Jason and Chase are a great plumbing team, they were quick to respond to my request for service and came out next business day to replace a cartridge in our shower head valve. I would highly recommend using their services moving forward as I have had some less than stellar plumbers come to the house prior to calling Julian's Plumbing. After managing with low water pressure, ongoing shower faucet issues and a kitchen faucet that was letting out a trickle of water, I called around and found Option One.  I am so glad that I did! Ted came out the next day, diagnosed the kitchen faucet issue (not a leak, but a likely replacement), addressed water pressure issues while there and gave me options on the shower faucet issue. What most impressed me is that Ted took the time to explain options, gave me a recommendation on the kitchen faucet and wanted to answer questions.  Did I mention that they give a FREE estimate (no trip fee) and held to it.  There were no surprises, and the work was done quickly and professionally!  What I most appreciated is that before the technician shows up, they text you a picture and name, along with their estimated time of arrival.  After many years trying to find a consistent plumber that provides good service at a reasonable price, I've found Option One!

The customer service was great and they came out the same night to look at a water heater.    I can't give them a better review because their cost was outrageous.   $2,000 to replace a water heater in the garage was twice what it should have been.   I was out of town and it was for one of my rental properties so I was in a bind.   I would suggest finding someone cheaper if you have time to shop around.

Carolina Plumbing is one of the contractors you can trust. They go above and beyond to satisfy you. These folks are the bomb and I have them setup on emergency dial.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . We live in Charlotte, NC and our kitchen sink was leaking after our home remodel.  We called Precept Plumbing and Chris came to the rescue! We had other plumbers try to fix the problem but Chris was able to quickly diagnose the situation and resolve it in less than 45 minutes. I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

We had setup an appointment for an estimate on a job involving replacing a toilet and a possible floor repair.  They were available early for the appointment (they called and asked if early was alright).  Their price was fair and the job was completed that afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and took the trash (including the old toilet) with them.  Very pleasant to work with. No fuss; no muss.  Just a job well done.   Amen is now our Go-To plumbers!

Edy-Mac came to our house at 830 PM to look at a water main leak. After a hard rain. Found the leak and had it fixed in about an hour!!! Very reasonable charge for the work at night. First plumber wanted to dig up our yard and run a whole new line for $3500.  Was a leaking fitting. He saved us thousands of dollars!!!  They replaced a water heater for us a few years ago with the same great service. We highly recommend them!

I have to give two stars for Roto-Rooter showing up and fixing the leak in our front yard, but that's as far as it goes.  Once it was determined that the leak was under the sidewalk, the price doubled (from $1500 to over $3300).  Since our front yard was flooded and we needed it fixed, we agreed to move forward.  After submitting the claim to our home owner's insurance - they determined that they would only pay $1800 because that was the standard charge for this type of work in our area.  Needless to say, it left a pretty bad taste in our mouth for this company and we'll be going elsewhere the next time we have plumbing needs.

And after reading previous reviews, it looks like this extreme over charging for services is a common practice.

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

Had a clogged drain the kitchen that kept us from using the sink, disposal, and dish washer. Called on Tuesday at 1:35. They didn't think they could make it on Tuesday (they would try), so they put me on the schedule for Wednesday. I got a text at 8:38 a.m. that I was on the schedule. At 2:47, I get a text that they can't come on Wednesday after all (plumbing emergency, which I understand). They put me on the schedule for Thursday. Got a call at 3:43 that they couldn't come Thursday. They wanted to reschedule for next Wednesday (with a maybe) or a definite time on Thursday of 8 a.m. They did offer me $100 which I declined and let them know that I would need to get the work done elsewhere.

They might be the best plumbers in Greensboro, but I would be wary if they can't give you a time for the appointment.

I just purchased my house and I needed to develop a relationship with an hvac company.  I found Morris Jenkins on Angie's List and I also had a recommendation from a friend so I called them.  

The day arrived, and Alvo knocks on my door... to say that he gets it is an understatement.  From the very beginning he was above expectation by asking if the parking space he chose was acceptable.  Who does that?  It's awesome that he did because the parking gets my neighbors upset, so I really appreciated that he asked that question.  The appointment just rolled right along from there:  He asked to see the components, he told me exactly what he was going to do and he commenced to doing it.  Alvo ended up being at my house for three hours.  He dismantled the entire unit and cleaned it from top to bottom.  I watched the process and he was thorough.  I was blown away by what all went into the service, he answered questions when I had them and explained what he found and what the options would be.  He did offer services but they were helpful like air filters being sent to my house.  I really was impressed with my service from Morris Jenkins and I think I made a good decision to keep my hvac running efficiently  :-)

Jim Dickerson has been handling ALL my plumbing need since late 70's early 80's.  They are always professional, prompt and efficient. They just spent 4 hours at my house today cleaning up a problem that was covered up by the people I bought my townhome from.  I cannot imagine calling another plumbing company.   His daughters are wonderful and so friendly and professional.  You will be happy you called them!!!.  I SING THEM PRAISES

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
