Best Water Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

We had Julian out to our house twice in the last few months, once to improve water pressure and then again to replace the garbage disposal which was leaking.  Both times they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling.  We'll definitely continue to use their services.

I called and talked to Bret, he came by and looked at my hot water heater within one hour.  Water heater needs to be replaced and it is scheduled for Monday.  Very prompt service.  This company comes highly recommended by my neighbors and I totally agree.

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Customer service was good but got charged outrageously. It wasn't an emergency service and made an appointment. Got charged $540 for a less than $50 part I could have bought. Service guy showed up at 8AM and was finished by 8:40 AM. So not even a hour worth of labor. My mom doesn't speak English very well and I was here to help with translating. We feel like we got taken advantage of. Should have shopped around for a better quote. Not impressed with the amount they charged us. Granted they gave us a $30 dollar off coupon but still upset about the up charge for the part. Can't give zero stars. The plumber was friendly so I gave a star. Posted photos of the invoice, the part that was installed, and a quick search on the same part.

They are very communicative and quick! Contact them for advice, replacement, repairs or new installation. From celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated with red carpet service. Seriously, I felt that way! Brandon came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns with both short-and-long term solutions. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Brandon met every challenge with his expertise. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I ordered a new heating and AC unit to be installed under my home, when it came time to install it, I was in the hospital with a broken ankle. There was no problem. They took care of all the financing.
The only problem now is the Honeywell thermostat will not respond to my alp on my smartphone.

My tankless water heater wouldn't work. I called Morris Jenkins, they said they would send out someone to fix it. He arrived promptly. The tech didn't have a nut driver to open the heater housing. I lent him one. once open he had no idea at all. This tech didn't know how to use a volt meter. He put one probe on the ground wire and one to the frame and proceeded to tell me there was no power going to the unit. He called the manufacturer support line but they gave up on him. I was charged a trip charge of $95.45. I called their office, was put in touch with his supervisor. He apologized, said he was the wrong tech to send out. He was to talk to the dispatcher who for some strange reason caught the blame and he would refund my charge. That was 14 days ago & there is no refund processed. My recommendation, go elsewhere. They not only misrepresent but then compound the problem with more lies.

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....
