Best Sewer Line Repair in Washington DC

Scheduled an annual air conditioner inspection and wasn't sure what to expect since this is the first time I've used Reddick and Sons. Sean performed the inspection and happily answered my questions without trying to sell any unnecessary services which some companies may try to do. I plan to use them again for future work.

JT was able to come out the day after I called to give me an estimate for the work we needed done - my townhouse if more than 40 years old, so there is a lot of work.  He came back a few days later and finished everything that needed to get done - all new piping under my kitchen sink, installed new faucet, repaired toilets, hooked up ice maker, worked quickly, and I'm extremely pleased with the results.   Everyone has been very professional but very friendly.

Good communication, good service, no surprises, pricing was fair. I would certainly use Plumb again.

Called for emergency help and told to call for an apt Monday. When you have no water, it is an emergency and can't wait for Monday.

The technician completely overpriced what was needed, there was a slow leak under my sink and he said he needed to replace the entire garbage disposal for $500 (even though the disposal is new). That didn't seem right so I got a second opinion from another plumber and told me it was just installed incorrectly and he just needs to re-install it and the labor will be $150. Saved myself $350 going somewhere else.... don't let anyone try to overprice you. I am a younger woman and maybe that's why he tried to do that who knows, but I'm not an idiot. Go somewhere else that's fair to you.

Muhammad got back to me quickly with a quote and promptly scheduled the time to replace a bathtub and shower faucet. His price was really reasonable and he did a fantastic job. Muhammad is the first person I will call if i have any plumbing issues in the future.

our garbage disposal does not work and two techs came to fix it today. Both of them are very polite and professional.  we will call them again if we have any other problem in the future. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend Jorge enough.  He made two trips - after we botched the first appt - and then had the character to tell us that we didn't need the work done.  He said that he'd be happy to do it, but that we shouldn't waste our money.  How great is that?

Needed help with a water heater, Matt was very responsive and corrected the issue within a few hours of notification.

James was my technician.  Overall, I had a good experience.  My A/C wasn't working.  I called first thing in the morning and they came out within a couple of hours.  James was professional and very nice.  He was able to resolve the problem quickly.  I live in a condo building and the issue was the breaker on the unit on the roof had tripped.  He only had to flip a switch to get it working again.  However, the flip of that switch was pretty expensive.  They charge $99 just to come out.  That's fine with me.  But $55 to turn a switch?!!  That's ridiculous.  So beware.  Good service but expensive.

All nite S&D cleaning was called to replace a leaking diverter.we have used them for yrs.and were always happy with them.I decided to have them set a new toilet and laundry tub while they were here. When they arrived they immediately jumped to the toilet and tub which wasn't the emergency.when Kirk went to start on the diverter I was told the one I had purchased was not correct and that he would get the correct diverter and return another day.Well after 4 rescheduled no call, no show appts. It is not replaced.To make matters worse I discovered that the diverter I had purchased was the correct part.Im guessing they just didn't want to crawl in to do it which is fine but all they had to do is say so and not string us along for 3 weeks. Thought we were a valued customer that called them for all our plumbing needs thru many yrs.

Gus was great and helped me diagnose and fix a problem with my water heater through text. No charge either. Most other plumbers immediately suggested that I do a full water heater replacement.  He's definitely on the top of my list for future plumbing issues. Thanks!

Vince came to our house today.  We had a leak in our master shower that was dripping into the garage, needed our tankless hot water heater cleaned, and needed an estimate on what we thought was a crack in a valve on the main water line coming into the house.  A prior plumber had quoted $5,000 to replace the cracked line, and $600 to fix the leak.  Vince takes one look at the crack, tells me it is just a bib that holds the pipe, and that they all have the crack.  He did all the work, plus replaced a wax seal on a toilet, for way less than the first plumber quoted just to fix the leak.  It is so refreshing to find an honest person.  I would highly recommend.  Told all my neighbors about Vince.

Professional. On time. Reasonably priced - he took the time to give us a detailed breakdown of costs down to $1 (!) and kept to the original estimate. I appreciate that he took the time and paid attention to that level of detail. He takes his job seriously, works hard and gets the job done. What more can one want in a repairman? He will get my repeat business.

Texted back and forth with this company, shared photos of issue and was given confirmed appointment of 1-3 pm today. Didn't hear anything by 3:30 pm so tried calling and texted to get update on ETA and No response! Complete NO SHOW with no communication! Very frustrated as this wasted my time as well as my tenant's who were expecting this plumber and now we are even more delayed in fixing time sensitive issue. Do not recommend!

Mahon Plumbing saved me! They came in when other companies said they'd have to wait for my yard to dry after multiple days of rain and snow. I had to have my whole sewage line replaced after a belly in the pipe that left a great surprise in my laundry room on Thanksgiving. Thank you Mahon Plumbing!

Called Northeast Plumbing once to repair a leak and haven't had any issues since. Plumber was punctual and very knowledgeable. Will call for future plumbing needs!

We had an emergency water leak--they came out to fix it. When the problem ended up being with the city, they navigated us through the problem then came back after work--at 9pm at night and worked til nearly midnight to ensure we didn't go without water another day. They are honest and fair and go the extra mile. Very impressed.

Ibrahim was so nice and responded right away. His price was fair and he installed a garbage disposal for me.  He forgot to do one thing and when he realized it he called within an hour and said he'd be back the next day. He was very conscientious and even brought me a faucet extender. I will definitely use him again.
