what he was going to do. He even hung around for a few extra minutes so I could make sure everything was working properly. Lee's stands by their work and during the pandemic, I appreciated them taking the extra safety precautions. They get the job done right. Thank you, Michael!!

Lee's Air is by far the best in the business! Whether it be your AC unit, Fridge, Plumbing or Water Heater, they're always readily available to fix your needs. Lee's technicians are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest with recommended repairs and/replacements if necessary. They keep you updated with the appointment time of arrival via text AND phone call, which I think is excellent customer service!! You can even chat with an online rep after business hours for any urgent questions. Technicians are also available on weekends. We are very pleased with Lee's Air & Heating and will remain long time customers. Our Tech was Michael Sanders and he was awesome! Thank you!!!

Called them out for a running toilet. Had to wiggle handle to stop water.Response time was good. Came out as scheduled.  Technician was a nice young man.   The quote was $460. To change flapper and change out water valve. I thought it was a bit high for me. So I paid for the service call .$49. And cut the chain that was getting stuck underneath flapper.  Works good now.

I put in request for water heater repair with my zip code and got a reply right away to help. I setup an appointment and provided my address. That's when they said they don't service Oakhurst. Maybe you should have said that when I provided my zip code or maybe you should change your service map not to cover Oakhurst, Fish Camp or Yosemite. What a joke!

Got an onsite estimate in June which was way too high for a simple faucet repair. They quoted for 538 for a Moen cartridge replacement without opening the faucet.
Overall the visit felt like they were trying to get a lot more money from me than required.

The part itself is under 100 and I got the repairs done for 200 from another provider. Avoid this service if possible as they try to hook you onto their subscription and have too high estimates for smallest repairs.

Update: Called me the day after I posted this and said they would pay me back the estimate fee to take down this 1 star review. Red flags all over again. Please don't try to buy your way to good reviews.

This place is much more expensive then other people in town they do the work right but if you look hard enough which I didn't because of the situation I was in you will find for half the price.  They will give you the run down on why they charged you double but it's obvious they are way overpriced. Always get a 2nd opinion on anything that comes up almost got me again for 7000 more for something that didn't need to be done. The other company I brought in fixed the problem and cost me 250 bucks. Got lucky the 2nd time but got gouged.

Brandon from Lee's Plumbing was amazing.  He arrived on time (actually a little early), he was very friendly and knowledgeable and got right to work replacing my kitchen sink. He had to use a Sawzall to remove the old faucet because it was jammed in place so tightly, but that didn't slow him down. The new faucet was in place in 1.2 hours and looks beautiful.  Brandon cleaned up everything before leaving. The price was reasonable for plumbing. I recommend Lees.

Toilets wouldn't flush, and sewer water was backing up in both bathtubs of my home. Had a plumber (from a different company) come yesterday, and made the situation worse. The other plumber basically flooded my entire bathroom and never got the issue resolved.

I was about to lose my bananas.

Then I realized, Lee's Air also provide plumbing service. I contacted Lee's Air on Yelp last night and was very quick to respond! They had Michael come out the very next day (today!).

Can't say enough about Michael. Such a great guy. He really knew his stuff, and a great listener. He seriously went above and beyond with our situation. Got our plumbing issue fixed like magic. He was also very considerate and mindful about taking his shoe covers on/off when inside/outside the home. Michael, if you're reading this, thank youuuu! You're a lifesaver. Truly.

Because of Michael, I will definitely consider this company's other services. And will specifically request for him.

Posting this review on the same day that I received service, because I was absolutely impressed with my technician.

We agreed to not do the work and they did not charge me for the diagnostic, which is quite fair, but my AC still needs to be fixed.
The manager called me and he offered me the names and numbers of 2 other companies to help me get it going. Also very fair and in a way generous.

So, overall my opinion is in the middle. Doubt I would call again.

Ebert has been to our house at least three times. He is kind, professional and honest. I have always had confidence that he will get the job done in the most direct way possible. He explains everything that he will be doing and triple checks to make sure everything is as it should be. This company is the biggest scam ever! I was having problems with 2 of my toilets and called Lees to come and take a look. As soon as the technician got to my house he told me the service fee would only cover 1 toilet and he wouldn't be able to look at the other without paying another service fee. But when I told him the issue, he didn't even bother to look at my toilet and told me I'd need to replace it. Then he spent a whole 2 minutes looking at my running toilet and said that all it needed was a fill valve replacement and the part would cost $200. I was shocked, so I did my research and found out that the part itself only costs $8 at Home Depot. That is a 2500% mark up!!! I was infuriated, so I told him I wouldn't be needing their services and looked elsewhere. Thankfully I found another company that was honest and fixed one toilet and replaced the other for under $200! The only reason I'm giving this company 1 star is because the technician knowing how upset I was, didn't charge me for the service call.

I'm writing this review so people will be more aware before authorizing a repair and will seek a 2nd estimate before choosing their repair service. I give Lee's Air Conditioning and Heating 5 stars for customer service but 3 Stars for pricing. I was charged $905 to repair my heating unit.  I paid $99 for Diagnostic performance, $412 for new OEM Ignition Model and $395 for an OEM Specific Relay. After installation of the new ignition model the heater still didn't work correctly then it was determined that the relay was bad which when replaced fixed the problem. The parts cost $125 for  the new ignition and $30 for the new relay from a parts store. Thats approx $155 for parts, which means I was charged $750 for labor which included my Annual Service Club membership discount.The technician spent a total of approx 21/2 hours to complete repairs over 2 days (waiting for new part).   I believe the company's labor fees are too high. When I talked to the office manager he was very respectful and explained the costs of running their business have been factored into their pricing schedule. I asked if they have a Senior's discount and he gave me additional 10% off which he noted they don't usually combine discounts. When I was in the middle of this repair I asked a reputable local parts distributor if the costs seemed fair. They recommended I get a couple of estimates. The price seemed very high. By then I was in the middle of the process and just wanted completion. I don't need a Mercedes service when a Toyota quality service will provide equal quality for less price. I'm writing this because I want people to be knowledgeable when making their repair choices.

Get service elsewhere. Way over-priced. $580 for 2 outdoor water valves (for hose attachments) for 8-15 minutes worth of work. They were efficient, effective and prompt... but for $580 worth of work? No.

The service pro Ben, who came to our home was awesome! Not only was he knowledgeable but honest. He gave me a quote which I believe to be fair. It took him another 45mins or so and the job was complete. I will definitely use this company and Ben, again. I had a food disposal replaced.

The are pushing to get you to buy a year repair plan. They only fixed part of the problem and would charge an other trip charge to fix the problem caused the problem to have the fan burn out. Hired other company that could properly diagnose and fix the zones.

I just called Lee's Air and left a message several hours after they had closed. They called back, to my surprise, and worked some kind of schedule magic so that my AC could actually be looked at tomorrow, despite their jam packed day. Alfredo improved my heating system, Brandon replaced my failing water heater and rebuilt an area that had sustained some water damage, and he also got my shower to function correctly for the first time since we've lived in this (older) house. Everyone who works at Lee's Air is, as others have said, so nice. If you want a quick fix, they will do it provided it makes sense, and if you are considering a longer term solution they are very patient explaining your options.

Couldnt do it any longer with taping leaks  that led to puddles under our crawl space. so we called got an estimate they came and got the job. About 1 half day. Newly re piped our whole plumbing. Sean and the rest the crew very friendly, respectful, courteous. they explained every detailed that was needed,  that was happening done, and completed. .  Yes we would use them again and yes we recommend them. If the budget is over they finance too. Happy plumbing guys. Lol

I called and got a service appointment for later that same day. The serviceman (Alfred) was early and extremely knowledgable and friendly. He fixed the air conditioner in under 40 minutes. My invoice was emailed to me. The entire process from beginning to end was professional and I would highly recommend this company.

Michael Sanders of Lee's Air Conditioning, Heating, and Building Performance did a fantastic job installing my new water heater! He was expedient in pulling the old water heater out and installing the new one. He made sure everything was secured and sealed, that we had hot water again, and left the area cleaner than when he started the job! And we passed our City inspection today with flying colors! Excellent customer service. This is how you keep people coming back. Tried to use our home warranty to fix our air conditioner and they said it would take 4-5  days to come out. In 100 degree weather, no thanks. I called Lee's in the morning and Matt came out and fixed everything. It is a little more pricey but but the customer service is worth it. I called to see about getting an appointment for an a/c service /checkup. Ernesto came out the next day and was able to do a complete inspection and service and also arranged for Frank to come out to talk to me about an energy audit and discuss my various options. Both of them were very helpful, polite, professional and extremely respectful of my home and yard. I will definitely keep their cards handy for future reference.

Didn't use them after all.  My air conditioner stopped working and they weren't able to come out until the next day, even though it was 105 degrees outside.  The quote just to come out was outrageous because it was a weekend and she said they have to charge more for overtime hours.  The quote was $168 to come out.  Just to come out!  I found another company called Cen Cal Air that showed up in 20 min and only charged $60.  We gave them a $40 tip because they were friendly, quick, and told us exactly what the problem was without trying to rip us off.  Go with Cen Cal Air.  Lee's overcharges just to show up at your house.

I believe Lee's Air and All Britten is very competitive with their pricing but if I would have to choose I would go with Lee's Air for their extra effort for a job well done today.

