Called Pablo regarding my master bathroom faucet leaking issue(s) on Tuesday based on other Yelp reviews for his company. Very friendly and made time to speak with me regarding my inquiry regarding his services.He arrived promptly to the appointment on Friday. At time of arrival, he introduced himself, gave his business card and put on his shoe covers. Led him to the work area, he diagnosed the problems, showed me the pricing list, I agreed to the price and he began work. He ensured he left his work area clean. I was pleased with the work and it was done in a timely manner. Will certainly phone him for any other plumbing issues as he was efficient,fair and timely which is important to me!

My boyfriend Ronyel broke my terrarium that I kept my pet turtle Hamilton in. So in the meantime I kept Hamilton in the toilet. I was unaware that Hamilton pooped so much more when he was stressed. Needless to say Hamilton stopped up the toilet. Legacy Plumbing was so helpful to me and little Hamilton. Wayne was very kind. Five stars baby.

Dakota over at Augerpros was great. Very professional and he has great communication. He got my new kitchen faucet installed and completed a pretty difficult removal of the previous kitchen faucet. Augerpros is my new go to. I recommend them for any plumbing needs!

These guys are the real deal. Super responsive , when the technician came out both were super informative , nice and did their jobs very well. I've had plumbers in the past come and they would never fix the problem they would just lessen the backup. Jeremy and Tim came out here and unclogged bathroom right away. I appreciate the honesty and the ease of mind. These 2 guys are def workers u never want to get rid of working for your company  and if I ever need any plumbing done they will be my go to. 10/10 super happy

When I called to make an appointment for a check and tune-up, they answered right away and were able to schedule the appointment in a timely manner.  I got a reminder text the day before.  They called when the technician was on his way and sent a text with his picture.  Dean arrived right at the top of my time window and provided us with great service.  He checked everything, explained how our ducts were set-up, ensured there was no carbon monoxide coming through any vents, etc. - very thorough.  We decided to sign up for the maintenance program to have them check our systems twice a year.

I can't speak to Matthews work, but I can speak to his customer service and initial phone call.
Matt really took the time to help put me on the right track with my water heater installation and did not try and use me in any way.
I sincerely believe he's the kinda person that likes to help people and the next time I need plumbing work he'll be at the top of my list.

Not happy with the service.  I, Steve V.,  had a kitchen/ laundry sewer drain clog, and called Schrader Plumbing to come out a fix it.  The guys showed up and went to work and in about a half hour +/-,  they stated they couldn't fix it because a previous repair was not done correctly. They took the payment and left. about 30-45 min. $300. (came down $100 since they couldn't repair the clog)       Some months later I called another local plumbing company (N.H.P.) to review the issue with my drain.  they were aggressive and comprehensive in their trouble shooting. And was able to get in, work and clean  out the blockage.   and they cost less ($250) than the Schrader team and done far more work.

A job this massive had me very nervous. My home is 50 years old and the cameras showed clear deterioration in the old cast iron pipes. I called a number of companies. Most bids came in much higher. I found Accurate Leak & Line through a Google search.  Ratings were good. Called Chad and he was not the typical salesman making over the top promises and pitches. He comes out to assess the job and follows up with an email. Still no high pressure sales pitch. A few months go by, and still...no  hounding. Just one or two follow up emails. Finally, we have saved enough $$$ to get the job done. We schedule and they begin. In EACH STEP of this huge project,  the Accurate pros were on their game. I was seriously nervous. But they were on it. Even working under the house in the pouring rain.  They knocked it out in a matter of days and did a STELLAR  job. Highly recommended.

Front yard spigot had been leaking on and off for years. Decided to once again fix by replacing the washers myself but instead the entire assembly was toast. Was not planning on keeping the water to house off too long so needed an emergency plumber pronto.

Called a couple plumbing companies but no one had openings until the follow week.  Called Staggs and they sent a person out right away. Matt explained everything that he might have to do; 90s house, if welded and not screw in have to take out brick to replace and put in correct screw in version, if screw in then simple fix. Luckily was the simple fix.

Matt and Garrett were awesome. Even got a lesson on how to keep outdoor spigots lasting longer. Highly recommend this company. All around great experience in a stressful circumstance.

I had a leak at my water meter. The city of Dallas dragged their feet to come look at it. Once they finally did it was determined that it was on my side. Of course they came on a Saturday and made the leak worse than it was. I had to scramble to find a plumber to fix the leak because I was heading out of town on Sunday. Professor Plumb saved the day. He was great. Showed up on time on A Sunday! Gave me my quote right when he arrived and was done within a couple of hours. I was able to leave for my trip on time. So grateful!

I woke up to my water heater finally giving out.  I got several quotes that I thought were too high.  Luckily, Jason at HC Edwards called me with a price that was a few hundred cheaper than the other guys, and he was at my house within an hour of speaking with him.

I was looking for a local plumbing company, and saw good reviews for Absolute Plumbing so I called. Received a convenient and fast appointment, they arrived on time, and fixed the problems for less than $150. I was thrilled. They don't work on commission (like some of the big names who advertise on tv do, one of which I got sold an expensive new toilet that we probably didn't truly need a few months prior)-  and my technician (Michael) seemed very honest. I will definitely call Absolute for future plumbing service needs and I highly recommend! Nice to have a local, honest, dependable service!
