Best Leak Detection in Charlotte NC
I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair. I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house. He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

Yesterday ENECO came from Hickory to tweak my HVAC, which he did a fantastic job on. I really didn't expect them to come out on a Saturday and figured they would wait till Monday, but I got a call back quickly and he said he could be here shortly. The young fellow was named Adam and had been with the company for 9 years. To get to my attic access we had to walk around bins and big bags of decorations from Christmas. I apologized for the mess and said it just needed to go in the attic when I got help.
He was so kind and gracious and offered to put all that stuff in the attic for me! And it was a lot! Then he gave me a few tips to make extra storage space with some of the plywood boards I had stacked up there. Adam was quite the professional during all this and I thanked him. What an asset he is to his company, and a blessing to me, to go above and beyond!

Alex was great to work with. Fixed some electrical problems quickly and for a fair price. Would use him again.

I found water coming into my house from the main water line. I called Michael and Sons for emergency service, they told me someone would be here between 7:00 and midnight. Towards midnight, they told me no one was available until the next day.
When they came, they diagnosed the problem as a leak in the line leading to the house. It took well over a week for them to come to do the repair work (they showed up late that day). The inspection found multiple things that needed to be corrected. It took another week for them to complete the outdoor work, and longer to come to do the inside work. I would make multiple calls and get no call backs. I made two appointments that no one showed up for, and no one called to say they weren't coming. After finishing the work (which included work on the water heater), there was a drip that they said would probably stop in an hour. It didn't. It took a couple days to get them back out to look at it. I was told the pressure relief valve was failing, and the age of the part meant it wasn't in stock. I would probably have to replace the entire water heater. Two other plumbers told me that the part is standard and readily available. And if I wanted to replace the water heater, they would do it for nearly half the cost Michael and Sons quoted me.

Garry came out. The good news was he was on time. The bad news is he gave me a bogus estimate for $2365 worth of work. He showed me pictures of water on pipes. I asked him point blank if that could be condensation as we have a very deep well and very cold water and he said no. After he left, I got another certified plumber to come out. He said he'd love the business but that there are no leaks. The powder room had leaked at one time, but it is dry now. He charged me an $89 trip charge and saved me $2300. I'm not sure if Garry or IRV Plumbing is the culprit, but one or both of them are extremely dishonest.