Plumber that showed up was great.  He diagnosed our problem and gave us our options.  One option was really expensive, the other was fairly cheap.  He explained the plusses and minuses of each of the options and didn't try and hard sell us on the expensive one.  I found him to be very pleasant and informative.

We have since used them again on a different problem.  Different plumber, however once again a knowledgeable and pleasant person.  I am very pleased and hope this is the beginning of a long association with this company.

My heater went out so I needed my furnace looked at on Christmas. They were the only place available so good marks there. The tech that came out immediately started telling me that the entire unit should be replaced ($8000) before he even properly diagnosed the furnace. I told him that wasn't possible for me and that I just needed to get the unit up and running. He recommended that a $200 part be replaced and that would fix the issue (this in addition to the $100 diagnosis fee). I paid it and looked up the part later on the web (ended up being a $9 part available anywhere). That evening, the heater wasn't working again so I called Lee's to have them come back out. The entire time, I was getting the impression that I was going to be charged another $100 diagnosis fee, which there was no way in hell I was going to pay. The techs that came back out were very polite and knowledgeable, however, something is definitely off with their pricing. They offered to sell me an $8000 furnace that was available from a number of different vendors online for between $1500-$1900 (one hell of a markup). That, along with selling me a $9 part for $200 left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I'll probably end up going with another company for any future work on my furnace.

Our air conditioning units had multiple areas of failure and past due for replacement. We had previously used Lee's for urgent AC repairs over the last four years and had been very satisfied with their prompt service. We therefore contacted Lee's for our new air conditioning needs. We decided to go with switching everything to electric given that we plan on obtaining solar panels in the future, which included switching to a heat pump. They were very transparent in regards to the pricing. They estimated for the work to be done after four days and the work was completed and fully inspected within that time frame. Very satisfied in regards to working with us to fit our needs and our preferences. Think they are offering high quality products and therefore from  that aspect it will be more expensive especially when changing everything over. Lee's has been  very reliable overall and again have been very satisfied with their customer service. Thank you!

Last Monday I called Lee's Air because my A/C was making a horrible noise and started smoking.  A repair tech (Chad) came out the very next day, a sales rep  the day after and an install team by Monday.  Our installers Severo and Tyler were very professional and worked hard for two days to install my new A/C unit, furnace and duct work.  Kept a very courteous and professional attitude considering how hot it was in the attic and the amount of time they had to spend up there!  My A/C is working great and way more efficient than my 12 year old unit and in less than a week from beginning to end.  I would recommend Lee's Air to anyone I know as well as Severo and Tyler!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY SO MUCH! Our a/c unit had crashed bad. I just settled for using a fan. Which worked for about a month Until the other night I just couldn't sleep because it was 86 degrees.  So I posted about it on Facebook and all of my friends told me about how AWESOME Lee's air (which I already  knew  I just  didn't think about it. Immediately when I opened the door I was greeted with a man who had the biggest smile. And he immediately put on shoe coverings which is definitely something I loved cause I have wood floors. The service guy spent a lot of time testing the a/c unit and  being VERY METICULOUS ABOUT making sure it worked. I can't tell you how much better it feels in my house thanks to Lee's air!

We had a clogged toilet and called Lee's Air. They responded quickly and did a good job.
The cost for unclogging the drain seemed high but we had no idea and paid the 600.00. Then a week later the drain was clogged again and we went with a different service provider because we knew we couldn't afford 600.00 again.  
This new plumber charged 200.00 for the same exact process. We were shocked at the price difference and will never recommend Lee's Air or use them again.  
Good workmanship means nothing if your goal is to rip people off.

Re-think using this company! I just tried to schedule a service on my AC unit that is only blowing hot air, with temps heading in the triple digits, I need AC. I was informed that they consider my house a rental and therefore would not service my property. I informed them the house is a second home for me and that my son is the current resident and that he has MS and cannot tolerate extreme heat, this could cause a medical emergency. Guess what?? They did not care, they are not providing service to rentals at this time.  Terrible customer service. Again, re-think your decision.

A/C stopped working right before the heat really started.  My HVAC unit is very old as HVAC units go.  The attic unit should never have passed inspection as I have heard on multiple occasions.  It was stuffed between two rafters hiding the screws to remove the cover.  It was also limited  in other ways making it nearly impossible to service.  Ernesto and Alfredo took their time and had patience in the repair and gave me options and suggestions.  I felt like they were on my side and not just giving me options to bump up the price.  I felt they were very helpful and NEVER felt like I was being ripped off or upcharged.  I would highly recommend Lee's if you have HVAC issues.

I had Lee's out to my house to fix a shower and my toilet and my sink! Of course, plumbing issues seem to happen all at once and drive me crazy.  You don't really know how fond you are of running water until you don't have it. I found them on yelp and called them based on their reviews.  They definitely lived up to their reputation. They showed up on time and got all the problems fixed in a couple hours. All of their invoicing is paperless so you can sign and pay quickly right from their ipad.  I love these guys and would definitely recommend them to anyone.  Ebert is great and you should ask for him.

Had them come out to see what was wrong with my water heater. They diagnosed it and said the pilot assembly went out. It was under warranty so the  part would be sent out to us for no charge and would be here on Monday. This company wanted to charge me $427 to install the part. I called another plumber and he installed it for $150. It took him all of 30 minutes to install it. This company is price gouging its customers.

When I decided to look into installing Solar Power and a new A/C unit for my sweetys home, I hit the 'Net and started searching. Their are plenty of Solar Contractors, but none had the reputation of Lee's Accu-Tech.
I was already familiar with Lee's through their radio ads, and knew from contractor friends that they are highly thought of in the industry, too.

Easily contacted, Jeff (their Solar Coordinator) met with us the next day. I'm a hard sell (being an old salesman) and Jeff brought out all of the info we needed to make a great decision. The speed with which they worked was impressive & the professionalism of their staff unparalleled. In fact, they made me a true believer from the get go.

i looked into other contractors and systems, but we went with Lee's without trepidation. I know it's easy to say and hard to beleive, but the total energy savings from the Enphase Solar unit & York A/C unit has been a whopping 73% so far!!!

The high points (since there are no low points!) are:

We're the first on our block to go Solar, and our neighbors are just starting to notice the panels, it's that discrete an installation. They're asking about the A/C unit too, since theirs were installed when the subdivision was built, and are breaking down. We love the York unit, since it's 68% more efficient than our last one, and TWICE the capacity!

In fact, the biggest problem with the whole thing is not simply gushing about how pleased we are with the entire transaction.

Quick, reliable service!
We have a home warranty, so when our air conditioner died over the summer we were forced to deal with another repair company, as they held the contract with First American.  Three weeks went by of no air conditioning and we were at our wits end waiting for the repair to be made.
Finally we decided to take matters into our own hands and contact Lees Air. A technician came out within two hours. Turned out we needed a new unit. Repairing our 19 year old unit would not have been very cost effective in the long run.  An evaluator came out the same day to assess what size unit we would need and gave us different cost scenarios based on efficiency.  Perhaps the most important part of that day is that Lees delivered two portable air conditioning units for us to use in the interim! Our family was beyond grateful for that!
The install of the new AC unit went smoothly.  The technicians showed up promptly when they said they would. We received an email prior to our visits with a picture and name of the technician we were to meet. A very nice touch. Each technician we met was professional and very courteous.  Frankly, it was a pleasure doing business with Lees Air.

Thank goodness the air conditioning unit had started working again when Lee's technician came calling, as I was only left with recommended service and didn't go forward with the bogus and very expensive recommendations.  A few days later the unit did stop working again and I called another company.  They fixed it in about 30 minutes and all we had was a loose wire which was up in the same area as Lee's person.  They could have easily seen this wire vibrating and lose.  Total cost of repair was $80.  Unlike Lee's recommendation of $1500+.  I have been told that tech's that work for Lee's are on commission and therefore benefit from charging up on the repair.  None of it was needed as seen by the second opinion.  This is ridiculous and you should be ashamed of yourself as a company.

We called Lee's after a negative experience with another HVAC company. Lee's technician was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He did a full inspection and chose not to charge us for an additional check because it was so simple on our unit. They were able to get us scheduled for the next day (an added plus when your AC goes out in the middle of summer in Fresno) and when the technician said we needed a new unit, a sales representative was available to see us that afternoon. Although we have not completed our service (purchasing and installing the new AC unit) we are very pleased with Lee's thus far.

I called from work and was able to set everything up quickly over the phone. The repairman called me on his way over and was prompt. My repairman was funny, personable and professional. He was adamant about wearing the booties to cover his shoes. I was curious about what he was doing and had no problem allowing me to watch. He also checked an access point outside the house to ensure there wasn't anything caught between the issue and the city sewer line. If I ever have plumbing issues again, I will definitely call Lee's Plumbing and Air.

We went to the Home Show a few weeks ago and met the folks from Lee's there. We had tried to get PG&E to audit our home but we didn't qualify for that service, so we were excited when the Lee's representative explained that we could get a complete audit through them. We signed up and we were contacted to schedule our home exam and then a week later the analysis would be reviewed with us. Today, Aaron reviewed our report with us. He was very nice and explained where improvement opportunities existed. The exam as very thorough. No sales pressure. I will call Lee's next time I need hvac help. Teague was the gentleman who did the inspection. Both fellows were friendly, polite, and highly professional.

