Best Leak Detection in Charlotte NC

Came out on Sunday to work my shut-off valve replacement and bidet install.  Quick and courteous.  

The downside was it was a pricey quick job...  But I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing prices.  It's not something I would kill a star for in that case.  If you're paying for a pro - be prepared.

Otherwise, highly recommend.!

I submitted a request for quotes (via Yelp) to multiple services in the area. E R Plumbing was the first to reply and were completely in line with the other, eventual quotes I received (or lower in some cases). The owner of the company, David, remained in contact with me via Yelp message until I could speak to someone in the office. It was after hours so I was unsure what our options were but they were willing to send someone out as late as 9pm to get our problem fixed, and our water back on. Unfortunately, as the evening wouldn't work for us, we asked what they could do the next day. At first the earliest available time was 1-3 but Deborah worked with the schedule and made an appointment for 8:00-8:30am because she knew we were without water.

Reggie arrived right on time and got to work quickly. We had our water back on in 30-minutes and all was once again right with the world. He was pleasant and personable and went over everything to make sure we were satisfied.

This situation has been incredibly stressful but the service we received from E R Plumbing made things so much better. We will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs we may have!

I was replacing a bathroom vanity on the 1st floor.  I ordered the vanity and bathroom faucet and attempted to install but was having difficulty with the connections as it wasn't reaching.  They came out and fixed the issue.  I really thought their team was professional and even adjusted to an earlier time.  Only drawback was the pricing was steeper than I would have expected.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

They came out within a few hours of our plumbing backup and promptly figured out the issue. They immediately got started digging and replacing the damaged portions of the line and limited the repair to the necessary sections. They went above and beyond and replaced an extra portion of the old pipe without charging us extra. We felt very confident in their knowledge and ability and they put our minds at ease. They made a very stressful problem as smooth as it could possibly be. Brian was especially helpful and took the time to make sure we understood the issue along the way.

Ken Pignone is a plumber that actually returns calls! He's honest, fair, and does a great job. Highly recommend!

A clogged kitchen sink the day before Easter was not part of the plan but Roto-Rooter saved the day. Our technician was Nealleigh Rice who was friendly, informative, and quick to clear the drain. Prior to her arrival, someone from Roto-Rooter called several times to provide status updates on when we could expect someone to arrive. Great experience given the circumstances.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

This firm place a facebook add indicating no service fee.
I called and made an appointment, prior to appointment I received a call asking if I would mind changing from Friday to Monday. Since my plumbing problem was not urgent I agreed.
Well monday came and at nood when I not received call I called them and the lady I talked too didn't seem to know about my service request but said she would contact plumber. I didn't hear from plumber and they simply were a no show. I would not suggest use of this service

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
