Fixing and replacing our leaky shower faucet as well as installing a new set in the kitchen couldn't have been easier! From replying immediately to our request on Yelp to setting up the appointment so that it fit our schedule to working through a tricky issue to finishing the job, Plumb Professionals had it all covered. I am thankful for Michael's friendly nature, work ethic, and persistence to get the job done and done well. He even went out of his way twice to pick up extra parts to make the fixtures work with our old 90s set-up. I will definitely call on him again for future plumbing needs!

Will and Joey showed up and time and were polite and professional.  They explained the what the issue was with the prior installation that another plumber had done and did a great job.  

Their price was reasonable (it's always more than I expect) but the service was good so it was worth it.

Tommy arrived and promptly addressed who he was and the company he was with.  He was friendly, well equipped with all necessary items for the job and happy to answer all my questions.  He addressed and resolved the issue I had called about and then made some suggestions as to how we could run our homes water usage more efficiently.  Before leaving he offered to put together estimates of what the suggestions would cost and then left us with his card in the event that we chose to make some of those changes....which we will.
We will always use DBs plumbing and drain in the future, for sure.

Muhammad got back to me quickly with a quote and promptly scheduled the time to replace a bathtub and shower faucet. His price was really reasonable and he did a fantastic job. Muhammad is the first person I will call if i have any plumbing issues in the future.

We had a leak issue on a Sunday. After calling 8+ plumbers and mostly getting a can't come out until tomorrow, Heil called back, and even though we were out of their emergency service territory, the technician called back and give us advice on the likely issue over the phone and told us we didn't need to pay for an emergency plumber. Really appreciate going above and beyond for someone who wasn't a customer.

I had an issue with my garbage disposal. After speaking with District Capital. He diagnosed my problem and gave me instructions to fix it myself over the phone, which worked. He offered to come out and take a look if I was not able to get it working. He certainly could have came over and made $300 but he did not. Unbelievable integrity. I will certainly recommend DISTRICT CAPITAL. Thank you

OUTSTANDING service....10 stars!  Fast response times with quotes that were lower than most.  I requested a quote via Yelp while waiting for another service to arrive, which I had contacted 2 days prior.  Not only did he respond within 15 minutes with a lower quote, he arrived to do the work within 3 hours of the request (which I selected ASAP).  Great job communicating with updates on appointment time and his estimated arrival time.  Work was done in record time, and there was no mess to clean up.

Bought a house with a pretty old looking gas fireplace. I was just hoping the lines worked - I figured I would need a new insert. I called Drain Works and they explained their process very well. The tech came out and got the fireplace working pretty quickly and showed me how to work the remote I didn't even know went to the fireplace. They explained how to the pilot and all other things on the set worked. They explained their refurbishment service with no pressure to purchase. I went with their refurbishment service and the fireplace set looks brand new! A great value in my opinion.

I used to prefer hiring solo practitioners for home repair issues.  But now I've changed my mind.  We moved into an older house a few years ago, and we've had occasion to call Thomas E. Clark three times in the past year or so, initially for an A/C problem and then twice recently for plumbing issues.  I called them the first time because we have an unusual A/C system; the plumbing issues were also significant, not simple toilet or faucet repairs.  Each time, Clark was able to send a technician quickly, and that technician was fully competent and efficient.  They diagnosed and fixed the problems and charged a fair price.  What more could you want?  

I will not hesitate to call Thomas E. Clark again.

They were recommended by a co-worker.  I really liked them at first for drain cleaning and installing 2 toilets, and a kitchen sink faucet.
I later called about a tub and tub surround.  I was told they could install.  3 men came and it took them about 2 weeks to complete.  They would tell me that they were coming back the next day, then no call, no show.  I would have to call Melisa and ask when they were coming back.  I would get a new date and time, no call, no show.  I would have to call/text again.  Reschedule and maybe I would get a call that Kurt was held up at another job.  We'd reschedule again, and they show up to do some work on the tub/surround.  Finally, after 2 weeks, they finished.  A month or so goes by, now my surround has an air bubble behind the wall.  Eventually, it moved all the way down to the bottom of the wall.  Now I'm back on the phone texting to see when they can come and fix it.  After several times of missed appointments, Kurt finally shows up to assess the problem.  He really doesn't know how it happened, but he will be back on Saturday to fix it.  No call, no show on Saturday. I text him and he say I promise Miss Robin, I'll be there on Wednesday.  No call, no show.  I've tried texting him and Melisa, and no answer from either of them.  I guess my hubby and I will have to fix it ourselves.  They sure don't have a problem taking your money, but they are not reliable, and they don't stand behind their work!

I contacted Mr.Gus via yelp quote request and followed up with a phone conversation. Mr.Gus displayed professionalism and knowledge throughout the conversation.  He took his time to explain as well as suggest with the issue at hand. I provided pictures of work needed that entailed needing valves replaced / new shower diverter installed/unclog sink i am thoroughly pleased with price given which beats some of the well known companies.

After: picture was of bathroom being remodeled. Friendly workers, he responded to messages and contacts quickly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I decided to install a new under sink water filter. Only, I ended up not being able to get the old one out, and split the line in the process. This meant our kitchen sink no longer had cold water.

I called Ehrhardt Bros and told them I bought one of those easy to install water filters. Laughing ensured. It made be feel a bit better to know I'm not alone in my home improvement ineptness. He told me he would check the tickets that came in, and triage my request, since not having a functional kitchen sink isn't fun.

It turns out they were available at noon and in the area. (sorry Wayne if I cost you your lunch break). He was gone before 1 and had the new filter installed, and while he was here he also bent a cut off valve that was getting caught on the garbage disposal, loosened another stuck valve and have me pointers on maintaining my hot water heater. Really nice guy!

Highly Recommend!  Bill is the ultimate professional!  I gave B&C a call to fix a clogged drain connected to my washer.  He came out the same day and fixed it.  Upon arriving he explained the different scenarios that could be causing my problem and fixed it.  Bill was super friendly and neat.  He even cleaned up some of the dust that was left on my washer!  

I would highly recommend Bill from B&C for any of your plumbing needs.

Not impressed... I called explained what was going on.  I was told ( without even coming out to diagnose the problem) that it wound be better for me to get a new how water heater since it cost 1300 abs it repair the heater it would be 500...he must of had telepathic hot water diagnosis skills

I found Elliot at DMV on Yelp through the messaging feature. He was the first to respond out of 10 plumbers and was able to give me a quote before coming out. He showed up the same day and snaked my shower and sink. We needed him to come back later that week with a bigger snake for a different clog but he was easy to communicate with. When he came back he was blasting heavy metal from his phone while he worked which I thought was a little unprofessional but I'm not going to dock him a star for it. Overall, pretty good experience.

Cannot say enough great things about Mahon. They helped us navigate an issue that came up during the home inspection of a house we were purchasing. Mahon went above and beyond in negotiating the issue with the sellers. They ultimately replaced our sewer line and did a truly professional job. Highly recommend.

I've used Clover four times now, for my house and for my mother's house.  I have been very happy with every aspect.  They can usually come within a day or two, they show up when they say they will be there and they do good work.  The guys have always been polite and knowledgeable and also patient with all of my questions as an aspiring DIY plumber.  For jobs I can't do myself I will always use Clover.