Jose was very polite when he came to diagnose my heater which was not working, but quickly decided that it needed to be repaired with a $700 price tag. I received an estimate from Lee's the following day for a replacement unit because mine is approximately 24 years old. So, according to Lee's, my choice was between $700 and $7000 to remediate the issue. I called someone else who spent only a few minutes cleaning my unit, which was significantly less expensive than the diagnostic charge I had paid Lee's the day before, and the issue was resolved. I know that my unit is older and may need replacement soon, but Lee's was very quick to try to sell me a new unit rather than solve the problem so that I could postpone and plan for spending that sort of cash. I would not recommend them for repairs, no matter how polite they are.

After it was brought to his attention, the manager of Lee's quickly responded to my displeasure and apologized for the service that I received. He refunded my diagnostic charge and informed me that Lee's has a customer satisfaction guarantee. I appreciated his immediate response and the fact that I didn't end up having to pay for service that I was unsatisfied with.

I'll admit, it was their catchy billboards in Fresno off the freeway that got me to call. This past week I turned on my air conditioning unit and it began to rattle. I knew that something was wrong and I needed it fixed before the hot summer months began. The sad part about it is that I had a different company come out and install it last year but they are no longer in business. When I called into lees air they were very helpful and put me on the schedule for that day. I was running a bit behind to get home but the employee was really understanding and easy to work with. I think his name was Tyson or Tom. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and I guess some neighbor kids stuffed a bunch of metal slats into the grate and that's what I was hearing. The lees guy was easy to work with and they guaranteed their work. My AC unit now doesn't sound like it's going to explode. Thanks guys!

One of the best experiences we've had with a service provider in our 5+ months as Fresnans.  After going without heat in the middle of January for 3+ weeks and dealing with two other HVAC companies wasting our time and money, Lee's totally delivered.  

The price was more than I expected to pay, BUT they took my phone call, scheduled a tech (Daniel), had him out here to diagnose, picked up the right part, and had our heat back up within 5 hours of me calling them in the first place.  

Would gladly recommend to anyone in the Fresno area who isn't looking to be jerked around by the cheaper HVAC outfits.

Cost was about $850 installed for a new motherboard on an 8 year old combo heat/air roof unit (Jan 2022).  Didn't work, now it does - that's all I care about.

We've used Lee's exclusively for the last 4 years and have always had a truly excellent experience. Everyone that has helped us, from the office staff to the technicians, has been friendly, competent, well organized and professional. These are the jobs that have been completed by Lee's: new HVAC unit, toilets, garbage disposal, and more recently a hot water heater. We've also had smaller jobs done like dryer vents cleaned and faucet leaks fixed. You can tell that Lee's is a great company because all the employees seem so satisfied and always go above and beyond for their customers. Although their prices may be a little higher than similar outfits, we would heartily recommend this company!

Lee's Air is a RIP OFF when it comes to prices charged for replacement parts.  On 2 June 2017, I had the very unpleasant experience of being charged over $300 for a part that is available from a number of sources for less than $60 (500 percent mark up).  An additional $99 service call was added.

However, when I provided a complaint on a requested review online, I received a phone call from the General Manager.  After a heated discussion, I was offered all my money back.  I did not feel that was right; we came to an agreement on a fair price.

So, I can't help but wonder how many other people have previously been RIPPED OFF on their parts pricing as I would have been had I not complained.

Redefine your expectations of a plumber!
Over the weekend I noticed that my toilets had trouble flushing, especially after taking a shower, doing laundry, or washing dishes. My previous experiences with plumbers in Fresno, especially after hours/weekend emergencies have always been a minimum $200 service charge to even show up, if you can get them to show up at all. I had resigned myself to searching for a plumber to call on my break tomorrow. After a quick google search I found Lee's near the top of the list touting a $49 service call. On a whim I filled out the contact form on their website expecting to hear from them the next day at the earliest, to my surprise I got a call from their specialist Ebert within a few minutes, he let me know he could be to my house within 40 minutes, discussed the $49 diagnostic fee plus the most likely outcomes( based on this I figured it would be around $300 total). I didn't watch the clock but I'm fairly sure it was closer to 20 maybe 25 minutes, and in somewhere between 2-3 hours from my initial inquiry I had properly working toilets again, for less than $200 (I think the total was $189 and change). They will definitely be my first call the next time I need plumbing assistance (or heating)

In March, Lee's did a superb job installing a new AC unit and new vents for my home.   My home had a 30 year AC unit and the vents were out of date.   The vents were move from under the floor and into the attic.  During the whole process, I was well informed of the time table and the work finish sooner than expected.  The tech were professional and call ahead of time when they will be heading over to our home.   What really makes them stand out is when the job was complete, they did a couple follow up inspection and phone calls to make sure everything was working properly.  We did had an issue with the new AC unit the second day, but it was fix in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend this company to everyone and will continue to use their services.

Our AC compressor went bad. I had home warranty but the vendor they sent was a bottom feeder living off of diagnostic fee. I did some research and found Lee on PG&E website. They could have changed just the compressor but recommended to change a whole bunch of other things too like ducts, upgrade insulation etc etc. First, I was skeptical but Aaron explained that the more you do as a bundle, the more you get as rebate from pg&e. Sounded too good to be true but didn't wanna take chances so I went ahead and wow what a professional, pristine work from A to Z. Justin, their ops guy kept me in the loop and coordinated the whole project like it was his own house. At the end it ended up costing lot less than other substandard vendors and quality of work and material was top notch. Lots of upgrades like newer ducts and insulation ended up for free after rebates. There is a reason they are so big and has a strong reputation.

Great experience.  Ernesto came out and did a check up on my air conditioner. Very professional and experienced.  My A/C had not been serviced for over 10 years.  He checked it, it needed refrigerant and the leak lines needed cleaning.  Based on my own research he charged me a fair price for the lines and refrigerant.  My 18 year old A/C is good to go.  In regards to the appointment, Ernesto was on time and called before he arrived.  No complaints.  Good business to deal with.

Customer beware, They will try to sell you a new system, always 15,000-30,000.I was told evaporator coil gone, freon completely out, fan could be bad, accumulator could be next, and on and on bla,bla,bla. Had someone else out, expansion valve. done. Works like new. And by the way they use different company names also, so if you get a second opinion it could be them under a different name. Dishonest to the core.

The only company I will call when I need AC/Heating services. The customer service from start to finish is 5 Stars. When the AC goes out during the hottest week of the year and you need someone to come right away - call Lee's. It was a Saturday and I thought no way will anyone come until Monday.  Surprise! Lee's was on the way Sunday afternoon, and it was Father's Day to boot! Great company, great service. give 'em a call.

This review is being written after having two visits by LeesAir techs over 4 months - Shortly after purchasing my home last year I saw a LeesAir truck driving around with a service special ad on the side for a Heating/AC Tune-Up. Since my home was several years old and summer was fast approaching, I didn't want to get caught with a busted AC unit and having to wait for someone to come out during what is probably the peak season for any AC company. I gave them a call and in 2 minutes I had an appointment for a few days later.

On the day of the service the tech called prior to my appointment time to let me know he was on the way and arrived shortly there after. When he arrived he explained what he was going to do, after spending some time on the roof inspecting and cleaning our unit he came down and put protective booties on before coming into the house, he laid a drop cloth, carefully cleaned the main vent, and replaced the filter. Before he left he told us about a special they were having to purchase 2 more maintenance visits for a discount as well as emergency service perks that came with them should we have any problems. Since I think it's smarter to be proactive with service on something as expensive as a heating and air unit I signed up. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I felt it was money well spent.

A couple of months later I got a call from LeesAir to schedule my second maintenance service. I had actually forgotten I purchased 2 more so it was a pleasant surprise since it is starting to cool down and we will start using the heater. It was a different tech this time but the experience was the same 5 Star service and reinforced my initial decision to pre-pay for 2 more visits. My unit's fan was clogged with leaves from the big oak that covers the house so who know what would have happened had I turned it on. So now after two visits the two techs that I have come in contact with have been professional dressed, clean, polite, attentive to even the little details, and seem actually enjoy what they are doing.

I prefer to support local, family run, businesses, assuming the service is good, and in this case it has been really great with LeesAir so I highly recommend them.

I got home late on a Thursday night after being out of town for 3 weeks. My A/C seemed to be working normally. Friday evening around 5:30 (after everyone had closed for the weekend of course,) my A/C went out. Being new to town, I looked online at some companies that were open and checked the reviews. Lee's had good reviews and was able to get me an appointment late Monday morning. The repair tech showed up on time and was friendly and gave me a prompt courtesy call. He arrived right in the middle of the window the company gave me. So far, so good, and I was excited to be on the road to functioning A/C again, especially in the triple digit heat!

The repair tech spent about an hour at my home trying to figure out the problem. He determined that it needed a charge (what I had suspected all along,) but was also concerned that there may be a leak somewhere. He did some more investigating. He thought it was the coil. Then he thought it was the TXV valve. Eventually he told me there was so much wrong with it that I needed an entirely new A/C unit at a cost of $5-$10k depending on the size of my house and what unit I chose.

Of course, as someone who bought the house less than a year ago (no home warranty,) and who had just paid tuition for grad school last month-- I don't have that kind of money just sitting around, and it was terrifying to get that diagnosis.

The repair tech came back in with the paperwork and told me he wasn't going to charge me for the house call since he couldn't fix the problem. This was a nice gesture that was very much appreciated.

Left in a hot house and a minimum $5k burden, I called my cousin, who also works in the A/C repair industry. (The only reason I didn't call him originally was because I know it's his busy season and it can be overwhelming, so I was trying not to use and abuse him. Unfortunately, that prospective bill left me with no other choice.) He came by when he got off work. He also was perplexed initially and went back up to check the roof unit 3-4 times to be sure of his diagnosis.

He picked up the part this morning and will be by after he's off work today to fix it. For a total of less than $1k. Still expensive-- but much more affordable than I originally thought. I realize I am probably looking at replacing the unit in the next couple of years (it is old,) but now I can prepare for that cost and still have working A/C in the meantime.

Lee's, I'm not sure what to think of you. I definitely thought you were courteous and professional, and I greatly appreciated the kindness on the break of the diagnosis charge. That said... the fact that my second opinion came back with a more accurate diagnosis and that I'm going to have working A/C again in less than 12 hours no thanks to you... hmmmm. I'm not sure if the tech I had really couldn't figure out the problem or if I was being upsold. I'd like to think that he really couldn't figure out the problem- I'd rather that than think I was being taken advantage of.

Moral of the story: do your research and always shop around.

Have a 3 year old HVAC unit and the a/c wouldn't blow cool air. Called Lee's and they came out in just a few hours. Rudy Mireles discovered the problem right away had to pressurize the unit overnight he came first thing the next morning and recharged it. He will come back in 3 weeks to make sure it is still holding pressure. Overall great service!  We highly recommend!

We had Lees come out to do Maintanance for 3 hvac units. Julio was very thorough and after the maintenance he showed us pictures of some concerns on one unit. He explained the various performance readings and what they meant in relationship to the performance of the unit. Julio was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Lees for maintenance.

My SO wanted to get an air filter system in our house. He contacted Lee's and they needed to examine our HVAC system to see if it will be suitable to get the system. They came in on Wednesday evening and told me that my system will need some repair before we can get the system. It was reasonable and wanted to discuss with SO before anything.

Well, that evening our heater stopped working. I just got it worked on a few months ago and it was working real good. I work from home 3x a week so I have it on all they time. It was 8pm and just realized it. They offered to have someone come in at night or first thing in the morning. They sent someone first thing in the morning.

Unfortunately, I was not home and my mother told me later on that they informed her that it needed a part and the cost would be $800!! She also told me that it was blowing cold air. I was furious because we have a child and I felt my daughter the night we didn't have a heater and her little body was so cold. So I called myself and wanted to speak to a Supervisor. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful as I explained to her the situation. My problem was, that my system was working perfectly. They were not here to break/fix my unit, but to examine it. Now you are stating that I need to pay to get it fixed. The reasoning I had is like your taking your car for a diagnostic but break something while doing the diagnostic. Making an expense that wasn't there before.

The lady I spoke to stated the Supervisor was on the phone that I can wait or he can call me back. I asked for him to call me back. He did within 20 minutes. I explained to him the situation. He listened and told me he would call me back. He returned my phone call within a few minutes and informed me that they will be replacing the part for FREE and technician would be at my house within 30 minutes!

That is exactly what happened. When I got home the technician was there fixing my unit and explained after what happened.

I was so furious at this company for doing what they did but they took initiative of there mistake. I am VERY pleased with their professionalism and active/immediately response to make my home warm again for my family. I highly recommend this company.

I would like to thank Amanda, Tommy, and Freddy for excellent customer service. I was getting a second opinion more or less with a property i own in Fresno. Being 2 hours away and little knowledge of Fresno, a trustworthy and reliable HVAC company was of the utmost importance. I finally found them--Lee's!

Freddy explained to me about the issue and quoted me a fair price. He sent several pictures so i could see exactly what he was speaking of. Not once did he grow impatient with my lack of HVAC vernacular. Thank you, Freddy! Being female, oftentimes i am seen as unable to comprehend the issue. Don't waste your time calling them. Called to get a quote and just because the job would be difficult they said they would pass. Apparently they only take easy jobs? Didn't know snaking a roof vent on a tile roof would be that difficult, but if they can't handle something like that? And say that's difficult I rather take my business elsewhere.

Our a/c went out over Labor Day weekend, based on recommendations on NextDoor and Yelp we called Lee's (+ others to cover our bases) and Lee's was first to respond. We received a text indicating when the technician was on his way with his picture and a map attachment indicating where he is that one can follow. This kind of attention to detail and consideration continued throughout the service. We feel Alfredo was so professional, considerate, and thorough. We highly recommend Lee's.

i had a really bad  experience one guy came for a free  estimate and i told him i was gonna let them know if we  were going to go forward with the deal  And  before I knew a letter came in the mail with a credit card already  approve and i never said i want it  he lied to me he never told me I was going to apply for a credit card I was just being prequalified  that afected my credit and  because I didn't get it. Plus the  estimate came out to almost $10,000  And after 2  months I had it down for 5000 half the price  it was way too high a lot

We had a foundation leak ! Lee's came out and instead of having to jackhammer our entire kitchen floor, they found a way to redirect our pipes and fix the problem! I needed a replacement of a bent toilet flange. I had already taken the toilet off and the problem was readily identified. Lee's was the first place I called due to past experience and rating.  They would not give an estimate over the phone and would send a technician over to look at it. That would cost $49.00. OK so he came out and first tried to get us to sign up for a home warranty program which we declined. He then quoted $1,000!  Sent him packing and found another plumber who spoke about what I needed, asked for some pictures and quoted me $260.00

So we wasted their time, my time and my $49.00.

Lee's air Conditioning did a great job sending Ernesto M. out to catch a major malfunction and leak that another service technician failed to miss!! It was rare that a brand-new unit would fail so quickly but like I said Ernesto found the problem, took really good care of us and had a new unit installed.. Thank you Lee's Air and thank you to Ernesto for your hard work and dedication.

I don't know much about how my cooling system works but I know when it isn't working right!  I spoke with Tom at Lee's Air about one room being consistently hotter than another.  He offered several suggestions to figure out the issue.  Issue solved!  Thanks Lee's Air for helping me have a cooler summer!

Lees Air is a professional firm with a large residential and commercial business.   Lees Air is my choice for A/C and I'll tell you why.

1) They are honest.   They tell you what you need and don't need.
2) They give choices and clearly explain the issues.
3) They back up their service reputation.
4) They are the ONLY company that I have called at 10pm at night, with a broken A/C,  where they sent a tech out that evening to fix the issues.....nobody else would come.

That alone makes them the preferred choice for me,  and I use them for all my A/C needs.  A short story about integrity and standing behind the work.   They did a repair (expensive) for a dual capacitor in my upstairs A/C unit recently,  we bought the best one they had.   We found a work order from 2 years ago where they had replaced that capacitor (no fault of the tech).    There was a 2 year warranty on it,  but I appreciated the night visit and so they refunded me the cost of the original part and the service visit fee.  

The next act of MAJOR service was that the downstairs unit went out just 2 days later.   Lees Air came out to look at that.   The capacitor in that unit was again the problem, and there was a basic capacitor in there that they had installed 2 years previous as well.   All they were obligated to do was replace that part.  Instead,  the service manager told the tech to give us the upgraded top end unit (identical to the one we paid for) free of charge and just put it in with no service fee.  That would have cost us $400 normally,  and the fact that they recognized and took care of a repeat customer ensures that LeesAir will get our business for life.

Overall a great experience. Severo and Rene were respectful of my home and did their job in an efficient manner. Frank was great with his help in picking out a new unit. Ernesto was also very helpful when he came out to my initial appointment. He did so late on a Friday and I appreciate that. Same time the next week I had a brand new system and am very comfortable and happy in my home.

Excellent service, very professional. Put in a request online, was contacted within 1 hour (this was on a Sunday!)

I arranged an appt for the next day, two very polite and helpful men came out, diagnosed the problem, showed the necessary fix with a fair price (it always seems expensive for this sort of thing, like taking your car to the shop!) but they took the time to explain the problem, what needed replacing, what the replacement part would cost etc. I agreed to the fix and price, they had it all set within an hour and we have perfect working AC again!

Will recommend this company to others with confidence from now on. Better for sure then waiting for my husbands cousin who used to work on AC units to try to sort it out, no thanks I'll take a professional any day of the week.

Despite the great reviews on this company I would not recommend to repair/ replace air conditioner. The service guy who came out to look at my AC was not truthful in how they needed to proceed with repairs. First they told me they needed to replace the motor & once that was fixed they would be able to diagnose other issues like the coil. When we Talked about the option of a new unit they could not give me a quote & said someone else would need to come out for the estimate because they would need to check the duct condition. He ended up giving me an unofficial estimate of 7-8k. We decided to go with another company who told us (without sharing our experience with Lee's) the coil would've gone out shortly. He did not need to replace a $540 motor to tell us that. Going through someone else we saved thousands of dollars. Not to mention we felt way more at ease we were not being gouged. The guy from Lee's was friendly, but disappointing to find out he misinformed us.

After years of dealing with home warranties we finally decided to get a new HVAC system for our home. My husband called Lee's Air and they jumped into action. We had two new A/C units installed in our house and we couldn't be happier with our experience. They were quick, responsive, professional and followed through on every promise. As a homeowner, one of my primary fears has always been finding myself up against a major plumbing issue, and at the mercy of a plumbing technician with questionable qualifications and dubious business practices. So when my toilets and showers started backing up in my home that hadn't exactly had any improvements since the 1960s, I was terrified. Visions of hefty price tags for crude work were causing me many a sleepless night. Let me assure you, however, this story has a happy ending.

Having owned an older home in the Fresno area since 2002, I have had to call many a local plumber over the years. For various reasons, I have never been satisfied enough with their work to give them a second call; it was always right back to the yellow pages, in hopes of having better luck elsewhere. I have complete confidence in saying that those days are over! I will only be calling Lee's Air from now on, for all my plumbing and air-conditioning needs. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Plumbing Technician Ben arrived sharply at the scheduled time, proceeded to don gear to protect my flooring, and assessed the situation with me in tow, whilst thoroughly explaining each step in the procedure to find the root of the problem, and why it was necessary. His professionalism, pleasant demeanor, and demonstration of his vast occupational experience immediately put me at ease, and I started to feel hope that maybe, just maybe, things would turn out ok for my poor clogged pipes.

As I had feared, although somewhat suspected, a tree on the property had snaked its voracious roots into a sewer pipe, choking my drainage. Ben assured me that this was a very common problem, and went over in detail the various potential solutions and the pricing for each procedure. It was very evident that he wanted to ensure I was comfortable with both procedure and cost, even going so far as to outline various financing options that luckily weren't needed. Throughout our interactions, it was clear that customer satisfaction was his #1 objective.

Aforementioned happy ending: Ben was able to solve the immediate issue, save the tree for future generations to enjoy, and install a highly functional means of maintaining the sewer line, should this become problematic in the future. Not only did he do all this with a smile, but he went out of his way to ensure the work area was cleaned and secured, even tidying up my driveway from the incidental dirt. I have never had a more positive experience with a Plumbing Technician, and I will definitely contact Lee's Air in the future. Many thanks, Ben!

We recently bought a house in Clovis that was in immaculate condition but the shower was not working properly as it has a pendant-style head as well as a traditional shower head.  We contacted another well-known plumbing company in town that sent out a technician.  The tech looked at the problem for the better part of an hour but eventually told us that the problem was with the plumbing behind the wall and it would require a huge demo to access the pipes to fix.  However, we reached out to Lee's Air for a second opinion as we use them for our HVAC system.  The tech looked at it and asked for his supervisor to come help.  After a few weeks of research, they found the problem to be simply a wrong cartridge used in the original installation.  About $500 later, the problem was fixed with no demo needed.  In my opinion, Lee's Air went way out of the normal and easy path to help solve this problem.  They also saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary demo costs.   We are fans for sure.

I wanted to update my original review, since it's been 6 months since we had the work completed. I must say, the rebates did come as promised about 2 months after completion. We have been through most of Fresno's summer at this update (We are about to go into August). Not sure if we are saving a ton of money because of the vague rates that PG&E charge, but after the installation of the complete duct system, our house stays a lot cooler. The two hallway intake vents have been professionally sealed, along with the vents in the ceiling for the old swamp cooler. You'd never be able to tell where they were. I highly recommend Lee's.

I've been with Lee's for over a year now and have found this company very reliable, honest and total customer focus.  One of the best companies in the valley.  They will do everything they can to get a technician out the same day - this is a must in Fresno's summers.  Nothing worse than air conditioning problems in the middle of summer!  Recently had technician come to my house (Allen) - he didn't leave until he was satisfied everything was working correctly.  Highly recommend this company.  I plan to be a long term customer.

Our air conditioning began to blow warm air in intervals for a couple of weeks we called Lee's air conditioning and we had a service tech come out that Monday which I was very impressed with the speed and reliability. The technician that arrived was very polite and respectable however for the diagnosis that he gave us he immediately jumped to recommending that we replace our entire unit with potential for ductwork. We called another air conditioning company who came out and gave us the option of replacing the part that needed replacing or installing a new unit but we felt we were not given that option with Lee's air conditioning it felt more like there was a sales quota to be met . I wouldn't give this place a bad review because they were efficient timely and friendly however I would recommend getting a second opinion before doing any major repairs or replacement.

I had some issues of great concerns and spoke with Rose.  She immediately addressed my issues with Josue.  I'm very grateful for the quality of service from this company.  Josue was a delight and ensured I was pleased with the resolutions.  I can't thank both Josue and Rose enough for helping me fix the problem.

Needed a wireless thermostat/receiver installed. Contacted Lee's on Friday, Bailey had a technician out on Saturday. Pedro, the technician, was EXCELLENT, and had the system up and running in less than an hour. I highly recommend them.

I got a whole new HVAC system from Lee's a few months ago. I'm already crazy about them; they followed through on all promises and didn't charge nearly as much as I thought I'd end up paying. The system is super efficient, very silent, and I really love it. But that's not all. Got that form letter from PG&E today that usually told me my house was substandard in energy use compared to others. This time, my rating was GREAT, using 31% less energy than efficient homes. Is that wonderful, or what? I'm stoked!  Lee's forever!

Your can't go wrong with Lee's! Our technician's name was Pete. What a wonderful guy and so efficient. First thing he did was put covers on his feet laid down tarps to keep everything clean. He was quick and so friendly. Don't make a mistake and call someone else, make sure you call Lee's!

Our AC/Heating unit went out and had to replace everything. Read the reviews and called Lee's. 2017 we  replaced the whole unit. Fast forward to April 2018. Turned on AC and it wouldn't work. Lee's came out the next day. Mind you this is a BRAND new unit. The tech said the fan motor was NOT good! WTH, BRAND new unit. Don't you check everything before you leave?? Good thing we decided to turn on early before the heat. Since this is a BRAND new unit they are going to replace. So frustrating after spending a fortune on this BRAND new unit. Not Happy!!

Alfred was right on time and per arrangement, he called me 20 minutes before his arrival.   He is very knowledgeable and informative. He quickly noticed what the previous repairman had performed incorrectly two years ago. Alfred was able to make the needed repairs, so we could have cool air again. I would definitely recommend him and Lee's Air!!!

Armando was amazing and wowed me as soon as he got into my house. He was actually ahead of schedule, way ahead which was actually better cuz we had a long day ahead. He was super honest with us about what we requested and we had no idea about anything and he clearly explained everything.

I was just blown away and did not expect it. We just moved into a house and we are looking to have a real energy efficient home and it is way too soon to get a tankless water heater and he did not recommend one for us right now, which saved us around $6,000. Armando has even got our gas fireplace working which we had no idea how to get it on.

We will definitely be keeping this business in our pockets and will contact them in the future for anything they can work on. Thank you Armando for bringing your pleasurable smile and business into our new home. Definitely added a little more sunshine to our day.

They were pretty booked but put me on a cancellation list.  Low and behold there was a cancellation and Francisco Ramos came over much sooner.  He was really great!  Diagnosed the problem and we were able to fix our air conditioner that day!  2 days later the temperature got up to 114%.  Would definitely recommend them!

I see all these commercials so I called for service. After three tries, still no answer. Left two messages and never received a  call back. Maybe they should spend more money on customer service and not so much on silly commercials. I called another company and my issue was resolved within 24 hours.

My AC went out on a Sunday so there was a $69 extra fee to come out. The issue was diagnosed Sunday and the repairs were performed on that following Tuesday. The house got up to 92* and we were miserable. Wish we could have gone someplace to get cool but it's not possible for us. The tech had to leave in the middle of the repair because he wasn't feeling well and he did look like he was overheating himself. I supplied both techs with some cold water while working because it was hot and I too worked in this valley in this heat and wished someone would do the same for me. They sent another tech right away and he finished the job with no trouble. (I hope Derek is okay) It was an expensive repair, however, major parts were replaced. It's the day after and I'm satisfied with the results. Everyone was polite and courteous. I'm considering taking them up on their maintenance plan of $200+ a year for peace of mind. I would use them again unless I were to find another qualified company that's less expensive, and moreso, willing to get the job done sooner since we're not in the best health and had to suffer longer than we hoped. There was no preferential treatment for the handicapped.

When I first read reviews on Yelp for Lee's Air, I thought I had found the solution to my AC indecision. Now I wonder just how valid some of them are. I agree, this company has very high standards for cleanliness. They will surely put on booties and clean up any debris. Each of the two times Aaron came to my home that was pointed out. But my big decision involved replacing my dual packaged, roof mount and replacing the entire ducting in the attic. Here again, there numerous emails between us from mid Sept to first of Nov. A couple of Aaron's emails were to correct the brand of the unit and size of the unit that we discussed. The duct work, as presented was not under question for workmanship. I'm confident, that would have been among the best.
Some reviews mention how quickly, when decisions are made, the work goes forward briskly. Having spoken to and met with several companies, when they send a salesperson, you need to remember that there is a separate salary that is a part of the overhead. I mention this because every line item, except the inspection, had a much higher quote price. With AC unit, ducting and all the additional costs for t-stat, permits, stand....$1,400, Lee's Air was considerably higher than any other, by $3,000 and more. BUT, there was this PG&E rebate. I kept getting assurances, from the sales person, that my rebate would be at least $2K and maybe a little more. So I was basing my consideration on this. Because the company, with it's reviews, and presentation seemed to be solid. THEN, when I thought I was ready to sign, but had one more question, Aaron showed up, eager to sign, but could not answer, with assurance my question--actually two. SIZE of the unit, for which he originally quoted me a 3T unit because, it appeared that you were receiving other estimates for 3 ton systems. And followed this with a 4T unit quote. I didn't want the 3.5T unit because 2-stage cooling was only available in full ton units for the brand I wanted. AND again, the rebate! I could never get more than, based on my experience, and then the contract he was ready for me to sign, had a disclaimer regarding the rebate. In other words, it could be $500 or $0. Or $2000. My guess!
Reading that contract, I backed up to give it over night thought. Sent one more and last email. No answer.  I will say, I finally, in desperation, made a call to the PG&E rebate phone # I found online and spoke to a very patient and helpful gal, Stacie. She answered a lot of questions that Aaron had not. She gave me a lot of advice that Aaron had not. In the end, I am so happy with my decision. And ironically, I didn't even have to send ONE email. My unit is in. I didn't need complete new duct work. The owner, himself, did the estimate. He ordered a duct test to be done to see what I really needed! AND he talked me into the 3.5T unit. He had the most sound reason of anyone why I should not have a 4T unit. Perhaps the 3T 2 stage could have worked. But I feel really good with the tremendous improvement in the air flow.  
I'm sure if you just need service on a unit or t-stat, Lee's Air would be awesome. But for a whole new system with so many options, you are going to pay for those booties!!

Excellent Service! My A/C stopped working around 7:30 on a Friday night and the temperature was around 105 degrees outside. I called Lee's and they had a tech at my house in about an hour and a half. After about 2 hours the problem was fixed and I had a full service on my A/C unit.

Before I called Lee's I called another A/C company in Fresno. When I spoke to the other company they told me that they could not get a tech out until Monday morning (remember this is Friday and it is over 100 degrees). I thought to myself there is no way I can wait until Monday. Once I called Lee's I told them I needed someone ASAP because I have a small baby at the house. He guaranteed me he would get someone out there to fix the problem. Once the tech was at my house we started to talk and he informed me that they were extremely busy that night and all of his other techs were busy with other jobs and that he really doesn't do service calls anymore. After further conversation I found out that he was actually the owner. He promised me someone would look at my A/C unit and he personally came out to my house to make sure the job got done.

This by far was one of the best experiences and service that I have every received from a local business. Going forward this is the only A/C company I will use. The price was also very reasonable.

I have no problem with the work they did. The problem I have is the outrageous price. Yes I signed the contract. I didnt understand what a flat rate company is.  They dont itemize the invoice. Not even the tax.  I paid 650 for a straightforward toilet replacement. And i supplied the toilet.  It was not an emergency call. Bad on me, but I learned my lesson. Wont be using them again.

We love their mode of communication! They text you to remind you of your appointment with a photo of the technician.  We appreciate that extra layer of safety that the company provides.  The technician contacted us to let us know that he was finishing with a customer, and gave us a time frame as to when he would arrive. He was friendly, put shoe covers on (we love that), and he was very thorough in explaining our problem and that we would receive a follow up email.  What a great young man, we are very happy that we chose Lee's for our heating/ air conditioning needs.  As far as we're concerned, Lee's is the Cadillac of air conditioning companies.  We have, and will continue to recommend.

I needed two new HVAC units /furnaces so I had my mom coordinate after I made appointments with various contractors. Lees came out and wanted over $40,000 for the two systems. Other companies were more reasonable at around $6000 per unit. Lee's just rips people off. It wasn't even a top of the line unit.

PLEASE make sure you get other quotes before using this company.  We have used them for years however this last time they came the guy charged us $400+ to unclog a line for our kitchen sink, our bad for not asking for a quote first...we trusted them since we have used them many many times before.  We also needed to replace the kitchen sink disposal in which he tried to tell us it would be an additional $800.  When my husband told him we've been customers for years and that seemed pretty high, he asked the guy if he could call the office and double check that quote with them to which the guy rudely said No, I can't.  He said we could go buy the disposal for about $150-200 and he could install it and it would only take about 45 minutes or so...so then my husband said...sooooo, that means we are paying you $600 for 45 minutes of labor?  The guys said, Well if you want to look at it that way.  What other way is there to look at it??? So when asked if we wanted to make an appointment to replace the disposal we kindly said, yeah no thank you.  My husband went to Lowe's to purchase the disposal...$150+ and we called a handyman who came within a few days and only charged us $100 to install which he did within 30 minutes.  $250 vs $800...that's a pretty HUGE price difference.  My point is...they majorly PRICE GOUGE so PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND GET QUOTES ELSEWHERE EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS!!!  We called other places and they quoted us HALF of what Lee's quoted us at the most.  Even Lowe's said if we purchase one they could come install it for $200...that's less than 1/2 of what Lee's quoted.  I could go on about the last time they came to fix a leak in my faucet...which ended with us needing to replace the sink...but you get my point...

Lees sent an inexperienced young man who did not understand how to install a new $70 Delta bathroom faucet.  I told the telephone operator that the work space was very small and the plumber was about 250+ pounds.  He also did not explain the more recent governmental flow restrictions of the new faucet compared to the old faucet he replaced for $700+.  So when I called about poor flow, his supervisor had to come out again and explain it and make adjustments.
Then they wanted $600+ more to replace the trap.
Then the water did not drain properly.  Two guys showed up.  One fiddled with something in the trap area and pulled out the stopper, gasket, and spring clip for $99.
They also used language that implied one thing to me and a lot more money to them and they knew it.  THEY KNEW IT.  VERY MANIPULATIVE.
A new bathroom faucet $1500.  Is somebody kidding me?
Never again.  No more Lees.

I needed someone to look at my 2 units and get them ready for the summer that is coming fast. 1 unit was having issues with the fan motor, the other just wanted it checked out so I didn't have to make another call the following week. Ya never know, they gave me a time frame between 3-5pm and at 4 I received a call and they let me know it was going to be closer to 5pm. I received another call from the technician at about 4:30 and he was on his way. This is good because it's always nice to know what's going on with the appointment. Two guys showed up, David (I think that was his name) I believe he is the veteran and the other guy was a little newer to the business as he did the maintenance stuff and both very professional very good communicators with what was what. Respected my home, my pets, and my Family. Covered shoes the whole nine yards, only reason for 4 stars?.....  The trainee/apprentice forgot to put the cover back on my attic access in the ceiling, which is upstairs and I had to lug my ladder up there that night before bed. Small thing I know, but I had to work! They did a great job, and that was about 2 weeks ago and all is well.

Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the President of the company. Let me just say that they truly care and listen to their customers thoughts and do everything to make sure it does not happen again, I will not say how or why but he made it right. Stand up company.

Be careful. I received a quote for $4,000 in repairs. They said I didn't have any Freon and they said I needed to repair a part that costs $3,000 plus additional costs. I decided to go with a second opinion even though I paid them for an estimate. I'm glad I did because it turned out I had Freon and on the list of repairs they gave me I only needed one and that costs me $130.
Update: I spoke to the president of the company and they said that when they give an estimate they are thorough and they give you the price of what other issues they see that may need to be repaired down the road. That's ridiculous. It's like going to a mechanic and they give you an estimate but then they give recommendations except when this company gives you the quote it doesn't say recommendation. They make it seem like you need all those repairs in order for your air conditioner to function.  They don't list it as a recommendation. My AC has been running for 4 months now without any problems and I'm sure it'll be another 5 years before I need to make all those repairs they said I absolutely needed done in order for my AC to work.  I may not even own the home by then so our would have been a waste if money.

We needed our A/C drain pipe cleaned out.  Lee's Air was very easy and quick to get an appt. with.  They messaged when on their way.  I loved that their message included a photo of the repair man that would be soon arriving!  They were super friendly and knowledgeable and did the job in a timely manner.  I did think the price was a bit high for the job that was done, but I am glad they did the job right and cheaper is not always better.  I would feel totally comfortable recommending them to friends and family.

On 8/21/19, I used Lee's Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing to install a new toilet in my home. This was my first time using this service, and I can honestly say the service was excellent. Michael Sanders, Plumber, was professional, as well as personable. He went above and beyond to complete the job to ensure our satisfaction. Upon completion of the installation he removed all related materials and even discarded the boxes. After installing the toilet, he informed us a a yearly repair service offered by Lee's for an annual fee which would help fray repair costs for future projects. Because of the service provided by Plumber, Michael Sanders as a representative of Lee's I would highly recommend using Lee's for quality, affordable, and professional service. I will definitely use them for future service needs, and will refer all family and friends to Lee's.

With all the great reviews and responses I figured I call them to get some help with my AC wasn't blowing cold air.

Left them two voicemails and then they called me back after 2 days. I know it was busy season.
Then they made an appointment for initial estimate and gave me a window. Ended up having to take time off work which was fine cause I needed them to fix the unit. Well I wait for 3 hrs they don't show up. I call them and they return my call next day saying so sorry we will have someone out there next day.
Well no one showed up n I ended up going with PDS and they were reliable on time and reasonable and very easy to work with.

There's nothing like having your A/C unit crap out on you when the Summer season starts.  Luckily, Lee's Air was there.  Our A/C unit was over 30 years old when we had just purchased the house Fall of 2020.  

Here's a quick back story to be in the know. Before turning on the A/C unit, we contacted another A/C company to service our unit.  That company said there were several problems with the unit. The capacitor needed to be replaced and there was a leak. The unit was losing its refrigerant. They fixed both but informed us that the leak may need to be addressed in the future.  Sure enough, a week later, it stopped cooling. We contacted another company (since the first company was closed on Sundays) who mentioned there was a leak. They also informed us that they could fix the problem but it would continue to to be a problem because the unit was older and it was similar to a jug with a hole in that still leaked even after patching it up. So we decided to get a new unit altogether.

We started getting quotes ranging from $5800 to $18k. After weighing out the pros and cons of each company and how fast we could get it installed, we went with Lee's Air.  It was more on the pricier side but their warranty a long with their reputation gave us a really good feeling.

Despite there being some miscommunication, Lee's was able to rectify the situation to provide excellent customer service. I recommend them and thank them for keeping the house cool and for keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. From giving us the quote to installing the unit and finally scheduling the permits for both the city and state.  They made everything easy for me! Thanks again!

Wow! This company is wonderful! Needed plumbing on a Sunday and within 2 hours Ebert B. was at our house to save the day! Very professional, great service and explained everything to us to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. Went above and beyond. In fact, we needed to replace our AC unit sometime this year and Aaron was able to come out the same day (Sunday) within one hour to inspect it. Needless to say, we got our plumbing repaired and a new AC unit today. I am beyond impressed with this company and will recommend them to anyone!

Everything about the service was great! From my first phone call (with Sarah) and the AC repair (with Ernesto) they were pleasant and efficient. I was panicking because this is the hottest week so far and our AC busts! I call early in the morning and Sarah told me she'd put me on an urgency list if an opening came up but also gave me an appointment for the next day. Her phone etiquette and likability speaks volumes about this business! Then not even 30min later I get a call saying someone will be at the house between 11-1pm the SAME day!! Ernesto came right on time and was able to assess the problem quickly. He got me a quote and fixed it right then and there. His professionalism and skills are wonderful! He was even so sweet to my little toddler son! I highly recommend Lee's Air for your needs, they are amazing!

They told me it would be a $49.00 flat fee. Which was true. What they didn't tell me was that the pressure test would be $1200.00. This was something that could have been revealed over the phone, not when the service tech got to the property.  I knew if there was to be repairs that he would have to give a total for that after he he looked over the problem. Time was wasted by one of my people and there people because after he told me about the pressure test cost, I sent him back to his office. I felt the price was excessive and so did the gentlemen that meet him to let him in to do the work.

Called on a Sunday, was charged $170 for somebody to come out to check my AC. Tech quoted me $1,500 for 1 fan motor and claimed my freon was low despite not having the compressor on to check any pressure/levels. I was then presented with 3 different price estimates with the lowest amount being $1,500 for just the fan and highest being $2,500 for the fan, other items, and a warranty. As a female homeowner, I felt taken advantage of when I later found out the fan part was less than $100 and my freon wasn't low. Lee's air is dishonest and I do NOT recommend.

Coming home from a day out and about we found our air conditioning not working. The first thing we did was look up a reliable company that would meet our needs late in the evening.  My wife gave them a call and shortly after we had them on our roof repairing the broken ac unit. I've used Lee's Air in the past for some plumbing issues, namely changing out a 17 year old water heater in the garage for a updated 50 gallon water heater. Work was done professionally and quickly by Michael, the service technician. We're happy with the
installation and the amount of hot water we can use when guests visit and when the dishwasher and washing machine are running at the same time.

Excellent service! Jose and his coworker did an amazing job on my heater. What really stood out to me was how friendly they were and how they are willing to go over and beyond for me. A bunch of lights went out on my house the night before and they walked over and checked the breakers for me and fixed it! They most definitely did not have to offer to help me or fix my lights. It didn't affect the lights where the heater was. I am a single mom of 3 so them fixing the lights meant a lot to me. I can not speak highly enough of Jose and his coworker. I wish I knew his name since he's the one he fixed the breaker. I am now a customer for life with Lee's. Thank you Lee's!!! So glad I called these guys first!

Our technician was Eric Franklin, and he came out to fix a broken heater. Our heater is a really old roof unit, so we weren't surprised that several very expensive parts needed to be cleaned or replaced to get it working again. But Eric made the experience as quick and easy as possible, and got the heat working again before we had to leave town!

We decided to try Lee's because of David Airoso, one of their Supervisors. David transferred to Lee's from Marthedal Solar Air & Heating after Lee's acquired Marthedal in 2021. David is very honest with his customers and knowledgable. He keeps his word and follows-up too! A rare quality these days! It seems to come easy for David to be both a loyal employee & honest with his customers as well. Those are two qualities I would want in my employees if I owned  a business.    
We have had a couple glitches/hiccups with Lee's, but they seem to be trying hard to make sure we are happy. So no complaints there. If that changes I will update my review. The annual cost for membership has gone up a lot,
so not sure if we will renew next year.
For now, we are with Lee's because of David Airoso.

Fantastic experience with Lee's! I was in a complete jam with two days to spare until I had company staying over. My air conditioner was blowing warm air and I was in panic mode as Fresno's temperature soared to the 90's-100's. Hosting guests without air conditioning would be an absolute nightmare for both parties. I called Lee's letting them know about my situation. From the initial call, they were super friendly. She was very understanding and quoted me 2 hours for a technician to arrive. Jose, the technician arrived in 1 hour! As you can imagine, I was shocked. Maybe because most service companies I've had experience with like to take their sweet time. He inspected the system and gave me my options. I agreed to them. He had the parts ready to go and fixed it that day. Lee's - you are a life saver! I cannot thank you enough for everything!

Allen the service tech, was professional and cordial. Can expect quality services and the response time was very efficient. I would recommend Lees air.

It was not clear to me at the time I requested the service,  that the service fee would not apply to repairs. However, they worked to help solve the communication gap and  I was a satisfied customer!

The BEST!! David and Jorge are such professionals! They repaired a botched job another company did on my AC. They went above and beyond any other company I've ever dealt with! So knowledgeable cool and collected! Lee's brought me a portable AC to use during the down time! 10 stars! Then comes Jesse! Also the BEST! Replaced my water heater including replacing the CORRECT copper pipe which meant routing it under my house to the outside. Jorge also assisted Jesse on this job too. Very impressed! Thank you all at Lee's including all who I spoke with evey time I called in!

Hello, my husband and I became 1st home buyers in 2013.  We quickly realized that it is extremely difficult to upkeep the home. There weren't anymore landlords that we could call to fix everything or anything.  Any issue that arose with our new home we had to resolve ourselves. The first issue that we had started with our roof. It started leaking the day after warranty expired, I called the company thinking that since it only had been 24 hours that our warranty ended they might still help. We were wrong!  After one year of going back and fourth with the roofers that ended up subcontracting and causing more damage. They right their wrongs instead they dodged our calls
So we were left with a bitter taste In our mouths.

On a lighter note, my brother recommended Lee's Air for our AC issue. Lee's Air explained about the hero program. When we had Lee's Air come and check out our two story home.  We had cool spots and extremely hot spots in our home. Lee's Air came to out rescues, they were respectful, punctual, clean and always were a phone call away, over all I give them an A++. I would recommend them and only them.

My water heater began leaking, so I reached out to Lee's Air Plumbing and Heating. They scheduled an appointment and came out to inspect the problem. After looking at my leak, they tried to convince me that, to fix my problem, I needed to replace my entire system: my hot water heater, my heater, AND my air conditioner.  They overwhelmed me with multiple invoices for my problem, $3,500 as a fix that included replacing my other units, $4,800 as a temporary band aid fix, and another mystery invoice for $3421 that I was told wasn't an option and was sent to me by mistake. I was so stressed and frustrated... they were telling me these were my only options, I didn't like any of them, and meanwhile my water heater was still leaking while I was trying to make up my mind what to do.
I talked to my dad, and he suggested I get a second opinion. I scheduled a competitor to come out and look at my problem, and after hearing my story, he rolled his eyes. He quoted me a price to fix my problem of $200... which I was happy to pay. It turned out my problem was a corroded water hose that needed to be replaced.
Lee's Air Conditioning Plumbing and Heating should not be used or trusted for any reason. Look elsewhere for your AC Plumbing and Heating repair needs.

Spending a lot of time at home during the COVID-19 pandemic we discovered a leak in our water heater.  I went online to look for a plumber that could come out to check out the problem  My husband reminded me that Lees Air also does plumbing.  I immediately called Lee's Air for an appointment and left a message since it was Sunday.  Monday morning, I got a call from their office.  The receptionist was very friendly and when I asked about their technicians and if they go through a screening process she replied they did.  She was good to reassure me that all their technicians had a protocol to follow which included: gloves, social distancing (as much as they could), health review, etc which made me feel they were doing everything they could to ensure the safety of their technicians as well as their customers.  An appointment was set during the week. Ebert Bissett called early and asked if we could switch times.  Since I'm home, I agreed to the time change, plus I was already up.  He arrived and reassured me about their health screening.  He was thorough and seeing I was confident and feeling safe with the answers he provided, he got to work.  He gave me a quote and being satisfied with the amount, he got right to work.  After the job was done, he explained everything IN DETAIL and was very patient; which I appreciate very much because I had a huge amount of questions.  Never once did he rush me nor made me feel like my questions were irrelevant but answered one by one like a true professional.  After our conversation he went on his merry way leaving everything clean.  He did exceptionally well and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing.

All I can say is Tyson is the man! I own a flower shop in Fresno and the cooler went out. My product will not last unless the air conditioning is working properly and I had many orders to fill. I spoke with Tyson and he was able to send someone out immediately.

Thank you again for working with me and helping me stay in business. It's hard to predict AC issues but these guys responded quickly and understood the urgency of my situation.

I Call Lee's Air and Plumbing As it was recommended to me I needed to have an air conditioning unit inspected and a water leak issue. After trying to make an appointment with the receptionist which was very difficult she seem to be very confused the appointment was set and this was for two separate Units in the same apartment building. After spending over 10 minutes on the phone with the person they told me that I needed to be present I advised them and they knew that I am in Los Angeles as I manage the apartment building and I'm out of the area but that the tenant would be present.
They informed me that they could not inspect the unit and therefore I cancel the appointment I find this ridiculous and for that reason I would not recommend this company. There is no reason why I would have to be present they gave me a price of $99 for the inspection which I was gladly willing to pay with a credit card once they arrived and provided me with an estimate but they chose to not even take the appointment I do not recommend this company.

A really easy local business to deal with.

I've contacted them a few times now and they have a dispatcher on the phone answering calls. They've always been friendly and efficient.

Initial call-out is something around $60 (if I recall correctly) which I think is typical. They usually work in pairs.

Most recently we had them out to install a new water heater. Everything is a package deal. I think it's a big pricier than other vendors but it was super easy and for something like this I will totally pay for the convenience. Everything is licensed, booking an appointment was seamless, they came on time and did the work in the time frame promised. I trust that they know the best unit and I didn't have to shop or do any guesswork. They also recommended a unit based on its efficiency (they said the 50L is more efficient than the 40L - they would know), it's made in the USA so they know there aren't delays for delivery, and it sounds like if we need any repairs they will know how to fix it.

They also scheduled the city to come out for an inspection, which was also quick and easy.

For bigger projects like this they were also very flexible with payment and took credit or debit and payments in instalments.

My only reason for not making it 5 stars is the price and one slight issue -- I think if you contract a company for a big project like this they ought to make the call-out free for the initial visit.

We haven't had our tankless water heater maintenance in years because we didn't know it should be cleaned out, so we called Lee's Air. They were able to come out the next day. When they did, they looked at our system and said it was older than 7 years so they couldn't service it. I could've saved $49 if they would've asked some preliminary questions about my tankless water heater before scheduling to come out if they know they don't service older systems.

This is more of an update to my previous review, I'm normally quite happy with Lee's air overall and I guess maybe I could of voiced my concerns before, this is some immediate advice for some people who are thinking of upgrading your AC unit . Whatever advice that is given at whatever unit their recommending, ask for a unit bigger than what is recommended. What was installed for me works for the most part but they don't account for heat waves,  anytime it hits over 102 degrees my unit struggles to hit 77 degrees and stays on 78 for the longest time. Now it's 106 outside and it can't keep it at 78 its risen to 79 and struggling. I get this is 1st world struggles but coughing up 13 grand doesn't exactly sit well with anyone would it? They ask a lot of questions but I don't think much of it mattered? It didn't fix my issues with what was asked, it felt like a survey that won't matter after the fact. I don't want others have buyers remorse. My old unit maybe inefficient but it blew very cold air and at very high air flows. This weirdly feels like a cool breeze that you may or may not feel from time to time and inconsistent with all rooms. Some rooms thankfully my child's room and master bed room are fine but my kitchen and office room and living room... I don't know...

We had a hot water pipe break in the slab under our master bathroom recently, on a Saturday. After checking around, we decided to go with Lee's. Very happy with the whole process, from beginning to end. Ebert came out to check out the problem, the following Monday. He was very good about going over all our options, and we decided to go with a hot water re-pipe. After contacting the office, he said that they would be able to start the next day, and Ebert promised us we'd have hot water to at least our master bathroom before they left. The next day (Tuesday), Ebert showed up with Alex, and the two of them went to work and, true to his word, they delivered! That night my wife and I had a hot shower after three days of cold ones. Nice ! They returned on Wednesday and wrapped everything up in short order. Ebert coordinated with the office to schedule an inspection as soon as possible, and schedule a wallboard crew to come out the following Monday to do the patching. The inspection passed and the wallboard guys came out first thing Monday to do the patching. They went out of their way to match all the paints and make all the patches virtually invisible. Ebert, Alex and the wallboard crew, were all very professional, courteous, neat and seemed genuinely concerned with doing things to our satisfaction.
    Overall, Lee's Air seems very committed to customer service and satisfaction and while they may not be the cheapest, they are definitely worth the cost, if you want a painless experience and to end up with a quality job using only the best products, installed by a very professional crew! I highly recommend them for HVAC or plumbing needs.

Having an issue with my bath tub faucet I didn't know where to begin. After exhausting my DIY knowledge I cringed needing to call a professional both for my pride and fear of being taken advantage of. Thankfully I stumbled upon the number for Lee's and after the tech MICHAEL SANDERS came out, his attitude and professionalism helped put me as ease and he is excellent at his job and was able to help me fix the issue. After the great experience I had with Michael, I will now continue to use Lee's for my future needs and will certainly be requesting Michael. Thank you

After posting my original review, Lee's reached out to me in a professional manner so I am adjusting my rating and review.  Be aware there is a charge for estimates, which they will apply towards any work they do.  Their quote to replace my water heater was 5x higher than the licensed plumber I ended up using.  After speaking with Lee's, I believe this resulted from inconsistent code enforcement from the city, rather than what I initially thought was pushing an unnecessary and expensive relocation of the unit.  I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, since everyone I have dealt with was professional and nice.  It does re-enforce why getting more than one bid is essential with home repairs.

If you don't like having A/C and heating that you can rely on this is not the company for you! The ladies in the office are total sweethearts, they always have the answers to any questions I may have. The technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient! Love working with this company! Our air went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Micah came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem same day. The service was fast and efficient as well as friendly. Don't call anyone else. Call Lees. We have been a customer for 12 yrs and all technicians are wonderful. J&M Kelley

Good, professional service.  The AC condenser fan motor failed during the height of summer season.  A friendly technician showed up on time, promptly completed the repair.  That is the good news.  

But the cost of service seems to be on the high side.  Fan motor and capacitor  cost around $170 in Amazon.  The service cost though $573.  Yahoo search shows the average cost for motor replacement $ 250 to $450.  The company charges $99 for diagnosis, the fee is not deducted even if you go ahead with the service.

MONTHS AGO, I had air, conditioner service and gave it a 5 star and even bought a 200+, service plan for plumbing,  heat and air conditioning service.  FREE inspection.  On Friday 11-19-21 I  had Air Service, Yang great service he gets 5stars.  THE BIG Zero stars goes to plumbing.  PLUMBING cam over Monday 11-22-21,  I had a leaky faucet hose.  I had the spare part.  They wanted 185.00 to replace  the faucet hose that I bought. And they were already replacing it without permission.  My wife told them no, my husband can do it.  Then they wanted to charge 40.00 for the visit.  My wife explained the plan we bought,  only then they said it was free.  THE inspection was a JOKE. If you are wondering I was a work during this time.  The next day it took me 10 minutes to replace.  Asking why I did not do it before?  I originally thought I had the wrong part. Only good thing was that they told my wife we had the right part.   PEOPLE do YOUR plumbing business elsewhere, not Lee's.

We recently had Lee's out to estimate a waterline to our fridge. The service man came out and told us it would be a little over $1000.00. We had previously spoke to Vern's plumbing a few months before and they stated it would be between $300-$400. Unfortunately Vern's is no longer around. So  we called out Lee's. My husband told the service man we would just pay for the estimate but would not have the work done. The service man seemed shocked by this and told my husband the price is just gonna go up we found another plumbing company in Fresno the next week and only paid $250.

Okay, I'm getting frustrated to These guys are great!  Overall, I'll focus on the positive. One of the office staff members was clear in assisting me,  to get the plumber to do some repairs.  I just didnt know he was coming.  Dustin the plumber did fairly good work initially,  and when we had some issues, he returned quickly to resolve all our complaints.  Hats off to Josue in management. You took control of this case, and made things happen. Also, you gave a terrific deal to make this a positive outcome, besides listening when I was irate, which I'm told is not easy to deal with. No hard feelings in the end here.

Jose B. from Lee's Air was awesome - he was able to come to our home earlier than our scheduled appointment and relieve us from sweltering in 100+ degree Fresno in July heat after our AC motor needed replacing. I highly recommend Lee's and I will use them in the future.

We came home from vacation and our kitchen sink was extremely backed up and after a good attempt we had to call a plumber. I didn't know who to call so I looked on Yelp and called Lee's because they had good reviews and they were Awesome! Brandon explained everything he was going to do and have us the price prior to doing the job. The cost was very reasonable and less than I expected. Then he set up and within minutes took care of our huge problem!  I literally wanted to hug him! Then he took the time to go over other things we want to improve at our home, answering our million questions. We will definitely be calling back when we're ready to do the improvements.

Changing my opinion. Customer service from Lee's was persistent and amazing following up with me. Which I didn't really expect but was overjoyed with their solution and explanation. Customer service was the best I have ever seen from any company.
